Thank you to the wonderful ladies in the pharmacy😊 I had been to five other pharmacies looking to get my prescription filled and no one had it in stock, and I was informed it couldn't be ordered. These ladies not only got my medicine for me which I needed for my surgery, but they were kind, friendly and had an excellent understanding of customer service. Kudos ladies, you were amazing! I apologize for not getting your first names as I would have addressed you both personally in this review. Thank you!

I’ve used this pharmacy for about 6 months, I have only ever gotten my prescription correctly 1 out of those 6 months. Whether it was the pharmacist giving everyone involved a hard time, or the person who’d check me out and neglect to actually look if it was more than one bag, because they LOVE filling 2-3 medicine pick ups in multiple bags, not consistently, just sometimes, when they want. Overall, unprofessional and poorly ran. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

The pharmacist is very rude told me to go to the ER to get pill. Told her my son was taking seizures I need them she did not care they are ver rude and do not care they steals your pills. They did not have enough pills on Friday to give me the full presciption so they gave me partial on Friday which I need the medication. Then today when I went for the rest they said if they gave me the rest of my presciption I will be charged for another refill and be short a refill. Now I am short 18 pills in which Giant Eagle gets for free. Maybe I can buy them from the pharmacist on the street

worst staff of all local giant eagle stores. Will not help customers even when the insurance company states for them to fill the perscription.

If anyone deals with giant eagle pharmacy id advise you to try to find another. I have a prescription for my depression meds and it was suppose to be filled 3 days ago. Now all of a sudden my insurance wouldnt cover it, then they were but i had a 500. Dollar copay(which i dont understand how since my insurance is suppose to cover it) then they said it was too early now im being told i need another prescription because the one they have isnt valid and my doctor escripted it. Real lovely. They are the worst. So now im left without my mental health meds which can make someone suicidal without them since it "stuns" the mind and have to have my dr send in a new one tomorrow. Will definitely be having that sent to Walmart. What a joke!

Dropped off my prescription at 9:05am and informed them I would be waiting. Was told by them that it would be 30 minutes. Well, 30 minutes became 40, then 45, then one hour and finally it was ready after an hour and 6 minutes. It was ten pills. Why is it so difficult for a college grad to count to ten, screw on a lid and slap a label/sticker on the bottle? Maybe Giant Eagle pharmacists should be required to work at McDonalds for a week where there are teenagers taking orders, cooking the product and hand delivering it to the customer in just a few minutes.

I have been using this pharmacy for years and would not want to switch. There may be the occasional glitch, but over all the service has been very good and the staff is friendly and efficient.
