unnecessary attitudes from people who give false information on their whacky pharmacy schedules that they’ve finally fixed. told me the pharmacy would open in half an hour, waited just to be told no pharmacist. then when I said I was upset, was told I could go elsewhere. real great customer service when you wasted my time for life saving meds.

I know the pharmacy is busy, and likely understaffed. However, I have called the pharmacy for an hour, and no one picks up. Twice I have gone in the Pharmacy has been closed due to no pharmacist. Frequently, they are running like chickens with their heads cut off trying to get prescriptions filled and tend the drive through and answer the phone. Rite Aid needs to staff these stores properly. I am always thankful to my pharmacist and the techs behind the counter, but customer service is beginning to lack at no fault of the workers at the Central Ave store. The pharmacy brings customers into the store, if the pharmacy isn't operating properly, then other sales also decrease. If people can't get their meds, their shots, and ask questions, it becomes a significant issue. People are going to start taking their business elsewhere.

Old lady at the front gave me a VERY hard time depositing my rent money onto my card. She called a manager because she couldn’t COUNT. Or maybe it’s because IM BLACK???

I actually enjoy working with all of these people on my many meds. They are all very courteous, knowledgeable, compassionate and professional. It makes me comfortable to know that I can trust them to " get it right " on my behalf. Dr Don Hochstein

All employers from pharmacists to pharmacy techs, to cashiers are all very attentive and professional! I am in there almost everyday because of the needs of my 90 year old Mother..they bend over backwards to accommodate her. Nick is getting to know her but Shannon who has been a pharmacist there for years truly shows great patience and kindness towards Mom. Thank you all!

Do not schedule a Covid test here if you do not drive they will not do it. My sister needed a test done for her work to state she is negative so she can go back. We get there and the guy comes out and says you have to be alone in the car. We explain she doesn't drive and we both have our masks on and he says "Well, come back when you learn how to drive." and walks away. This Covid is bringing out the negative in everyone. I can not wait until this is over.

Everytime I call they put me on hold and never get back on the phone complete waste of time. Not only that you go there and you wait in line for hours to get your meds to get up to check out just find out it's not even filled yet so you have to go back and wait in line again for hours hoping when you get to the pharmacy checkout your meds are finally filled but then you find out there still not filled moral of the story is get another pharmacy.I TIRED TO GIVE THEM NO STARS Lol RITE- AID SUCKS PERIOD!!!!!!! GET IT TOGETHER FOREAL

I hate that you literally can never know when you can or can't get your meds. Short staffed or not, people need their meds. They go days without being open.

Rite aid to be my pharmacy for many years however recently the one on Central avenue in Johnstown is horrible they have a shortage in the pharmacy on employees and on your short on a pharmacist as well so they're closing it various times throughout the week with no rhyme or reason so you better call ahead to find out if they're open before you drive over there
