My experience with the staff in the storefront has been fantastic. They are patient with questions and helpful. However, recently the pharmacy has fallen apart; closed when they are scheduled to be open, and behind on scheduled medications pick ups. I don't know what changed I am hoping pharmacy management improves before clients, like myself, take family prescriptions elsewhere.

Cashier/restocking woman is extremely rude. Pharmacy is ridiculous. You receive phone calls or texts saying your scripts are ready and they aren’t when you try picking them up. Some of my scripts are “delayed” and have been for two weeks. And then when they are ready, they never let you know.

Mgr Trisha is condescending with effortless desire for customer service. Staff follows her poor leadership and are inattentive & rude. Need a sign out front "Under new Management " before anyone is going back to this doghouse

The store itself has very good and friendly service. I love going to CVS for purchasing many items. However, I recommend that anyone go to any other pharmacy besides CVS, for several reasons. As a caregiver, I have dealt with many pharmacies in Lycoming and Clinton County. As a patient myself, I did, at one time, use CVS as my pharmacy. I no longer use CVS pharmacy and do not recommend it to anyone.

My annual journey to the middle of nowhere led me to this CVS on my way out.You know you're in a struggling Rust Belt small town when the main strip through town is anchored on one corner by a...well, CVS.That said, this CVS is actually clean and relatively well stocked. I don't know if that is because of a post-Christmas lull or because the management actually cares and somehow has enough hours to make the store function.But seriously, in terms of CVS, this store is clean. So they get four stars.

Everytime we have a script sent here there is a problem. Get calls saying they are ready and get there and there is nothing there or it's not ready. Very unreliable.

Staff is very rude laughing at customers and acting as if the customer is stupid the bathrooms Have been dirty last few times I took my child in , there’s a bottle of Lysol that was empty same bottle still there both times completely useless.
