Had a very enjoyable experience at the Jersey Shore store today. I had to get baked goods for work and the store was well stocked with wonderful selection of bread, cookies & lots of pastry items and everything looked fresh & made in-house. They had a hot bar with selection of chicken & BBQ items that looked delicious!Nathan answered all my questions & had a wonderful attitude!

I was an employee of this business. One of the reasons the manager gave me for letting me go was because I had to many call outs. I had recently been in a car accident and had to call out for 2 days. The store manager Katie, actually had the nerve to tell me that I "could have worked through the pain". Any manager who says that to an employee, is SELFISH! I will NEVER put any job in front of my health. Especially not one that pays as little as they do.

I needed a few little things for the holidays. They were busy, but the shelves were well stocked, and I had no issues finding what I needed. They usually only have 1 register open and open another as needed. The checkout was a little slow, but the cashier was very friendly.

If they even have what you want, be prepared to spend 3x more than it will cost other places. Service is slow, everything is disorganized. Better off growing your own food if this place is your only option.

We went in today to get our ham for Easter and the staff was amazing!!! The guy back in the butcher area was so friendly and helpful. He not only got our ham that was put back but he also willingly got us potato stuffing. He didn't make us feel like we were bothering him at all. He was awesome. Even when I walked back to the back of the store near the deli area but not at the counter - the kid back there even greeted me with a smile. Then we were up front looking for broth and the female employee was helping another customer but still took the time to answer my question as to where the broth was located. When we surfaced from aisle #1 (even tho' she was still helping that lady) she still took a second to make sure that we found it OK! It has been a while since we have been in there but their customer service is second to none! Thank you for such an awesome experience. We will definitely be back! 5 stars to whole way around!!!

While I go there for the meats, the staff left a lot to be desired. Very unprofessional to gather to chat and point at a customer in the parking lot and laugh at them at the same time someone is waiting at desk for help. It’s rude to loudly refuse to help a customer while hanging out of a door because you can’t be bothered to walk over and apologize and discuss privately the fact that the store didn’t have the ability to cash a lottery ticket over $10. Because the store didn’t have the cash for lottery tickets that was going to be used to pay for my purchases, the groceries weren’t gonna get purchased and you expect ME to restock the shelves? And it was extremely rude to have an employee Hillary at a leaving customer to go shop somewhere else. Um…that was the plan, but good to know Lingle’s is okay with employees trying to embarrass someone and telling customers to shop elsewhere. Weis2Go got my business after my time was wasted. Retraining is needed Lingle’s.

Last week Lingles posted a sale on pork slab ribs. You never got said ribs in. I was told that you would not honor the sale price when you did get them in. I think that is called false advertising. Shame on you.

The store itself is clean, and well stocked. HOWEVER.. I purchased 2 packs of country store mini beef sticks, which were dated March 11 as sell by date.Opened them, they were sticky and smelled off... I contacted the manager at the store, about 4:30 on Feb. 22, and was simply told he will look into it... PLEASE PROCEED WITH CAUTION... HIS ATTITUDE CONFIRMS HE WILL DO NOTHING TO PROTECT OTHER SHOPPERS...

Not your run of the mill, grocery store. Wonderful prices on meats, deli items! Friendly service, and the meat dept will cut to order. It's small enough, for older people to be able walk it and not get tuckered out. I do hope that you visit this wonderful market!!

Stopped in for the 1st time to shop ever and a young man sitting on the floor insisted on checking on a price of a can of beets that he was pretty if the price anyhow. He said he would make sure and so he did. Awesome young man. Wish I would have looked at his name tag. But thin young man lots of light brown hair-ear length, glasses. Very helpful very polite.

The manager needs to know if someone loses money in the water machine it is still the stores responsibility to reimburse that person, not stand there and tell the person to call the water machine company.

Went there for their 3 day sale, 1st visit, everything was in stock, clean, friendly employees, and great service. Everything that I purchased was great, will definitely be going back.

I would give 5 stars but 3 things kinda bothered me. First, you think Lingles is like an Aldi or save a lot but their stuff can be pricey for a discount store. Secondly, the cashier was not friendly and couldn't be bothered to walk around the counter to scan my cases of water, I just had surgery and can't lift. He wasn't very good at bagging either, he put chemicals items with food items. Third, I had my own bags because I have too many plastic bags at home, he never gave me a chance to use my bags and I wasn't going slow or anything. The people at the milton Lingles are a little nicer.

Very good meat department and the deli always has fresh products. The grocery products are a little higher in price than the bigger chains but the selection is very good.

This place is ok the workers are nice but there stock of stuff is not much and they usually sell outdated moldy meat cause my fiance's mom bought hamburger there and we she got home to freeze it she noticed it was Brown and smelled.
