These ladies are amazing. I came in with my high strung 9 month old Morkie who hates his nails cut and is definitely a momma's boy. The had his nails clipped before I left. I showed them pictures of what I wanted and while they explained it might be difficult to do that cut be that way because of the difference in fur, my little man looked like he stepped out of the photos himself.I also had my 1 yr old in for a clean up bath and cut. He looked equally perfect! A great job trimming up while not taking off more than I asked for.They both smelled absolutely amazing! The cuts were flawless and not choppy looking. And my favorite part of it all was when I picked them both up about an hour later, they were relaxed and walking around freely behind the counter and not locked in a cage. Trauma free for my boys!Guiesseppe and Vencenzio say thank you for taking such good care of them! And we will be back to see you again.

She does a wonderful job triming my dogs nails. He is a big baby when I try to do them and he doesn't whine once. She also baths and cuts my cats. He looks so pretty when he is done.

Great experience every single time!Im in town only every other week for a couple of days visiting my mother. I try and keep up with the puppers' needs while here. Nail trimming is the biggest thing, but a clean dog is always wonderful. So toenails... one of the girls has extremely long nails that we have been working with, but the quick never moves back. She absolutely needs her nails filed, not cut. It takes more time, but every single time has been a very positive experience. These are the right people for a tough case. Four paws up and a wagging tail!

Greatly impressed with how well my dogs nails were trimmed. My dog was a bit nervous, but were still able to trim them down with expert precision.Think I found my new spot!

It’s not a secret Harley is my Baby, his nails had gotten so long and needed cut. I called in the morning and she took him the same day! The shop was unbelievably clean, they talked to him and I personally loved that…. I would recommend this shop a thousand times over…

Excellent experience. They boarded our cat for a week, no problems, they made it comfy and convenient for her! You can tell the owner is a dedicated animal lover and I highly recommend this business !

Took my puppy in for her second visit. The first visit was fantastic I asked for a puppy cut and when I picked her up she looked beautiful. Took her in for her second grooming, again I asked for a puppy cut, just a little bit off and when I picked her up I was totally shocked I wanted to cry they shaved her. Definitely do not listen to your directions, I feel they shaved her for the groomers convenience and not the clients instructions.I will not bring my puppy back to her again. And I will not recommend them to anyone.

Amazing! Just moved here from California looking for a new groomer for our fur babies, no need to look any further. Our Mandy went in looking a mess and came out a sparkling clean groomed fur baby..... They have a new loyal customer to take care of all our fur babies. Love love this new fur spa!

So normally I don’t comment or leave reviews but I took my dogs to this woman trusting her and told her my entire situation. I have 4 shih tzus who are very well taken care of but if you know the breed they need brushed daily or they will Matt! So my one dog loves to roll in mud puddles and snow then when she comes in she rolls on her back and itches and moves around causing her hair to Matt. I have a groomer in windier who I took them to faithfully but was calling and calling she didn’t answer then due to medical problems she closed.. you know as well as I do everywhere you call for grooming is booked out.. so during this time I had a baby and broke my foot requiring me to have surgery and be non weigh beating then my 2 year old hurt his knee.. I got my dogs in as soon as I could and it just so happened I booked with her.. now she’s making it seem like I neglect my animals and there not taken care of!! One thing I can tell you is she lost my business and 6 of my friends business for trying to make it seem like these dogs aren’t taken care of then u post pictures on Facebook!! If not all 4 dogs just 1!!! Because the one she posted is the one who loooves water and mud!!! If they were neglected they would have sores and nasty stuff all through there fur they don’t!!! I do not recommend this groomer at all!!!

I’m calling and making an appointment today. In today’s world it great that a groomer would get involved in protecting the animals from abuse. I will post how my experience was with my appointment as soon as it is finished. All groomers should report any possible abuse just like people in the position to report any kind of child abuse. #speakfortheonesthatcant.

I have been taking my Cody there for years. He has high anxiety but is very comfortable with the owner Kathy. She is very caring and does a remarkable job on my boy.

Took my full blooded husky in for the first time at this place asked for everything to be done to her .. all she did was bathed her and got rid of some hair on her but she’s still shredding .. paid $95.00 and I had to help ..
