I have been using Chewy for years and I find them reliable excellent customer service. Recently i lost my pet due to illness since I'm a senior citizen i won't be getting another pet. I notified Chewy not to send refill reminders and they were so considerate and caring.I received a vase with flowers from Chewy expressing sympathy. What company does something like that today-a company with heart. Eternally grateful

Chewy saved me from bi-monthly visits to the vets. Everything comes to this old man now! They keep records of your needs, so re-ordering goes smoothly.Highly recommended!

I would not recommend working for this garbage company or buying any of their garbage products! The reason they can't keep employees is because they make their jobs difficult where they have to quit I say boycott chewy I hope the business goes out of business. And I for one will be creating a private Facebook group with my own opinion about chewy and inviting everybody to join in and see what they think. As far as buying any of their garbage products I will be telling our friends and family not buy anything from them. I'm going to work for Blue Buffalo company they're competitor you make much more money plus they have better products.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Got a card in the mail saying how much they appreciate me, got top RF picker and they fire me without warning for "attendence". They don't explain anything to you and just kick you to the curb. Don't ever work here unless you want to get treated like a slave. They harass certain people. While others get to stand there and do nothing. Management is a joke. Do not work here if you have a family to support. It's not worth it.

5/5 for trucker I’m pretty sure they allowed overnight parking once you check in drop your trailer and park in front up to the hill wait for a call or check if you have a green light go back to your trailer and paperwork will be inside of it, appt only I arrive about hour a have earlier and got a door right away 30min later I was out.

Honestly it’s not a bad place to work but if I’m being honest. The entire HR department needs an overhaul. They say open door and it’s complete the opposite. The HR staff besides one or two is very unhelpful.

As far as large companies and factories go, Chewy really tries to take care of their employees. I have never worked around so many people directly and indirectly, and also felt noticed and appreciated for what I did, by my superiors. Perhaps I am just very lucky, but I have yet to meet a single superior that wasn't down to earth, approachable,respectful, and helpful. They offer and do a lot for their employees and are very flexible with accommodations. There is plenty of room to grow and inhouse training. And, it seems that if you work hard and want it, you'll get it. It's a lot of honest physical work, but it's always a very healthy, safe, and supportive environment.

They fire people for nothing. They expect you to be like Jesus and get stepped and not defend yourself after being harassed for months. You're nothing but a number, body or robot and that's the best way to put it because it's a lot worse than that. You could be the hardest worker and they don't care about you but they'll slave you and the people that don't work are treated special. Worse workplace in my whole life I ever worked for. I wouldn't even recommend my cat to go there. They called themselves pet loving place yeah of course but not human loving.

Arrived @1430 for a 1500 appointment. Was given a dock to back in to. You have to slide your tandems to the rear, drop your trailer and park on the street. They will call you when you're empty. The bills will be in the trailer. I was unloaded with bills in hand by 1545..overall good exercise

They cancelled my delivery without telling me. I had auto ship. First 2 times great. 36 lb bag out of stock. No bother to let me know. Never use them again!!!

Top notch in caring about their customer. Ordered my dog's medication through Chewy to save money instead of getting directly through my vet.I had just received my monthly order through Chewy and my dog passed away peacefully right after receiving. Even though their rules dictate no returns of meds, they returned my money and I am able to donate the meds to local rescue.Along with that, they sent my wife and I flowers in condolences to the passing of our dog.Great job in customer service when most companies do not seem to not care about it these days. Will not be forgotten, as during our sad times in mourning our loss, they made things a bit better and gained a loyal customer.

I just became a chewy customer, and I needed to delay my first automatic shipment. I attempted to do this before coffee one morning, and completely botched it up. After caffeinating myself, I dialed customer service and AN ACTUAL HUMAN BEING picked up ON THE SECOND RING. Not only was she human, but she was polite, understanding, courteous and helpful. These are adjectives that often don't coincide with customer 'service' these days. After a two minute conversation, everything was resolved and I could get about my day. As long as chewy's customer service stays like this, I am a customer for life, and I'll recommend it to everyone!

Dear Chewy, working for you was the worst experience I was forced to quit because you made my life difficult and hard to work for you first you made a issue about my shoes then about not using your lockers that are stuck and won't open, after repeatedly put in a combination in. My husband also quit because he refused to use gloves which irritates his skin although it's your protocol. We are no longer customers and have banned all chewy products from our home the other tenants that live in our home are also banned from buying anything from your website in the future. Me and my husband have thrown everything we brought from your website away that we got for our dog including food, treats toys ect, we have since deleted our customer account with Chewy it will not be purchasing anything in the future.Sincerely yours,Former employee

I just wanted to write to thank Chewy for their awesome response to my cat’s death. My cat, Oreo, aka Pretty girl died after a great life of 18 1/2 years. I contacted Chewy because I only used 4 cans out of a whole case of kidney function cat food left and I didn’t need it. They not only refunded me over $50 but they told me to just donate it to a local shelter. Then about a week later I came home to a beautiful bouquet of flowers sent from Lexine from Chewy! What large company does that today?! I will definitely continue to use and promote Chewy! They went over and beyond! Thank again!

Attention truck drivers. Stay away from this place; Specially if you’re an owner operator. If you really have to be on time. Again don’t be late even 1 minute. They’ll not unload and it’s hard to make an appointment. It takes 5-10 days. Don’t respect truck driver and definitely the worst company that I ever deliver to.

For receiving, enter where it says shipping then drive all the way around to the other side of the building until you see the door that has the sign “receiving” above it.My appt was at 7am. Arrived at 6:30am and and had to wait because no one was here to check me in…Looks like overnight street parking is ok.

1st shift from 6:30 till 5pm, second from 6 to 5am. Come in the shift when your appointment is or they’ll turn you away… relatively fast unloading time once you get checked in… Overnight parking available

Outstanding. Appt 8PM, Got there at 6.35pm. Nice ppl in the "office". Got door right awantury. Disconnected and drive out of the facility uphill to wait. Verizon works fine here. 7.30PM done.

Horrible company to work for. They steal your money with no explanation . Husbands Paycheck has been short by 100 dollars the past 3 times and when confronted they said there’s something wrong with the pay system and he would be reimbursed. He went to HR and asked where his money is and they change their story to now the hourly wage went down and there’s nothing they can do which is illegal . Save yourself the stress and work somewhere else !
