We always take our doodle here- We love being able to see all the dogs being groomed/the open concept here! Makes us feel so safe leaving our pup there. She always comes home so happy! It’s clear they treat these animals with such care.I have a very old dachshund with nails that couldn’t be trimmed at the vet anymore, since he’s so squirmish and loses patience quickly now. They accepted a quick walk-in, let me hold him, and were so patient with my little boy! He walked out feeling brand new. I cannot begin to express how much I appreciate these lovely humans that work here! (Beth Hatter, you were incredible! We’ll remember this wonderful experience because of you & your kindness!)

I have been pleased with my experience here. My yorkie has always gone to petsmart for grooming, but she hates being confined to a kennel. So it was time for a change. I love that she gets a gated “play area” to herself that allows her to be less stressed. Keara always does a great job on her cuts and it’s not an all day affair. Highly recommended!

They are always great. I have taken many pets there of my own and taken other people's pets there for them and with their permission and have recommended Oh So Pretty to many pets owners through the years. On this trip, I took a friend's matted older 'male' ragdoll to get a lion cut. (friend passed away and cat was 'being cared for' by teen son). Sam (groomer) did a great job. Highly recommend! The cat is more active, eats better, has way less to no hairballs! Also, found out the cat is female... This blew everyone's mind.... Lol!!!

We brought our mini goldendoodle in for the first time and could not be happier with the beautiful haircut/style she came back with! Angie did a wonderful job! All the staff we interacted with were very friendly. The salon is very well-kept and welcoming as soon as you walk in. We would recommend Oh So Pretty to anyone!

I had initially refrained from leaving a one-star review, but after my recent interaction with Dawn, the owner, I feel compelled to share my disappointment. While the staff showed understanding and compassion, Dawn’s actions left me disheartened and frustrated.Following a challenging grooming session for my nervous miniature golden doodle, I had hopeful discussions with the groomer and front desk staff about finding a better approach for my pet. However, when Dawn reached out to schedule a follow-up appointment, her attitude was unexpectedly cold and dismissive.Without offering any meaningful explanation or consideration for my dog’s feelings, Dawn bluntly stated, “We’re not going to be able to take any new aggressive dogs.” This abrupt change contradicted our previous conversations and left me feeling bewildered and let down.In my quest to find an alternative solution, I turned to Dawn for advice, hoping for some guidance from her experience in the industry. Sadly, her response was disappointingly indifferent: “If you Google mobile groomer, it should come up.” This lack of empathy and understanding only served to deepen my disappointment.In summary, while the staff showed genuine care and a willingness to help my pet, Dawn’s handling of the situation left much to be desired, ultimately tarnishing the reputation of the business in my eyes.

I took my Nellie ther for the first time , how enjoying it was too see animals smiling and wagging ther tails while having ther grooming the staff was very friendly the spa very well maintained ...But, to see the tails going weather cats or dogs was a complete pleasure unlike the place I was before P.S. which was ugly will say ..I would recommend this place for sure... My experience was good my hubs always takes the dogs. They were so nice and apparently my male was having a bad day. They were so patient and kind. The groomer who did him wasn't his normal groomer. My female was fine. I hope it was a one off because it wasn't his normal groomer.

This place is the best! I started coming here about a year ago after a bad experience with a different place. They are very accommodating and my Luca comes out of here looking amazing every time! Dawn is not only the best owner, but the best groomer as well!! My Luca loves her and so do I for how well kept she keeps him!!

My large (90 pound mutt) is shy around people and needs to be medicated for anxiety before she goes to any appointments. Dawn and Oh So Pretty are the ONLY place we have found locally that not only makes her clean and beautiful but keeps her calm and happy! Would 10/10 reccomend Oh So Pretty every time!

I love, love, LOVE this place. My puppy girl doesn't enjoy being groomed (she's stubborn-- working on it), but Oh So Pretty has a staff that is good with all types of pup personalities! The staff there is patient, accommodating and friendly. I would recommend this place to any owner looking for a good place to take their pup to come out looking and smelling (mmmmmm the shampoo they use makes her smell soft and delicious...) like a million dollars!

They took wonderful care of our Tessa, and she came back happy and clean and fluffy. Our bather carefully explained that she could not trim her nails but filed them down as close to the quick or wick as they dared, and I felt heard and cared for, and so did Tessa, I believe.

Amazing service, affordable, and friendly staff. The process was easy to book and from the moment I walked in the salon, I felt welcomed. We had Lilly as our stylist, and she was awesome!!! I took in my 10 yo Pomeranian who is a nervous boy. The groom was exactly what we asked for, she explains everything and made both my pet and I feel comfortable. We now have our other doggy booked for her first visit and will be frequent clients.

