Stopped this morning 5/3/2024 picked up my parts that I ordered on the phone . The service was excellent by far , I even bought a hat. Great place but what I don't understand is if you use a credit card they charge you an extra 2% for using a card to purchase their parts . I used a debit card charged me the extra 2% came out to 1.48 . It's a sad state of affairs that a buisness charges to use a card that in this day that's all anyone uses and in my case a debit card . Then I look on the receipt and the items were sold to Cash lol . Yeah it's only a 1.48 but that 1.48 is better in my account then theirs SMH what a world we live in

Dan was excellent to work with. I was referred to Hines Equipment by a customer of mine. I called Dan and he took the time to tell me what he had in stock. I made it down there and he worked with me on a Cub Cadet ZT2 50. All I can say is fantastic customer service and the best mowing machine I have ever owned! And to add free delivery to my driveway on a Saturday morning...nice!

I purchased a used Cub Cadet from Hines a couple years ago. Process was smooth and the salesman worked with me on the pricing to a point where we were both comfortable with the deal. I recently had an issue with the transmission of the same tractor. I called and was put on the phone with one of the servicemen who was very helpful in helping me diagnose possible issues. I've always had very helpful and courteous service any time I have had to call or visit the store.
