After buying a car from them a few months ago, I do regret just about everything from that place. The price was higher than it should’ve been and I was convinced that it was worth it because it was well maintained and had all the necessary maintenance done on it. It needed new tires, brakes, rotors and oil and they didn’t see a reason to lower the price at all. The carfax said it was in an accident but it a minor one, after needing to take the car in for 3 alignments the rear of the car is permanently damaged and can’t be repaired from the accident. After all said and was done the salesman ripped the for sale paper off the window and ripped the window tint off and did not tell me. With so many things wrong I would advise look anywhere for a car. You’d have better luck going to an auction than this place.

Kevin was a great salesman. It's so nice to get a honest deal on a car and not be charged all kinds of excessive fees. These guys charge a fair price and it was worth traveling a little further to do business with them. I will definitely consider doing business with them again. Friendly service. No hidden fees. I went to look at and buy a Jeep Cherokee. Kevin was very honest. Kevin had the Jeep all cleaned up and ready for a test drive when I got there. The price of the Jeep was the same as offered online. I will definitely refer Pinnacle.

Friendly sales men; dedicated, understanding and able work with us and our limitation best they could. Give more updates review about our new car in 6 months after we have had it. But it all looks to be in great shape. Reef made sure it was detailed better after finding few spots missed buy the car lot attendant . Over all good to great experience

Just bought a used Nissan Rogue from Rege at Pinnacle Auto. It was a fine experience (words I don't generally use with regards to used car purchases). He is honest, forthright, and pleasant. They also offered a reasonable price for my trade-in. There was no pressure, no games, just an honest, pleasant, straightforward deal. Nice!

Let me start by saying I have an addiction for cars. I probably should be in the Henry Ford Clinic for evaluation! That said you probably figured out I have bought plenty or vehicles in my day. This bunch of guys, made my experience the easiest, and most hassle free car transaction I have ever had. Bought a 2016 Z71 Silverado,and traded in a Impala LTZ. Very fair on my trade in value and beat Bowser Chevy by thousands, for the exact same truck. Well not exactly, this truck has 10000 less miles on it. I would give them A 10 star rating if possible. Friendly, fair, and super easy to deal with. Thanks again for the great deal and service. Will definitely recommend you, and will be a repeat customer.

I am very pleased with the 2018 Kia Optima S I purchased from Pinnacle. Rege Faddish is a genuine person and runs a solid business. Absolutely zero pressure on buying anything and he was amazing at getting me the car I wanted with little down and no credit. I was recommended to Pinnacle by multiple people and I will say this...I will have to agree with them, they've been around for a long time and are very easy to deal with and HONEST. Well I purchased a vehicle through them that I have had nothing but problem with since the day I bought it made my payment every month and now that the car can't be fixed anymore and I still owe them money they won't sell me another car or return my calls about the one they sold me that blew up. I got ripped off by these snake oil sellers. Now I have no car and nothing to show for my $16000 dollars. Thanks for totally screwing me.

Last June (2016) I purchased a 2007 Mitsubishi Outlander from Pinnacle. Now less than one year later I had the vehicle inspected and it failed due to the engine cradle being completely rusted out and cracked. This is a part of the frame the holds the engine in place. There is no possible way that this part rusted like that in less than one year. On top of this, I've had to replace a strut assembly and rear main seal is leaking. I will not even consider making a purchase from them in the future.
