Jonestown Ag Supply is the absolute best Trailer service center and more from diagnostics to repairs, Aaron & Nathan are the best guys they are is as good as it gets when it comes getting the job done dedicated determined the assisted me at a distance by phone guiding me until the job was done and working perfectly Who can ask for more, you know what if I did they probably would’ve given much more if I needed it. I’m telling you these guys are great Jonestown Ag supply I HIGHLY RECOMMEND thank guys!!!!!!!

I drove up from Wilmington, NC, 8 hours away, to have a custom Martin Service Bed installed on my truck. Aaron was very helpful in making sure the bed was spec'd the way I requested, with custom paint, custom configuration and features and additional exterior lighting. Their service shop was able to remove my pickup bed and install my new service bed in a day so I could start heading home late that evening.They did a great job and were very accommodating to my custom requests. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for a company that listens and is concerned about making sure you are satisfied with what you are purchasing.Great people!

I’d give more stars if I could. They went above and beyond, in particular Aaron, but everyone was so kind, and my family is so grateful. We were towing a travel trailer and had a hub blow. We are so fortunate that someone recommended this place, because we were otherwise stuck. We called RV companies for service and they told us they were booked for months, but Jonestown had all the parts in stock (we replaced the hub, brakes, bearings, etc) and serviced us same day. We will 100% use them for all our service from now on!

We are full time RVers and we had our shackles break on the trailer axil. It was late in the day and we were twenty minutes away so Jonestown AG allowed us to stay overnight behind their shop so they could get to us the next morning! They took care of us and were reasonable and experienced! We liked them so much we scheduled to bring our dually truck back to them a couple of days later to install air bag suspension! We highly recommend them to take care of anything in their wheelhouse! What a jewel to find honest and skilled shop plus their store is like Tractor Supply on steroids!

I went back there to get hydraulic hoses made, unfortunately it was 2 minutes til closing. They said thats ok . Ill make them up so you dont have to make an extra trip.They go out of their way to be helpful , their prices are reasonable .You can ask them questions and they try to share their knowledge . I recommend them to anyone I can.

I came to this company and needed some work done to my trailer. They promised me a completion date of 2 days. I called at the end of day one and they had just brought my trailer in just an hour before I called. So that is only 1 hour on day one. They still did meet the pickup date. But in order to do that they threw everything together on my trailer. So $4,600 later. I have found that all of my tires are waring unevenly. Plus they are not even install the axels back in-line like they are suppose to be. Also all of the wiring was poorly secured so it’s just dangling down. Plus I find out that they were supposed to spray some protective coating over all of welds and new parts which they didn’t do. Plus my new breakaway box that they installed was not grounded properly.Then to make everything worst. I asked them to warranty their work and they said they will not. I would never use this company again.
