Stopped at this ice cream place as a "tourist" as a quick stop after a half day of hiking on the nearby trails and it did not disappoint. Ice cream has a rich and full flavor and the portions are huge for the price. Definitely take the time to stop here for a sweet treat!

Great ice cream, soft serve and hand dipped. The sizes are big. The kid's size is the smallest and that is 2 scoops.

We enjoy this local ice cream shop. Their muddy monkey sundaes, (bananas and peanut butter & chocolate sauce) are super tasty. The staff is friendly, the prices are reasonable, the outdoor seating area is pretty clean, and they even have dog treats, so what's not to love?

Stopped here after biking on a nearby trail. The ice cream did not disappoint! I got a small soft serve cone but a “kid size” probably would have been enough. They also have a “doggie sundae” with ice cream topped with a dog treat. Definitely will come back to try some other flavors.

Ice cream itself is delicious. It’s very convenient located and has its own parking. But Italian ice was flaky and not shaved, this is why I give it 4 stars.

This was my first experience with Annie’s and I asked the lady on the counter that Do you give take outs and will it stay for an hour? She said yes hard ones for sure in this weather. I asked her to pack it for me and as soon as I got it - I felt the wetness from the brown paper. I went to her and said there is something leaking can you check? She just wrapped it in a foil paper and gave it to me. I came home driving and all I see is some red sauce that leaked all over the brown bag and was so bad. I would never ever go to Annie’s. They should have been decent enough to tell me that their packing isn’t that great. I wish I get my money back.

Average ice cream in the "second" part of Jim Thorpe. This place isn't located in downtown Jim Thorpe, but instead across the bridge to a more residential area. Parking lot was kinda small and it did get full when I was there.I got the toasted coconut ice cream in a waffle cone and my girlfriend got a chocolate milkshake. The ice cream was great; it also had a small taste of pineapple (maybe that is just me). But, I didn't really like the milkshake.

Tried it for the first time yesterday. I got an Arctic swirl and it was like a blizzard but the ice cream was a lot better than DQ. My wife had a " small" cone and it looked like 3 scoops. Excellent product and very reasonable prices.

Great local I've cream shop owned by a nice family. They have tons of flavors and options, and usually do what they can to satisfy special requests that aren't on the menu. If you're in Jim Thorpe, you must stop here!

Stopped there while driving back to NYC through PA. Figured I'd give a mom & pop ice cream shop a try. I ordered butterscotch sundae with walnuts. Wife ordered the Heath blizzard like thing. We were both amazed at the amount of goodies we got for the price. Mine had lots of creamy ice cream, walnuts and loads of butterscotch. Though I never asked, it was topped with a generous amount of whipped cream with a cherry on the summit. Wife said there were amble amounts of Heath in every bite. This place destroys Dairy Queen, and most other mom & pop ice cream joints I've eaten at. Jaxson's Ice Cream Parlor in Dania Beach, FL is comparable. Next time im in that area of PA I will go out of my way to hit this place up for another treat.

This was one of the friendly ice cream places I've ever been to. And they have great prices too. If you go hile Glen onoko trail you owe it to yourself to stop here and grab a cold treat after your done hiking.

Ice cream and service are good. A serving area is dirty. The tracks to the sliding windows are filled with black crud and the serving areas are sticky and have sprinkles on them every time.

After having 5 + service all summer long weekly, we had badly a 2 service for the second week in a row. We have mocked names our server leaner. For the second week not only was order messed up one of our cones ice cream fell off.

Portion sizes are enormous. A bunch of us got the kids size scoop and it was giant! I got one of the arctic swirls (like a blizzard) and they were generous with the candy too.

Annie's ice cream is much more than what one would expect, with at least 40 different ice creams, all of them available in different forms with different toppings, the customisation factor easily exceeds Cold Stone Creamery's own.

I would suggest updating your hours. During Covid people have a little time to waste. Woods was shut down too. Maybe it's a 570 thing.Maybe it's spreading from Shendo.

I love this place. The workers are super nice and the place is lively. The parking is small and the seating is small but you can always park next door and then drive to the near by park to eat. Its a great place with great prices.

Summertime ice cream. Set up like Rita's. Go to the window and order from their big ice cream menu then grab an outdoor table and enjoy. Annie's is sit outside only. Yummy ice cream.
