I’ve ordered roses here multiple times. This time they came with all the edges dying looking greenish brown. They refused to do anything about it and are adamant that they are fine (I could hear everything the lady in the background was saying). I am very disappointed. The only reason I am giving them 2 stars is because of my past experiences. I had them delivered and I am pretty much out of luck at this point. I won’t feel safe spending my money here in the future sadly. Hopefully my wife isn't too disappointed for our anniversary.

The $65 hand held bouquet for my son's senior prom was the most horrible disappointment. Seen the neighbors bouquet and it was $20 less and I could have cried. This bouquet is not only not worth $65 it is not properly balanced and it is something I could have done myself. Do not get dance or prom flowers from here. They are sparse and over priced. So embarrassed and this is my son's senior prom.

I bought flowers there for several years now but no longer. The last 2 times I got a summer mix bouquet I received a few flowers but mostly they used flowering weeds that I see growing along the highway as fillers. Very disappointing.

We ordered a beautiful bouquet from their own website to be delivered to a family member. The site had an option whether or not you would accept a substitution if the specific flowers were not available. I chose, “no substitutions “ and was told that it may take longer if we chose that option and I was fine with that. When my family member received her flowers she sent a picture to us to thank us. I was so mortified and disgusted with the bouquet that was sent to her. So we called the florist and complained and it first was told we could get a refund. Then the owner called and proceeded to argue with me and said she would only refund half of our purchase. She felt it was an acceptable substitution. she substituted lilies for roses. The kind of lilies you can pick off the side of the road. The arrangement was sparse and very cheap looking. It had no artistic ability at all. I could’ve gone to the grocery store grab the cheapest flowers you could fine stuck them in a vase and it probably would’ve looked better. I would’ve been embarrassed if that was my floral shop. So in short, I definitely do not recommend this florist.

Stopped in during lunch to get my wife flowers for her birthday. They had very nice pre-made arrangements and offered to make anything up by flower types or price range. Very helpful service and were able to deliver same day for a $10.00 charge. The arrangement was very nice and the Mrs. loved them.

The fine folks at Westwood Floral and Gifts were an absolute joy! They were always kind and patient and they went out of their way to assure that my mom received the best they had to offer for Mother' Day. I live in Oklahoma, over 1,000 miles away, and they were quite sympathetic to my desire to give Momma something special. Per my request, they purchased O'Shea's chocolates to include with my flowers! I even called them the Saturday preceding Mother's Day and each person with whom I spoke sounded truly happy to be doing what they were doing! What a delight to do business with such an establishment. I VERY HIGHLY recommend them!!!! LAW

Called first to see if they had any arrangements available. When I went to look at them, I was warmly greeted and shown the arrangements and any other options I could have wanted. I got a great fall arrangement that is very full and arranged beautifully. I have ordered from other FTD shops in the area and this is my favorite thus far. They have so much more than flowers as well. Wreaths, indoor/outdoor decorations, seasonal items, greeting cards, etc. I will definitely be back.
