PetSmart stores are very clean, and good customer service. A great place to meet people and animals. I met a beautiful pitbull named Max, that looked just like my dog. He was very friendly & enjoyed going up and down the aisles. He was so happy. The owner just purchased him today. And was going home to meet his other family & dogs. Good luck Max.

They are very friendly and accommodating, bought a few fish for my step son and they unfortunately didn't make it part a few hours so we flushed them. I went back the next day and they helped me with water conditioning and new fish!! They are doing great!

Omg, my experience here was top notch! I just bought a shorkie poo, and when I tell you my Khloe was the star that day 😊 The staff and customers loved her! She received a grooming trim and bath, and she smells excellent and looks more beautiful than ever. She was hesitant at first but she calmed down! They even gave her a pink bow🎀:) I have potty training classes with Claire coming up, and I met her as well and she gave me good advice on what good treats to give her. Which by the way we found her favorite and she loves it, it tastes like peanut butter:) The staff was great all around♥️ I hope to continue this amazing experience going forward! I’ll definitely make this my go to store for her (As you can see the bath put her right to sleep)😊 Thanks PetSmart!

Love that It's never crowded. They have everything you need and the staff is very helpful. My only issue is thatcif you want to compare prices from online to get a price match, it's very, very, very hard to get service inside the store. So take a Screenshot before you get to the store to show and get the price match.

I had to reschedule my appointment nine days out because a groomer called out. I was then assigned a groomer I had never used. During the wait for the new appointment my coupon expired.I arrived for my appointment on time (1:00 pm). The groomer was not there. A different pleasant groomer did the intake. She told the appointed groomer (Colleen) upon her late arrival that my Shih Tzu had a little matting on his ears, which I was aware but did not foresee an issue as it had never previously been. I’ve always been able to comb through minimal matting on his his ears because I don’t have them plucked. Colleen immediately said that she wasn’t combing it but rather shaving his ears. I asked that she not do so, it can be combed easily even if I need to do so first. We discussed the teddy bear rounded head. She then said she was shaving his head. I asked why she’d do that. There was absolutely no matting in his head or body to which she agreed. I showed her multiple pictures. She rudely said, “Ok.” seeming to just want to move on.I picked up my dog and he was simply scalped with no style at all. Colleen refused to look toward the counter as I did the discharge with another groomer. Because of that I felt it a waste of time to complain to her. I asked for a manager at the front. He acknowledged that the cut had no style at all. He took off twenty five percent, which I would have received anyway with my $15 off of $60 coupon.THE WORST IS THAT I LATER NOTICED THAT COLLEEN CUT MY DOGS SKIN ON HIS CHIN AND ONE NAIL TOO SHORT. I DISCOVERED SO BECAUSE OF HIS UNUSUAL BEHAVIOR UPON RETURNING HOME. My dog is three. We’ve been using that location / Kelly and Ariel for years. That was a HORRIBLE experience.The first picture is of prior grooming w/Kelly. The second is of how he looked prior to his appointment. The last are of his skin cut and hair cut from Colleen.

Mostly have had great experiences w/ staff, but cannot give a perfect rating after my last poor experience where the store mgr played ignorant when I expressed my frustration over a 25 minute wait in line due to one particular associate…. Another associate heard of what happened and comped me $10 on the spot. Thanks to him and the other associates, I will return here.

My dog was still wet when I picked her up. And the only thing that seem to have got trimmed were her feet. I am disappointed in the service I received and do no recommend for grooming needs

We just finished puppy training for our 5 month old pup! And let me tell ya! This is the first time in a long time I feel like I got way more than what I paid for. Mary Jo was so kind and really learned our dogs personality! As well as the other pups in the classes personality! Don’t think twice about signing up for PetSmarts dog training!

I made a couple of trips after work from Philly to get my fish tank water tested and returned to get some fish for our new 36 gallon tank. Thank you Maddie for helping me. Very professional and even more knowledgeable about the care of my new fish tank, and what fish were relative to the one shark that I wanted.The Mrs. called the next day with the SKU numbers to verify what fish I'd gotten because I didn't write them down, so I'd forgotten the names/types... LOL. Again, with great professionalism, representative Jordan assisted my wife, so now I have the information that I needed....🤣 🤣 🤣.So between our aquatic needs, and our 10 year old Pit Bull, this PetSmart supplies our needs. Thank you all.

The customer service from cashier 316907, since he won’t state his name was very rude and ignorant! If you’re working retail or customer service, learn to respond to your customers with a proper attitude instead of letting frustration build up and start talking out of character. Also don’t assume, kindly ask the customer if they would like to use their reward points instead of thinking they need to save. If you’re having a bad day, kindly excuse yourself and have someone else ring up if you feel like you’ll step out of character will be my only advice to this particular cashier.

Kenyatta is an amazing groomer!! Not only is she meticulous with her work, she handled my stubborn chihuahua with such grace. As terrified as he was being groomed for the first time, she was patient and his haircut is perfect. 10/10 recommend scheduling an appointment with her!

Large pet store with grooming and training service. They place many cats in good home and have frequent events. Most other pet stores closed since 19', the shopping center they are in seems to have lost their prime tenants, tough economy.

This location is frequently out of stock on many items. I’d call them to see what you’re looking for prior to going there. The service is good. Although it can be slow. The employees are professional and helpful. The store is clean inside and outside.

Jamie did an incredible job grooming my 100lb puppy! My big guy was matted in some areas and is generally very energetic and squirmy. Jamie handled him very well and gave him a great haircut! 5/5 for her grooming, 4/5 overall because another groomer in the back was a bit rude and insisted that I had provided the wrong information about my dog, which resulted in his grooming “throwing off the entire rest of the day”. I had email confirmation that I had, indeed, provided the correct information - he left me with a bad taste in my mouth. But I will return for Jamie’s grooming!

I had never been to pet smart before, but because I was looking for something for my cat I stopped in. This place had a fantastic assortment of supplies for pets. I was quite impressed! Would certainly recommend and revisit.

I usually groom my dog myself and once a year I like to take him to get a really good cut! I must say I do a better job and will not bring him back here. The service was great and the staff was very friendly but they didnt seem to do much other than bathe him.

The groomers are so awesome and patient. I took my cat three times to try and get groomed (he wasn't having it, lol, smh) they tried and was so patient and kind with him. All of the employees I have encountered are nice and helpful.
