Don’t even bother coming they have a NO BAGS policy. They are never organized. In the store you will walk pass several unpacked boxes. I will only say the store manager is on the register whenever they are short and is willing to help customers find items. The no bags policy is a major turn off because it’s bad enough things are $1.25 in this economy. Dollar tree do Better 😒

This place is definitely under new management! I’ve always made this my store for my weekly shopping trip. The store was just disorganized and sometimes under stocked.I’d like to clarify, I usually go on Sundays but I stopped by on a Monday and you wouldn’t think it was the same store, smh. The associate were not attentive. The person in charge was working close to the registers but let the line back up down the isles before calling for another person to the registers . The total opposite to the way the person in charge on Sunday handles things.There’s a new manager which is making a real difference. The customer service is up and the store is stocked much better than I can recall in the last few years. The manager is visible and interacts with customers. Also I hear the manager training her staff, giving positive reinforcement. That’s how you build a team and retain talent.They’ve made so many changes, I don’t even know my way around anymore. I hope they don’t make any changes to the current team at this location because she’s the best!

I went to this location with my kids yesterday and my kids were harassed by who we assume was a manager. She stood and wathed my 15 and 22 year old as they shopped the cleaning section of the store. My son picked up an open bottle of carpet cleaner and an unnoticeable amount spilled on the floor and she approached him telling him he spilled powder "All Over The Floor". She proceeded to briskly walk to the back & requested cleanup . There was no mess. I saw a young man being out this huge bucket and mop for no reason and he could not find something to clean. I don't know who that lady was, what her issue was or why she stalked my kids but I know I won't be back in that store. You don't treat your customers like that, young or old.

Got booted out of line right now. Said the line was closed. Then the 2 girls disappeared into the office. Meanwhile the only other line open had like 10 people in it. In addition to a group of ladies with what looks like 50+ items each in 3/4 carts. Even if the 1 girl was due to leave the manager on duty. Should have come out & opened another line.You should be able to give anegative stars ratingEvasive stars.

Being a local, I know this Dollar Tree has the worst reputation in the area. Since this afternoon's receipt left me short, again, I'll add this. The register woman was rude, and on her phone before, during, and after my purchase. She struggled with ringing me up, so handling both tasks were obviously beyond her capabilities. Maybe this is why the store only allows exact change or card use? Simple math may be challenging enough there, but adding constant phone chat isn't a recipe for decent manners or getting proper change.Since I'm here I'll add the store shelves are seldom organized, and often empty, too.I don't experience this at other locations and can't imagine a manager tolerating it, but I guess this is just a sign of the times.

The closing manger her name is destiny had me waiting for 10 minutes before checking me out while she was busy playing on her phone and then when I got her attention she was very rude and was slamming my merchandise across the counter and gave me an attitude the entire time

This dollar tree has not bags for its customers. When you get to the register with your items you will be notified. This is ghetto and absolutely unacceptable practice. Not only the bag issue is a problem but they are unprepared on days of shipment boxes are everywhere and short staffing is always an excuse. We are no longer in COVID times. Hire and recruit staff. This company is trying to over work current staff and owners pocket the extra cash.

I love Dollar Tree BUT this is THE worst Dollar Tree around. Every since it's opened, they still are the worst. Inventory is low constantly with empty shelving. The store is near tidy or professional looking. Some of the employees are rude. It's so bad that I have to drive to other Dollar Trees that are WAY out of my way. It makes no sense. This store is definitely NOT on brand. I'm not understanding why things have not changed or improved for years.

Horrible, they are closed on somedays, closed at 1:30 everyday. People are at the door to enter at 1:30 pm and he sends us all away. The next day the store is packed, The manager is on the register, his staff shifts are up, as a manager you would ring up the Customers. His excuse is we can't get help. No you don't know how to schedule. I did it for years you schedule a morning, mid after shift and a closer.Real simple. This store has seriously gone down hill in the last 6 months.

Went at 5pm and there was a sign on the door saying they were closed at 1:30pm. I understand that there is a worker shortage but my patience ends when I drive out of my way during rush hour to a store that says online that it is open when it is closed. Change your official hours of operation if you cannot afford to have workers there throughout the day. Waste of time.

It’s usually my go to, but not for the last couple of weeks! I just went up there and for the second week in a row they have signs all up on the doors saying “we are closed” and “will open next week“! Perhaps due to lack of staff, but still, at least indicate your location is closed on this site so people won’t be misled and go there!YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! I have written off this dollar tree as reliable for now…Go find another dollar tree people

Older cashier woman had an attitude. Not sure who ruined her day. She snatched my stuff out my hand when i was trying to give it to her by hand(i ignored that) . Had all these signs stating they “dont have bags” as you are walking in. Then i seen she had bags i asked so yall do have bags? She says “well this is all i have im not giving you a bag if its not needed” said all that very sassy and unprofessional i guess she was mad cause i seen the bags. Then she says do you need a bag…after that unprofessional response i dont need no bag from you. Wont be coming back to this location no more

If they need to close at 1:30 pm on a frequent basis due to staffing shortage, that tells you that they’re not paying enough to keep employees. This branch has always had issues- it’s just gotten worse in pandemic. Poorly managed? I go to other locations even though this is 1/2 mile away.

I love this dollar store they always have what I need. & Sometimes they even have new stuff like every week it's something new. Don't get me wrong I love all my dollar stores. But I must say this is one of my favorite one . I do recommend this place to shop.👍👍👍

Two days in a row this dollar tree is closed by 5pmI am trying to pickup a orderYesterday 12/6/2021 we caught the staff leaving at at 5:10pm. They said DT opens at 8am and would be open until 9pmHowever that was a lie!!!!Today at 5:37 they are closed again….Is there a way customers can be notified about online order pickups and store hours?????This is ridiculous

The store is always neat and clean. You are able to find what your looking for with ease. Sometimes the lines are really long depending on the needy customers whose requests are totally unbearable. For example the lady who had 25 items and needed to ring each item up and pay separately for every one.

I love this dollar tree! It’s amazing! When I come here everything I want is there. Things can sometimes be a bit messy but for me that’s ok, I like the food they have there. I love how they have the school supplies out already also! My only problem is they only have a few people working every time I go there, it’s a bit hard to find help. There Is mostly only one line open when I go to pay. But other than that’s I basically live off this dollar tree!!!

Dollar Tree has a lot of summer garden items like the garden stones and wind chimes. They were constantly restocking red, yellows, blue and green. I wish they had some more varieties in purple. Very good place to pick items to refresh, brighten and spruce up the garden. Cashiers are friendly and there is not a long wait.

Honestly, I love dollar tree. But this store is the worst. Nothing is ever in stock, is dirty and boxes sitting around everywhere. You can never find anyone to help you, and if you do they are rude about helping. I suggest driving the extra 5 or 10 minutes to go to another store. Chances are you’ll have to go anyway because this store won’t have what you’re looking for.
