My wife and I first contacted Judy at Thomas weeks before going when we were able to do so, but Judy was not pushy but very understanding about why we were not able to make it sooner. Judy and the team welcomed us with open arms and treated us like family from the moment we walked through the doors. Another member of the team was quick to explain to us that Judy was busy with other customers and would be with us asap. The truck that we were looking at was in the showroom so we checked it out as she was busy, but shortly after we arrived Judy was assisting us with anything and everything we needed from answering questions to pulling a similar truck around for us to test drive. One of the key factors that stood out to my wife and I was that we dealt with Judy from start to finish on our deal, we went through Judy on everything including financial options which made the whole buying experience there very smooth. I would recommend Thomas to anyone even if you’re not 100% sold on the idea of buying a vehicle right now at least check out what they have to offer.

I ordered my new 2024 GMC Canyon 4WD Denali Crew Cab from Thomas Automotive and my experience was excellent!!! Tom Kirby (Sales Professional) did a fantastic job handling everything. We had the absolute BEST experience from Thomas Buick GMC when we purchased our 2024 Buick Encore GX Avenir. The sales team is friendly and helpful without pressuring you to buy anything. We shopped around for different makes and models of vehicles but ended up going back to Thomas because we felt very comfortable with the sales dept. and they offered the highest trade-in value for our 2016 Toyota Highlander (way more than even the Toyota dealer offered!). This Buick was a demo so we got a great deal on it. We will highly recommend this dealership to our friends & family!

I came to get an appraisal of my vehicle for trade-in value. Even though they didn't have the car I was looking for (a Prius without cloth seats), they gave me a printout of both their trade-in offer and the recommended price of the car I had in mind at Carmax (which was lower than what Carmax is asking). They went above and beyond, and if I was in the market for a Buick (or other makes they carry), I would absolutely go there. I have the 2024 buick envista sport! Great car, easy to drive, love that it's an SUV and sits higher. Heated steering wheel and heated seats are a plus. Great gas mileage! Moonstone grey is nice.
