We got the appointment to review our needs (a sliding glass door) and we got an estimate from their salesman, Clinton, who was wonderful - very personable, friendly, and my dog loved him. The estimate was better than we anticipated and the installation was much sooner than expected, even with rescheduling. The installers were quick and did a great job. I recently had an entry door and window installed. Everyone I spoke about the project from start to finish was very professional. The installers showed up right on time and went right to work. They answered all my questions and demonstrated operation of the new window. They cleaned up the workspace so well that you could not even tell they were there. I didn’t buy….I actually paid almost exactly the same price from another company but I dislike pricing that is only good if you sign immediately & the presentation was way too long. I already knew I wanted ProVia doors. Competitor took 30 minutes to put in dimensions & write quote. I then docusigned later, no pressure. I’m giving 4 stars because I don’t want to lower overall ratings since I didn’t buy.

We were very impressed with the quality of the awning mechanism and fabric. The guarantee and the quality together makes the awning a great value. We were equally pleased with the staff from the salesman, Clint to the crew who came to install. They were all polite, interesting and knowledgeable. They showed up on time. Their clean-up was perfect. We cannot wait for next summer so we can use our awning.

I just had a call from your representative (Mark). He was condensing and rude. Speaking to me as if I was a burden. I had damage done to my house, so addressed the following day and sent photos. It took 10 weeks to have someone call back. I told him I did the repairs myself, why would I let the damage go unaddressed over the holidays. The professionalism of your representative should be an embarrassment. All he said was “I’m sorry” in a condensing tone. I realize this employee is probably a family member and nothing will be done, but whenever given a chance I will tell anyone who will listen that your company do not truly care about their customers or their home.Wayne Wholaver

We were strongly considering purchasing Renewal by Andersen or Pella windows prior to our in-home consultation with a representative for Best Window & Door Company. He did an excellent job explaining, and showing, why Best Window's product is comparable, if not superior, to other more-well-known options. The lifetime warranty was unexpected and helped us to make our decision. We were going to purchase three windows but opted to replace seven instead because of the discounted price for buying in bulk. Installation went well with a few minor issues. Our two-man crew arrived late but apologized for the delay. They were clean and efficient. The windows are too new to fully assess, but they are definitely an upgrade over the "contractor-grade" windows that came with our house. The windows come with half screens and low-e glass, which has a slight tint to it that is more noticeable from the outside. It remains to be seen if this feature will lower our heating and cooling bills.

I purchased my Sunesta Awning from Best Window & Door Company and could be happier. The sales call was friendly and low key with no high pressure sales pitch. Sunesta was the only awning brand that was customizable to fit the architecture of my older home. I expected a custom size awning to be very expensive, but was pleasantly surprised that prices werecompetitive with other brands. Turnaround time was great and installation went smoothly. The crew was polite, professional and friendly. They worked diligently despite the rain and cold, installed the awning, demonstrated its operation, and thoroughly cleaned up their work area. It took longer than anticipated to have the door made due to the issues with the supply chain. We are very pleased with the entire process. Ben came out the day after I called to schedule a visit. He answered all of our questions and we were sold with his heat lamp demonstration. It did take several weeks for the windows to be made, but we knew that when we purchased them. The installation guys were very nice and worked very well together. They cleaned up everything and there was no mess. They even made sure my cats didn’t escape when the old windows were removed. We will definitely be going with Best Window and Door Company for all of our future home renovations!
