The Print & Marketing Department staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. They are friendly and always greeting customers with a pleasant and professional demeanor. Many times they have been able to meet and exceed our expectations especially when we are working in a certain time constraint. Very dependable for quality products.

Pretty good experience. I was able to shop at my pace and when I needed assistance, someone was immediately available. My item was in stock and they matched the online price without question. Prices aren't always the best here so do your research, but if you can find a good sale it can be worth it. Store was clean and the staff was friendly.

review for printing only- not rest of storeIf this is the only place you have to get copies made, I suggest you find someway to do without. Staff at desk was rude and aggressive. Seemed overwhelmed with 1 other customer in the area and put-out that I needed more service than "20 copies of this by October please"Also, having attempted to use this place several times for other projects, on any given day it seems at least one if not both self-service machines are out-of-order. In the end got service at competitor in Greensburg on my next trip down the mountain. Will not use again--for copies.

so happy, I was able to take a picture my father painted in 1948 and have them copy it, put it in a simple frame buy a birthday card to put in with it and have them overnite it to my uncle in another state that wanted it to remember my father by, since he passed away about a month ago, didn't have to go to any other store to buy or have anything else done , my uncle will be 92 in 2 days and will be so happy to receive it ! They made my day, so nice and helpful too !! Thanks

The prices tend to be generally too high and not worth justification. Their pencil bags are around $3-4 and at dollar they have a better or equal quality bag for $1. Thats 300-400% more. They dont carry much of a selection of erasible pens Michaels probably has at least 5x more. The sticky notes seem to be over priced as well. The cheapest graphing paper notebook that I could find (it was also the thinnest) was over $3.... I wasnt able to really compare because most of them had the bottom portion of the price sign slashed or cut off. Brought that to the cashiers attention but she maybe didnt u derstand what I was saying or was i different. Needed yelloy printer paper and cheapest was $14. I ended up buying a variety pack for $8 although I qould have prefered buying just yellow I couldnt bring myself to pay that price. I spent over $60. $40 of my companies money and the rest for personal purchase with my own money. I feel like I didnt walk out with much, value. So this just has ne going to Amazon for specialty items and walmart and Dollar general for better prices on common items.

Print services are lacking. Figured I'd use them to mail merge some postcards. Was told they don't do it there and would email a request to their print services. Ended up being contacted by their print services in Canada. Told the rep I just needed a simple mailing on cheapest postcards that meet USPS standards. He didn't know what that was and needed specifics (width, height, thickness, etc...). Thought using Staples would be "Easy". In the end I just printed at home.

Super friendly and helpful staff, they even had excellent lunch suggestions. I'm not from the area and stopped in to have some printing done for work, they offered local lunch options and were very patient while looking up my company info to find my discount.Thanks guys!

Been working 6 days a week and by the time I get out most places for shipping packages are closed. Ups at staples is 7 days a week. They have all you need boxes and tape. Worked for me

This store has THE WORST customer service in the western world. If you call, plan on being placed on hold forever, once someone does talk to you, plan on another hold, as no one working there knows anything at all. Trying to find someone in the store to help you is like looking for gold at the end of rainbow.The only reason I go there is because it's close.If you can go somewhere else, by all means do it!

I love the variety and some of the prices. The print shop raised prices which I was not happy with but it is what it is I guess. Service can be slow at times.

When I turn in my ink for money to use at your store, how likely is it that I will return with an expiration date on that coupon if I go to use it and it's expired. Not likely. I just lost 8 dollars! I won't be turning in my ink there anymore!
