I usually shop at Home Depot next door to this Lowes now I remember why. Customer service is not as good. My wife and I were shopping for a storm door for over 20 minutes in the door aisle. The employee at the door desk kept to his computer. Walked to another section looking for help and located another employee. Asked for assistance and he said he will send someone over. Never showed. We left

I purchased a 10 ft leader hose for my hose real about a month ago and used it twice. Well i went to use it again and it burst. I went to return it and was asked for the receipt or card that i purchased it with. I told the employee that i did not have either since i purchased it with a lowes gift card. I did however have the hose card that it was attached to. Your employee was so rude to me thinking that i only wanted the cash back and didn't even offer me an exchange just walked away from me. I asked to see the manager see said with a terrible attitude he's not working today. $15.00 just cost lowes a loyal customer.

I should have gotten the girls name I spoke to in home decor today. She went out of her way to go see if a particular wallpaper was there so I didn't have to drive up unnecessarily. She has it and pulled it for me. She made my day!!Great customer service at this store!

Just left Lowe's with my brother with the material for the job, that Lowe's had. Always have what I need to keep my jobs moving efficiently, workers with supplies, and customers happy with time frame. staff are polite and see to what item or product I need

Huge thanks to Lexi and everyone at the customer service desk! These wonderful people were patient with me and helped me through the leasing process ( through an affiliate company) so I could get a hot water heater, which I desperately needed! Had a really hot bath this evening! The water had the " new " hot water heater smell to it! 🤣 smelled like victory! Thanks again, customer service heroes!

Absolutely love the curbside pickup. I had some large items that I needed to pick up. It would have been very difficult for me to do so alone. So the order through the app and pick it up at a curbside spot in the parking lot was absolutely awesome. Thank you Lowe's!

You can almost find everything you need for home improvement here you can also find nits and bolts for auto uses but they really need to update the selection of what they have for that since alot of sizes people need were out of stock or they dident carry

Maybe I'm lucky, but I am always happy with my visits to Lowe's. Very helpful associates.Still better than the orange aprons. In store search function on the mobile app works great.

Every time I stop at Lowe's, I have a bad experience! They usually don't have what I'm looking for! And the employees are very ignorant! When I ask for help with looking for an item, they walk fast away from you and act like they can't hear you! If you are lucky enough to catch one, they have a cocky attitude! I actually had one guy roll his eyes at me! How unprofessional! I will shop at Home Depot from now on!

Ordered a freezer on the app to be delivered between 830 and 1230. At 1pm I called the store because I had not heard from anyone and was told that there is no way for them to get in touch with the delivery vehicle that it still showed it was out for delivery. At 2pm I got an automated lowes message saying that my order was next stop. At 445pm I called the store again to be told that there was no way to contact the drivers of the delivery truck and that they can see its still out. I told the store I wasn't able to wait any longer that I had to leave and I was told that if they show up and I'm not home they would just take it back to the store. At 530pm I got a call from Lowes telling me that they got the freezer back at the store and that the one delivery person hurt themselves and they weren't able to make the delivery. At no point during the 8 hour day was I notified. The drivers said they tried calling me but yet I had no missed calls or voicemails left. And to top it all off the lady did tell me that they can indeed contact the delivery drivers managers to receive updates and to find out statuses in the event that these situations occur. So I was lied to and wasted an entire day waiting for a freezer that wasn't even coming with no phone call. So much for getting my new kitchen through yall.

The only reason I use Lowes is the company I work for has an account there. Went to buy a Dewalt tape measure to replace a coworkers tape measure I broke. They don't carry Dealt tape measures. The lack of brands and items they carry is small and the customer service is horrible.

Always easy to find what I am looking for by using the app to search the product, then going to aisle/bay. Everything is always in the right place. I spend about half the time here as what it would take me at other home improvement stores.

Not only can you find items for home improvement you can find flowers and other gardening supplies. Grills, outdoor lawn furniture, and fire pits to enjoy those summer and even fall nights. From trash cans to lumber, bug spray to paint, and almost anything in-between for your home needs. Customer service is terrific and staff is knowledgeable. Shelves were stocked. So many great sales. Good deals for summer

If I could give my Lowe’s store in Johnstown zero stars, I would. They do not stand behind their warranties and promises. They installed a deck in 2019 for us, which cost $18,000.It was not a great experience it took them several months to complete a one month project. They ordered the wrong size gate and said they had to re-order the right size. It’s been three years and we’re still waiting on our gate. Three months after having our deck installed part of the 4X4 wraps blew off. which was covered under the warranty. When we called to turn this in and talk about our gate they said they do not Work with the same contractor so they had to send out a different contractor., which turned into over two years of sending out a few contractors for measurements to get the job done. The contractors would come out and take measurements and we would never hear from anyone again. Our thoughts are we have about four gates sitting on their back dock. They don’t seem to know how to handle the wrap as well. I’ve gotten a lot of apologies and absolutely zero follow up, until I call the next year to ask what’s going on. Fred George originally took on our project, but he said it is in the hands of different people now. At this point we need to gather up our information and go to the attorney general. This is absolutely ridiculous. Before making your decision, I strongly recommend not using their installation service they do not back it up! The customer service is a joke, I’ve sent out a few emails, promising to hear back from somebody the next day or within 24 hours, no call ever happens.

Have shopped at Lowe's in johnstown since it opened, untill last week. Wanted to buy new kitchen appliances, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. Was asked may I help you, told them what we wanted and was told to go home , get on line and see what was available. Seriously she was more interested in talking on her phone. Went to home depot and was helped through the whole process. Sorry Lowe's but walked out of Home Depot spending my $4000.00 there

If you need a fence, do not go to Lowe’s. I paid for a fence in full in March, was repeatedly told someone would reach out to me for installation. I had to email them every two weeks for MONTHS to ask for an update because NOBODY reached out to me or came to my property. Fast forward to the end of June when someone comes to my yard (the subcontracted installer of course, not an actual Lowe’s employee). Products has been delivered, but they tried telling me I need to pay a couple more GRAND to remove bushes before they can do anything. I asked if we could put the gate at a slant so the shrub didn’t need to be removed, being that I don’t have thousands of dollars laying around, and he said that he wanted it to “look nice.” I told him the goal is to keep my kids safe, I’m not concerned with how it looks. I told him I’d trim the bushes back and he could return to see what he could do. I’ve reached out multiple times with no follow up. The materials have been in my driveway for a month and the concrete bags are now hardened. Lowe’s has handled this situation poorly. Learn from my mistakes.

Only gave it a one because a zero is not an option. Scheduled delivery for a new refrigerator we purchased for between 12 pm and 4 pm. Got a call from a guy at 3:35 pm asking if we were home and available for delivery and I said yes. He said we are 25 minutes away and will be there. Never showed up! I tried calling the number he called from back, went straight to voicemail and recording said the number I called that doesn’t have a voicemail set up! Now two hours later and no one showed up. I will be going to Lowe’s tomorrow morning and getting a refund on a $2,000 purchase and cutting my Lowe’s card that we have had since 1993 into pieces. Big box doesn’t care about customer service anymore! Im done with this company and WILL NEVER spend another dime in this POS store!!!!!!
