Q and Cat sold me a node cutting of a rare plant back in August and told me it would root. Lo and behold, 6 months later, it still has no growth. After discussing with some plant pros, I realized that what they sold me wasn’t actually a node with a growth point, but rather a stem cutting that will never grow because there’s no node! I tried messaging and emailing them multiple times without response. At first I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt and thought it was an oversight, but now with their blatant ignoring of my messages, I’m thinking it must have been a purposefully bad sell. Extremely disappointed because they seemed like good people, but lousy business practices.

Buisness owner Catalina had a payment arrangement with me for a bundle deal of plants that she had put into this shop to sell. The arranged payment dates would come and I would hear nothing nor receive any payment. I had to reach out and got a payment of $80 out of the 200. The plants were picked up July 10. We are now in September and I'm still waiting on remaining payment of 120. I am honestly surprised as I felt I was doing buisness with professional person at the time of the arrangement. Please be cautious on dealings with this shop unless the merchandise they want to put in it is paid up front first.

We tried to go here as I am setting up a new aquarium, but the store was closed despite their website saying they were open and the door hours posted saying they were open.Majorly disappointed as I've been saving up a couple hundred for supplies that I'll have to have shipped to me instead.
