The store it self wasn’t anything special, but the staff there was amazing!! So friendly and so patient with everyone in the store as they were trying to put things away. Will definitely be back for that alone!!

I only leave a 5 star review if I had an above and beyond experience. Although the store was busy and slightly cluttered, my checkout experience was amazing. I bought a lot if books and board games and while I was waiting in line, two other employees began to pack up my items in boxes for me. When I finished checkout, they took my items out to my car and loaded them up for me! What kindness! Give these people a raise!

Please stop donating to goodwill and start donating to Saint Vincent de Paul or any other donation business!! Goodwill is no longer for the poor or less fortunate that need assistance. It’s now a money hungry business and all the higher ups care about is how much money they can put into their pocket! Goodwill should be ashamed for how they price items now. Utterly disappointed.

Prices are just terrible it's very sad. I know people shop there and then resell items so your solution is to raise prices ever thing of just banning the people that do it ie simple to check if you suspect someone of doing it the rest of us shouldn't be over charged because those ppl

The girl that waited on us and was working through out the store wasn't wearing mask properly in general good store have restrooms locked to public which on one point understand but several elderly folks and kids might need restrooms and not anyone exactly close

Great finds for Johnstown classics 60's, 70's, 80's, and 90's. Clean and well kept store, friendly staff. Very accessible with a large parking lot right out the front door. For donations there is a door a little further back in the parking lot which makes dropoff a breeze.

This place has gone downhill. It was a mess, the prices are too high and I had to wait because there was no cashier when I was ready to check out. I believe there may have been only one person working. I'm not sure.

l needed baby clothes for my grandson. The selections were phenomenal, and the clothes were so clean. Friendly cashier.Go Goodwill!
