Never had a bad experience at this location. Employees are friendly most of the time and always are welcoming. I wish every employee would be more welcoming. I get its a frustrating job sometimes. But that's part of your job other than that, it's an amazing store to buy from and I will always go there!

First time stopping here, needed a shirt for work event! I only shopped the clothing section. The store was organized. Easy to locate many articles with wide variety by size. I was able to find a few options quickly. Fitting rooms were small, but served its purpose. Only bought one item, browsed the shoe section. I was impressed by my first visit! I Will return to make more purchases!!!

To my dismay it hasn't changed. I've visited Ross years ago and had the overwhelming feeling I walked into a depressing abyss with little merchandise to hold the attention or get excited about, unfortunately it has not gotten better. The associates (or lack there of) have never been helpful or friendly, nor do they engage with the customer coming in or leaving the the store. The cashier's don't even acknowledge or make eye contact with customers. Needless to say it will most likely be another few years before I go in again, if ever.

Honestly it is a very well priced store with nice clothing, apparel, and shoes but they only have two dressing rooms open at the front of the store so school clothes shopping for my children was to say the least quite a wait to try things on, I however do understand that it is not the stores fault, it's probably lack of staff and not being able to clean the larger dressing rooms due to Covid19 standards. Overall, a good experience here with helpful staff.

I had a wonderful shopping experience! They have such a nice selection of so many different things. The prices are unbelievable, I ended up buying alot more than I went in for and it didn't break the bank! Everything is so cute and worth every penny! The employees are so friendly and make me feel like I am very welcome, ill always come back!

I love the toy selection available at Ross. Perfect idea for last minute gifts for that special child or adult collector. With LOL, Shopkins and more there’s always something for a great deal.

Great place with lots of products to select from. You can't beat their prices and a lot of what they care fashion wise is what's currently trending. Big brand names at ebay prices to be honest. Plenty of size selection too. A big man and they always have a great stylish selection of shoes, shirts, and pants. For the average or smaller people like my wife the selection is even better. They always get new stuff in and it's worth stopping in anytime your up that way.

Great place to shop always. They have everything you would need from suitcases, brand name purses, shoes and clothes, baby clothes and items, toys, school items, home decor, blankets and sheets to sweets and herbs and so much more. I love this place! Very well organized and clean also.

I never been in this store before and just happened to stop in. I usually shop at Marshalls. It is definitely worth a look. I was on vacation and was looking for flip flops.

Good place for discounts, store looked a little bare and kind of empty. Found one shirt that I bought. Found a king blanket, but found a hole in it. Had good expectations for some deals, fell really short of that.

I stood in line at a register with the light on. After 5 minutes, a girl at another register came over and told me that there is a line and pointed towards a line that now had 3 people in line. When it was my turn, an elderly woman got up from the seat at the shoe section to come to the register. She had 1 shirt in her cart. I would have had no problem letting this woman go in front of me, as I've been taught to respect my elders. The girl at the register told this woman "we have a line over there". I shook my head as the ederly woman walked past and said I can't believe she did that to me. 6 registers, and only 1 employee at the registers. I didn't see any other employees stocking the racks or anything. RIDICULOUS!!!! By the way....this was on a Tuesday afternoon when 55+ is supposed to have an additional 10% off. What a way to treat those 55+!!! I'm not sure I will be back!!!

The selection was very good but they only had two little dressing rooms open that were right in the front of the store!!!!! It was embarrassing AND a nightmare!!! Everyone was waiting to try on cloths. I didn't try on half of the cloths I took in because I had to rush! The sad part is that they have several dressing rooms in the back if the store but we weren't allowed to use them! STUPID!!!