This was my first time at any groomers & my puppy is a 4 1/2 month old ball of energy!!.... schitzu/begion mix. Unfortunately, I do not remember my groomers name, but from the minute I walked through the door I was treated great!! The receptionist made light conversation & my groomer came out to meet me & Lola. She made conversation & put me at ease because I absolutely did not want to leave my puppy!! She kindly explained the whole process to me. When I went to pick Lola up, she was sleeping & happy, which is completely the opposite of what I expected!!. My groomer explained & gave me some great tips of things to do with my puppy to get her used to the process of grooming!!... I highly recommend "Oh So Pretty Pet Spa!!.... Unfortunately, the day after my appointment, I received an email that prices where were going up. I totally understand but don't know if I can afford it. They are well worth the price!!

I truly had such a great experience here up until today. I know it’s due to a change in groomer. Kelsey was such an awesome groomer who always made my dog look amazing and he was always so happy when he was leaving . He may be a hard dog to groom due to his curls but she always did the job so well. Today we tried a different groomer due to Kelsey leaving… They straight BUTCHERED him!! He looked extremely sad when he was leaving and was shaking…. Not only did this cost 80 dollars but the groomer wasn’t even there when I picked him up which was less than a half hour after they texted me that he was finished. They were such a great grooming spot prior to them changing locations.

Our rescue Pomeranian was horribly matted. We were concerned that he would have to be shaved but were resigned to whatever needed to be done. Emily put in time and effort and got out every single mat. Our pup couldn’t be happier or look better and we couldn’t have had a better experience. We are now customers for as long as we have dogs to groom. Truly an outstanding experience. Thank you Emily!

OMG!! I absolutely loved this place. I took my dog there so worried that this grooming experience would be like his past terrible experiences at other places.. What a pleasant surprise. I was welcomed by the owner Dawn who was like chatting with a friend. The groomer Emily was so attentive. She met with me and my puppy and I felt he would be in safe hands. I picked him up with the most perfect hair cut ever! I almost didn't recognize my cute baby. I left happy and ready to schedule all my future visits. I took my two-year-old long-haired cat, Blitzer, to get groomed for the first time, and I couldn't be happier with the results.Blitzer had been suffering from hairballs, and I knew it was time for a professional grooming session. From the moment I walked into Oh So Pretty Pet Spa, I was impressed with their professionalism and friendly demeanor. The groomer listened carefully to my requests and concerns about keeping the hair on his chest and tail intact, and they assured me that they would take care of him with the utmost care.The grooming session was nothing short of amazing. The groomer was highly skilled and handled Blitzer with gentle expertise. They managed to get rid of the troublesome hairballs and tangles without causing any stress to my precious kitty. When I returned to pick him up, I was astonished at the transformation. Blitzer looked like a handsome little man, and his coat was sleek and smooth.I appreciated the transparency and clarity from the start. I've taken my dog here for years and then the girl we always booked with quit. We've just been trying different groomers here and this one was by Emily. He was groomed on Monday and I've noticed these bald patches behind his thighs. He was nicked slightly in a few small spots too. The area is raw and he keeps licking at it. Their was no reason for it to be shaven down to the skin like that. He was not matted. He gets haircuts often to prevent matting from happening. Even if it were for "sanitary reasons" because of it's location, it did not need to be shaven down that much. His pink skin should not be visible. My dog is an angel and is anxious enough about the groomers. He shouldn't be carelessly nicked by the clippers nor be that short in that area. Again, he wasn't matted, especially in that area. Not to mention, the prices are high. I paid $150 for this, and tipped the girl $10. Genuinely disappointed. Been coming here for years.

My groomer was Lily. She is amazing. Did a great job with grooming our newly rescued doodle.We asked for two things and she delivered. It's very helpful and also less traumatizing to have the dogs given free roaming rights in the highly visible grooming room. For those pups who aren't keen on walking loose among other dogs they have an area where they can observe safely behind gates. Not many grooming places get it right but they nailed it here.

They returned our golden retriever completely shaved. You should NEVER shave a golden retriever. I even showed the groomer a picture of the cut we wanted. They’ve now ruined our golden retrievers coat. If you have a golden retriever do yourself a favor and don’t take them to oh so pretty. We will never go back there. For reference I have attached photos. The picture on the left is what we asked for. The picture on the right is what we got. Oh and the owner was EXTREMELY rude and condescending when I went to talk to her about our experience. She did refund us our money, however, the way she spoke to me was unacceptable.Update, it gets better. After seeing the negative reviews we posted about our experience, the owner called me and yelled at me on the phone asking us to take one of them down. I'm sorry but as a customer that is our prerogative to write a negative review. That does not give you the right to scream at someone over the phone. Unprofessional business owner. Not how you run a business.
