Both of our dogs love coming to Lead Me On for boarding when we go on vacation. We even have to keep our truck windows up so our lab doesn’t jump out in enthusiasm for arriving here, so he must be having a great time! Our sheepadoodle loves it here, too. And grooming always goes well for us here. We are grateful to Stephanie for running such an awesome place to bring our dogs!

I have a great pyrenees puppy who is well over 100 lbs. He is gorgeous. Nails are short without bleeding (so important). He looks brand new. I will be back over and over

The staff was very friendly and caring, but I was not satisfied with the service..The prices were high for our area.. Was 70$ for the bath and shave down ears and nails..10$ extra for hair matts..Her hair is very choppy and not shaved down like we thought it would be. Other places have done a much better job

They seem to take good care of the dogs but the communication is lacking. When I booked my boarding I specified I wanted my dog to also go to doggie daycare during the day and they said that would be fine but they would have to temperament test her. When I picked my dog up I asked the lady if she did good and she said yes. Only for her to later tell me she was on vacation all week and didn't really know. Then they told me she wasn't in daycare due to them being full and the wait list is a year long. Also I measured out the dog food for her to only have scoop extra and she came back with almost a full bag. I am not sure what to think as my first experience was good but the second not so great.

I called many different local groomers and decided to try Lead Me On because of my conversation with the owner. She was amazing because there were no simple ‘yes’ or ‘no’ answers. I was given full explanations on what she would be doing for our dog. I was sold just from that conversation.Thank you so much for giving Rocky the best grooming he had EVER had. He still looked amazing 3 weeks after his appointment! I've been telling dozens of people about your place. I was highly impressed with your talents and especially your customer service. We have used Lead Me On to board our sweet pup several times. She experiences severe separation anxiety and doesn't get along very well with other dogs ever since our other dog passed away. They also matched her with an older dog ro see how they did together, and it went great! The staff at Lead Me On goes above and beyond to care for her. When possible they have her with themin office giving her extra snuggles. They also keep us well informed of everything that is going on. We love going onto their Facebook page and seeing pictures of her. It gives us such peace of mind! I refer them to everyone I know! They truly treat all of the dogs as if they are their own!

I always have a pleasant conversation with the staff. If a question arises while my dogs have been there, I've received a phone before because of verification on two of my dog's medicines because I didn't have it marked for the one dog. They even contacted my vet to verify the med. The dogs have got bathed, groomed, and nails done, and my dogs looked good. The staff has helped me take my dogs to the vehicle upon picking them up, too. Friendly and kind all around. Just make sure you have all your dogs boarding shots up to date. Always call if you have questions, and the staff will call you back if you leave a message.

Our pups are always well taken care of when staying at Lead Me On. The staff takes great care of them and the dogs don't fuss about going there. We know they are in good hands when we leave them with Steph.

They loved my dogs. To me that is the most important thing. I knew that I didn't have to worry about Kona & Duke when we left. We called to check in and they were always happy to let us know how our pups were doing. Great place, wonderful people.

I take my Pug/Chihuahua once a month to get his nails cut and tipped. He always comes out with short nails and the tips stay for the whole month!
