Something about this store makes me keep coming back. Great sales! The fresh meat section always has amazing choices. Check out is super quick. All lanes are open and a bagger packs everything for you! The store is always very busy and super clean!!!

I used to always shop at this store ever since the original owner sold it many things have changed not much for the better.I have found the owners Roast Beef 2.00 cheaper in another area store, their Pepsi Nitro Vanilla went up again last year to 8.00 while Wal Mart still sells it for 5.50. These are just two things I used to buy all our meat there I have started going to Pudliners thebutcher shop for it lately its cheaper and fresher.This place used to be where you could find stuff you couldn't find anywhere else so many brands have disappeared from the shelves I used to go there once a week to buy Donald Duck Orange Juice that also is gone.Anymore this place is about the same prices as Giant Eagle almost all the good sales require a 50 dollar purchase requirement or digital coupons more hoops to jump through.The old sales used to fill the windows and seemed to be almost a quarter of the store man how times have changed at this store yea its been prettied up but this doesn't help my wallet when I go here.

Last week when I went there, I used their website to check the price.of eggs.. it said $1.69 and when I got to the register it came up $2.69 . I told the cashier it should have been $1.69 and showed her my phone and she said that they don't use those coupons anymore that I had to download their new app.. I tried to tell her it wasn't a coupon that I used their website and searched for "eggs". Well she refuses to give me.them for $1.69 and I refused to buy them. I went home and sent an email to the company and haven't heard anything from them . Today I went on the website and now the eggs are priced at $2.99 so somebody changed the prices but didn't bother to contact me 😔

Really nice produce. I was able to get my Christmas oranges there. Pricy, but everything is pricy anymore. Friendly nice staff, and workers. Clean store.

Good quality meat and cheese at the deli with reasonable prices. Top notch customer service. Such friendly employee, super helpful as well. Store spacing has improved to make certain areas easier to access. Nice updates, making the store look modern. Good sales and new products. Grab your cart before you go into the store. Carts are outside now. If you want you can use a self check out.looks like they will have fresh roasted chicken soon. Deli is amazing

Great prices and awesome employees ! I had some questions about a type of meat and Brandon, answered my questions perfect! He went above and beyond what he needed including clarifying a question I had about a particular type of meat. BEWARE the picture I posted is how people park! Very dangerous people do not care! Period.

We have found the the prices here are really good. The store is clean. The products aren’t damaged and the staff are friendly. We’ve decided to avoid Walmart now. Would rather spend our dollars with a local grocer. Love the fact the carts are now outside and more space to move around. Well done.

This grocery store is a local magnet. I have never shopped here without it being busy. Having said that, we don't wait in line like we would giant eagle or Walmart. That in itself.... Makes it my go to grocery store. It doesn't get 5 stars because, it doesn't have a bakery. So no cakes, donuts, or fresh bread. My family and I do like to eat healthier but we also indulge, so this means an extra trip. Fruits and vegetables are always great looking and tasty. I definitely suggest market basket to everyone. Prices are better than most in area.

My go to grocery store. They offer a very large floor plan of fresh food, daily discounts, fresh meat at a butchers price and a huge deli. Staff is always friendly, helpful and store clean. Prices are reasonable and it's locally owned.

Wonderful place for groceries, especially the Deli!! Just try to on off hours cause it gets crammed and also beware those of the gray hair persuasion, for they are many (most likely because of Market Basket's low prices tend to attract them like moths to a light).

Deplorable customer service. Left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. Would give zero stars if it was an option. Good sales at times though. Management can't seem to even be nice to customers. When asked a simple question about product availability you're looked at like you're an alien from Mars, and talked to like you're supposed to know.

They are a very efficient store with friendly staff. There prices are as good as anyplace in these times of record breaking inflation. They are doing the best they can to keep them full. I hope they and all small businesses survive this.What's hardest to believe is like Covid this has been done to us rather then by us.I had to update, I'm disappointed to see self check out and fewer baggers. This keeps going it will be rather then a old style hometown grocery it will be another factory style giant eagle. It makes me sad to see.

Now that the company has offered a coupon program that most people can use, it makes life a little easier. For those who do not have emails, which is sort of common for older individuals, a fairer fix is needed like a home address. The people are really helpful. I've been handed top shelf groceries that I'm unable to reach on my own, thanks folks. Market Basket now offers four days self checkout counters. The reason is due to staffing. But the result is great. There are four sites that are not listed as 10 items or less but it is much quicker than the one line waiting to check out for one or two items. The regular cashier's are there to help out no matter which you choose.

This place is amazing. The deli... Best in the business. Great, I mean great selection and very affordable. The prices are outstanding. I have never seen a grocery store have so many cashiers in all the lanes...ever and they had baggers for each lane. Effective!

That place is just a good place to just buy the groceries you need, some of the supervisors and managers don’t treat people with disabilities with respect rather if it’s a customer or employee. This is just horrible for the people with special needs who can really use somebody’s time to help them succeed in life, but don’t ever, and I mean never especially workers who are high of the charts make any kid or citizen with disabilities with mental health issues feel like they want to die because of a few workers gaslighting about stuff they worked hard for. And that’s why me as a recent employer at Market Basket decided to quit this job and move on. I hope you guys have a wonderful day, and I would never be someone who would ever try to make somebody feel bad, but please with KINDNESS AND EMPATHY, please make sure that everyone has big smiles on their faces because me as a generous, kind, and passionate woman, everyone is a light in the lords eyes. Have a nice life.😢P.S. to everyone I doubt in the community and the main boss, I am so deeply sorry.

Market Basket is still a great to shop. With new ownership transfer went smooth. They redid flooring and displays there is more room. I still get more for money there and if you ask for help everyone is very friendly and helpful.
