CVS on Menoher Blvd in Johnstown Pa Megan. “ lead tech” that has been a tech for 12 years & working at cvs for 8 years is RUDE.VERY UNPROFESSIONAL ON THE PHONE. Turning CUSTOMERS away from the business like she owns it. I’ve been a tech as well and for a prescription transfer I’ve never told a customer to come in personally for that. It’s 2023 everything can be done over the phone via computer. So instead of just taking my information down and doing the transfer process for her pharmacist she stayed on the line with me for 4:58 asking where I worked, how long I worked for cvs, which location and my title. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, she could have gotten my information in that 5 minutes and been done with the call. I’m so unhappy with the service I will be contacting HR about her & the whole pharmacy since she wants to play games. Talking about “ we busy, we have customers in drive thru and in line waiting “ AS IF IM NOT A CUSTOMER AS WELL!!! Also an EMPLOYEE. I can’t wait to report this to HR 🤣I think Megan needs to go find a new job if she can’t deal with customers.

I'm giving free Starz because now they close at 9:00 p.m. instead of 10:00 p.m. but that's okay and another reason three stars is they used to give 40% off different things and now they're only sending me a $4 coupon to my cell phone which I can put on my card which sometimes it works and sometimes it don't

It's a good place to find all different varieties of medicine, herbal, and healing products. The staff is pretty decent. The pharmacy can be a little shady with only giving 14 day supplies so they can double charge your co pay twice a month which on regular medications are bs.

I've only been In CVS one time and it was this one, I have to say it was a lot more than I expected. The place is huge and has a lot more stuff to shop for than most places. It also had a pleasant environment because of the staffs willing to help and how curious they were. The best part about the whole visit was the cleanliness of the store. Shelves were organized and everything on the shelve was facing towards you so you are able to read what your buying. I will definitely be going back again. I might also be switching to the prescription center as well. Right now I have Giant Eagles, and lets just say they are atrocious!!!

Andrea Groves is a very rude and ignorant Pharmacist at the Menoher Blvd location. She also has violated HIPAA laws. She tried on giving me another customer's Lipitor and I told her I dont take it and she got the script and held it up this is yours and isn't even my last night then she got nasty and mad because she has to redo my scripts because she ran them under the other guys insurance. She needs fired. I left CVS and went to Rite Aid.

I love CVS and there beauty rewards, I have had issues w this CVS..but the manager is always very helpful and seems to listen..ive never found the store dirty..or had a problem w any employees.

Certain Staff Is Horrible, I Had To Drive 25 miles There Just For Them To Deny The Goodrx Coupon That Is Posted For Their Store, I Just Asked For A Price & They Ruined My Prescription By Writeing False Information On It, I Will NEVER Go Back There For Anything Ever Again
