My experience at Dollar Tree left me disappointed. I had heard about the viral Sesame Street makeup collection and was excited to find it. I spotted the Elmo lip gloss, but when I looked for other products, I found them in an open box. I took what I needed without creating any mess. However, the workers seemed upset and promptly put away the remaining items. Later, I noticed they had taken the Sesame makeup to the back, presumably for themselves. This experience shed light on why it’s often challenging to find certain items at Dollar Tree. If you’re having trouble finding something, it might be because some workers keep items for themselves. As I paid for my stuff they couldn’t even look at me because they know what I saw them do SMH .April/2024( Side Note it was two lady’s I didn’t get their names other then that everyone else in the store is amazing )

Ok so this dollar tree is really hiding stuff I asked one employee no names if they got in the viral items the hand spray and makeup and Stanley cup straw covers etc….. ( the person said yes they have them but the other employees keep them in the back for themselves ) I said can you go get me some and the person said they don’t want to get in trouble………. this isn’t ok smh

I love coming to the dollar tree store. I've took notice that they have new stuff coming into the store. Now they have yarn & craft stuff. & I come to the store for my Reborn baby needs ( baby stuff) cause I do Reborn baby's for my collection and dollar tree fits my needs.Since I made my last rating post about dollar tree. Prices went up from $1.06 of course the .06 for taxes. Now its $ 1.25 still at a good price but they are getting more things in the stores. I come here for my cleaning supplies, make-up, I even gotten seeds for my garden. And of course I get things for my Reborn baby dolls.

The manager was very helpful in helping me find some craft supplies I thought was out of stock. He opened a box of new packages to find just what I was looking for to make this mesh wreath, made from all Dollar Tree supplies.

I really love it here. The associates are so nice. The store is very well put together actually. It was very busy but it was awesome because I found everything I needed. I can't wait to go back.

I went in today with my little boy to get some last minute things for my sons birthday. As we were checking out kathy, the cashier, was so sweet!! She spoke to my son asking him how he was and about his birthday. She wished him a happy birthday and pulled a dollar out of her purse to give him as a gift. Completely unexpected and thoughtful. She made his day! Thank you! ❤️

Lot of great stuff in the store. Something to catchers talk too much I understand about being friendly but please people got things to do and face to see. If somebody casuals do more work instead of talking those lines wouldn't be as bad

Went here Yesterday for some Chrismas bags and paper. Shopping was fine, but terribly rude employee. He wouldn't acknowledge us or say a word. My mother put her items down. Then when she finished I put my items down. He just continued ringing my stuff. I said oh those were separate. He just kept going. My mom said it's fine she'd just get it. I said ok .. I'll buy your lunch. She said oh I got the better end of this. He continued acting as though we didn't exist. He said her total. We paid. He never said thanks or anything at all. Not sure what his problem was.

Sadly it's a dollor store and sells cheap stuff for cheap. Some things are ok like the leftover containers that you could consider disposable. They are one of the last places I can find the RIPIT I fell in love with while serving. They have alot of cheap arts and crafts stuff. So the kids and wife love it. Found some silverware there but seemed all to be extra large. Staff normally is really nice. They are also now charging for plastic bags there so if you plan to get a few thing make sure to take your own bag.

My mother always said "If you don't have nothing good to say, don't say nothing at all". But I can't,the D.T. in Richland the employee that waited on me,I agreed with Teresa was rude, didn't even look up , barely spoke or whispered, but my main pet peeves the place was dirty and liter everywhere on the floor like it wasn't swept in ages. Looked like a nobody cares,.three employees there at the time and not to busy, unbelievable.

This Dollar Tree is in desperate need of some TLC. Shelves half empty and are very disheveled. I see other people on Tiktok and YouTube talking very highly about their local dollar tree and their dollar trees always seem to have way more stuff.

This place is huge. It’s well stocked- no empty shelves. So much selection; I found stuff I’ve never seen at dollar tree. (This must be the store the you tubers shop at and find awesome stuff. 😂) Staff was also super nice.

Mediocre customer service, but items I purchased were good quality for $1.25 price. Cashiers are always polite. Store pretty clean. Could use a little organizing. Overall good experience.

It's the dollar tree what else can you say! Lol I always leave with more than I intended to go in for. They have a nice selection of everything in there and you can even score some name brand make-up there sometimes. Only thing is that the lines are long to check out sometimes but other than that I never have any issues.

I love EVERYTHING about the Dollar Tree store!! You will save allot of money looking there first for things you need, from groceries, to house wares, craft supplies, birthday decorations. This store has more than people realize. If you haven't been there take an hour, walk down each isle, it out. You'll be pleasantly surprised!! ☺ 👍

I go to dollar tree every once in awhile and I always seem to find things I didn't know they had. Their crafting section has alot more items than I ever expected and they even have alot of home decor items. usually when I go there it's for cheap wrapping paper or sometimes some good cheap snacks and drinks. I have never had a bad experience with customer service at this particular dollar tree near me

Everything always seems to be a mess. The workers are all stressed out.I'm a crafter and the craft section is always ablitterated. The moss (of any kind) always looks to be the out of date 10yr old left overs. So not anything I would use.The management will tell you anything you want to here , without any results.Today, the manager and another employee were with the girl at the register.then,they left her. The line behind me was quickly growing and people becoming impatient. Finally Don (the manager ) came out to help her but only after a few people left. I guess the purple haired employee was going home.I will probably quit going in there especially if the little one in my home area grows again.

Very pleasant and knowledgeable cashier. Well organized and clean store with a wide variety of items, big discount prices. Check out the and greeting cards for $1 each, and most are 2/$1. Worth the trip!!

The Dollar Tree is a get-what-you-pay-fore store. Recently they have gone to asking you if you want a receipt. What they fail to tell you is, if you don't get a receipt -- they won't exchange their junk that doesn't work for their junk that does at least work for a day or two. I wasted two dollars there so I figured I'd waste two minutes and tell my tale. One star for my $2.00.
