I didn't find a coat that suited my size and taste. If I liked how it fit, there weren't enough pockets or the pockets were small. However, they had nice insulated boots that I might put on my Christmas list!

Dunhams= over priced. If we absolutely need something and can't wait for it to be shipped is when we will find our way to this store. No matter the advertised sales I always leave feeling like I had a hole in my wallet. The store carries good name brand items however limited sizes. We find it very difficult to maneuver through the setup of the clothes racks and aisles especially when there are more than a few people shopping in the store its very disorganized and can be extremely hard to find someone to help you. Also needs some serious upgrades to the building inside. Just not a great experience.

They had a decent selection of what I was looking for, however, when looking for shoes there wasn't anyone even close that I could speak to for help. It was like being in a desert. I then was looking for a new holster for my semi S&W. After meandering the aisles, I heard 2 men talking about ski patrols ant having to volunteer hours and such, totally ignoring me. After looking at a few pieces to see IF I could find a holster that was compatible with my own, the one gentleman asked me if I needed any help, this was after 20 minutes! His friend was more helpful.Don't get me wrong, I like your merchandise, but for God sakes, have people that can actually help a customer and not BS with their friends, or run away

The store is a mess. It looks like they gutted it to remodel, then just stopped. The staff, for the most part, has no clue of any of the products they sell. They huddle together to talk, all while ignoring you when you need help. Their return policy is horrendous. My wife and I bought camping chairs and when I opened mine I found out it was broken. After my son's soccer game I went back to exchange it (2hrs later) and even though the cashier remembered me, they wouldn't let me get a new chair because I didn't have the reciept with me. It was clean, the tags were still on it and she recognized me. Terrible customer service.

At the store 2 weeks and left after 10 mins since no one was around to answer a question. Called today to get a price on an item and was on hold for 10 mins. Shoe salesman answered and said he couldn't help so back on hold. After a total of 12 mins on hold I hung up and called back. After asking what I wanted a price on the cashier who I know wasn't working the front said we don't have any of that in. Kidding me? He isn't even in that department to answer the question. Talked to manager who was rude and said they were to busy to answer phone calls. Never recommend this store!

Very poor costumer service. I asked a simple yes or no question and was met with eye rolls and sighs. I had to pull a Karen and ask to speak to the manager just to get my answer. Thanks dunhams I’ll be going to purchase my kayak elsewhere.

This is the only game in town for sporting goods. I needed some corn hole bags. $10.99 each set of four. Needed two, obviously. I built a corn hole set to donate to a fundraiser. It was easily $100 in supplies after all was said and done. They turned out pretty nice, and Dunham's was my supplier for the bags.

Went to buy a gun, picked out a gun that I enjoyed, passed background check and etc and they refused to sell me the gun because apparently they had suspension I was buying for someone else (wasn’t). There’s a law saying for a title transfer for pistols and handguns but not rifles, so it wouldn’t even matter anyways but I addressed that I was buying it for me and they argued until I got mad and walked away. Never will I buy ANYTHING from here.

First of all, the prices are way too high and some of the deals aren't worth buying. Instead of the manager offering to help us find what clothing we were looking for, he walked past us at 6:03 and said, "You guys have to make your final decision, we were closed." in a very rude manner which upset us. Not one person came over and offered to help us, but they would either walk past us or ask for our help and not be respectful at all. You have to walk to someone who works there just to ask for help. Moreover, the selection is fenominal, but the employees and prices aren't very good for bargains.

Horrible Customer Service! I stood for 20 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me! Then another 10 to actually even be helped! The manager even came over to help the employee, but he didn't even acknowledge or help me then! He was too busy socializing with a customer/friend then as he just walked away! I'll drive to a further away Dunham's now, as this isn't the first time this has happened, but it was the last!

There's absolutely nothing in this store that you can't get considerably cheaper online. The only reason I go here is when I need an obscure sports item right now, and I know I'll pay a premium for it.

Dunhams is the last hunting,fishing, sporting goods store in johnstown. The staff here is helpful, the shelf are usually stocked and they run great deals all the time.

I think the young man's name was Patrick. Spent plenty of time making trips to the back to find a pair of shoes that fit my big feet. Very helpful and polite. Lots of great sales!
