I went into this Michaels for some decorations for Halloween and Christmas. There was plenty of selection and the prices were very good. The staff was helpful in finding the merchandise I was looking for. The store was clean and I felt welcomed. Thank you for a great shopping experience!

I love Michaels. I love doing crafts and they have almost everything you need and there's a lot of times good sales going on. The customer service is great, if you need help they're always so helpful.

Curbside pickup was super fast! Items were correct. Good customer service. But if they have a sale.... Move fast. People in this town love a good sale. Overall coming from someone thats there weekly, it's a good site.

If you're a crafter of any sort this is one of the best places to shop. Some things were in short supply at this location, tho...I would have liked to see a wider selection of Diamond Dots projects (my latest obsession lol) and embroidery projects (an old favorite).

I called first before I drove there to ask if they had Diamond Art kits and the girl was very helpful and kind... The staff is always friendly and very informative and ALOT of beautiful ❤️ stuff . Highly recommend

The staff in the frame department were very professional and knowledgeable. They were able to show me a picture of the products which greatly attribute to choice of matte and frame for a unit flag that flew in Kuwait during our deployment.

This store is always nicely organized!! Prices are always posted (where some stores have missing price tags on every other item). The staff is always so kind and helpful when I cant find what I need. And they're always pleasant!! Fyi, holiday decor is out right now and the store is even more beautiful than usual....SUCH an amazing and diverse selection of decor, supplies and just about anything else!!

The clerk whose name is Terry gave excellent service. She was very personable and also sugned me up for the new rewards program. They have plenty if great Christmas Sales in. 60 % off. Bought new items to redo my wreath that hangs above the nativity on my mantle.

I love walking through and getting ideas to make gifts and other things. The employees are normally very nice but could be trained a little better in the products they are selling. All in all a nice, clean store with a public restroom.

Therese was fabulous. She patiently waited for me to try and find my coupon then eventually helped me find the correct coupon one. She was surely the cheery on top. A kind cashier really takes a store to the next level, making you look forward to going back too!

Usually you wait a long time for someone to come up to the register to check you out, but the staff is often engaged with customers and generally being nice and helpful. So it's a good store just don't be surprised if you need to wait for someone to get to the register.

Whole family likes going here, it's nice to go to an actual place to get arts and crafts/hobby supplies. Actually handle paper and pens or brushes, with your hands and see what you're buying. Some things are bought better at a brick and mortar store like Michael's.

Need a new hobby, need more supplies for existing hobbies, stop by. Decorations for every season. They do framing for your prints or favorite family photos. Have a graduation or wedding coming up, so many supplies for baking those special treats. Need ideas for souvenir bags, they have exactly what you'll need.

Was looking for some wall decals for a child's room. Everything in this store is extremely overpriced. Unless you need some specialty craft item right now then you would do a lot better to check Amazon.

Great employee knowledge of the store and what is where. Unfortunately they didn't have any selection of type of frame I was looking for. I had a 50%off coupon. That was a huge relief.They were out of stock on the Sharpie marker I've been searching everywhere for!! Not pleased with that.Michael's has alot and you sure pay for it. But I love the chain of Michaels.

I like that they have a great supply of pretty much everything you need from cake making/decorating to scrap booking and wood burning, jewelry making. The only criticism I have is opening registers a little quicker when there's a line and maybe remind the workers about good customer service!

Best place to get supplies for craft / hobbies. along with the tools / equipment if your looking to start a new hobby. Staff is friendly and attempt to answer any and all questions to the best of their abilities. Been dealing with this place for years and will continue to do business.

I would give them negative stars if it were possible, the store managers (tall, very skinny guy and a middle aged woman) are the RUDEST MOST CONDESCENDING PEOPLE I've ever had the misfortune of being around in my entire life. They talk down to employees like they're scum and are very snotty. They've created a Joann fabrics customer for life.

It's fine. They have some typical stuff, but they don't have unique art supplies. Have to go to a real art supply store for that kinda stuff. Always check online for a coupon before checking out.
