Stopped in early one morning to get a few things which included mozz sticks. Mind you the time was 5:30 AM (I work 3rd shift and I had just gotten off) and so I knew that it may take a few extra minutes to get my fried food because i was sure the fryer needed warm up again after it's long night and lack of consistent use throughout that night, and so I really had no problem waiting.But the gentleman behind the counter, after only 2 minutes or less of waiting mind you, gave me a large chocolate chip cookie in my baggie for free "for the wait". Just a very nice gesture! Not to mention, the mozz sticks were delicious (as always) and the cashier up front who rang me out was also extremely nice as well.I could say that I am surprised by how kind and quick the employees are here after that visit, but I'm not. They've always been so nice and quick to every order and customer. Great gas station with a great crew. I'll definitely be back and sooner rather than later. Thank you again guys!

Today is 12/25/2023 an received the worst food service from the 2 employees. I literally threw my food and drink away cause they couldn't make the drink properly or my mushroom burger. Not to mention it is Christmas and the lady says why are all these people ordering. An her on the little boy that is working food counter got other people's orders wrong

Get go is the MOST EXPENSIVE STORE ANYWHERE ! $4.19 for a 2lt of coke ! Even pizza shops charge less , $2.09 for grandmas peanut butter cookies . They are 1.29 -1.49 everyplace else ., the bathrooms are dirty like never get cleaned . How can the charge so much ? Stay away from get go stores

I lost my wallet today at their store, a young employee/guy found it, guided me to the store office, verified my name and handed it over to me. I am so thankful and happy for the honesty and favor he did. I purchased fuel, a bag of chips and coffee and I liked it. They also have a microwave to heat up the coffee, which is nice. The guys at the front checkout and kitchen were very friendly and helpful too. You guys made my day, actually evening :-). God Bless!

Visited 5/12/23 about 5pm. Ordered one of my usual items. And the young man behind the counter asked for clarification before making my order! And the gentleman at checkout was also very helpful and friendly! Great job!

I go here quite frequently for gas and for small food trips. I typically get the hot dogs and an order of fries. The fries are amazing! The hot dogs are not always hot in the center. Over all it is okay, but a bit more expensive than Sheetz. When I want a “hot” hot dog, I will typically drive a bit further down the road to Sheetz. The best part about this GetGo location is the self checkout.

Went earlier today to get gas and try the new nitro cold brew. I didn’t need too much gas so I was planning on putting $8 in, enough to get to work. However the pump was either broken or frozen because I could not get the pump handle to stop. I had to wedge my finger in between the metal parts to force the nozzle latch to fall. Not only did it slice my left pointer finger with a gash but I also ended up paying $6 more because I couldn’t control how much gas went in. Obviously I couldn’t get a refund. I was frustrated but I still went inside to get a coffee. The cold brew station wasn’t labeled with a price but I was frustrated already and just let it go. I filled a flimsy plastic cold coffee cup and when I tried to put a lid on it the lid did not fit. There was only one size lid so I assumed it was defective. I put it aside and took another lid and tried to put it on. I finally got it on but the lid broke and coffee splashed all over my face and nice work clothes. At this point I was completely dumbfounded by the chain of events and left the half spilled cup there and left. I will NEVER return to this location EVER. I’d rate 0/5 stars if possible. Cheap, cheap, cheap, they’ve been cutting corners and it shows.

Pump 16 diesel leaked all down the side of my truck while filling. Entire handle was wet now have diesel fuel everywhere. For a gas station that's only been there a few years it's trashed.

All the employees are poorly trained. Most of them claim they dont load money on prepaid cards like. Chime, netspend and so on. Which is hilarious since they sell these cards at the store. And if you were to buy one they load money on them for activation. Even dollar general and sheets can do it. Train your employees!!!!. Even had a manager tell me they dont do it. Hilarious.....

Nice place prices are a little high and portions are a little small but the food is good, employees are nice they have bathrooms and sell alcohol. They even have "adult" slushies. They need to put more people on on each shift though. O and they never look at me weird when I carry my dog around in the store.

Older lady with blonde hair kicked us outta the store screaming at me while i was saying sorry i was as nice as possible too. i never leave reviews to get people in trouble but she was the worst person I've meet since I've moved to pa.Shes bad news ill never ever get gas here agian.

The ladies room is always dirty, out of toilet paper, never cleaned by staff. The bathrooms look the same way from 10pm on the night before and when I go back at 830 am. Drink station with tea is not working, empty and sometimes no ice. Do better!!

This place is horrible. Especially in mornings and evenings. Not enough people working. Usually one person at the register and one making food. Literally had a employee say to me that every time he tries to do something he has to wait on a customer. He's working the register. That's his job. This morning waited in line for 15 min to get to the register and to have them tell me they're only accepting cash. You couldn't make an announcement to the people in line?

Ordered an Italian wrap but it was a chicken wrap when I got home to eat. There is no management or responsibilities that employees are held accountable for.Completely mismanaged. no one takes ownership of their job or is held accountable for poor work.I managed convenience stores in 1993.Accountibilaty.

Don’t waste your time trying to cash in any lottery tickets here. I had a lousy 130 dollars in winning tickets and they aren’t allowed to cash in more than 100 per day/per customer…just ridiculous. You also can’t ask for a ticket in place of the cash either. They only have that self serve machine.

Very slow service manager won't help regular food worker (regular worker is great with customers) today I stopped in to grab lunch the regular food service was there and the food service manger was there talking while the other worker was busy working. Another asked the ladies behind the counter for napkins just giving him nonsense statements finally screamed at the customer that napkins were right in front of him this manger needs training again

This place is gorgeous inside! The staff are amazing, the food is delicious and everything was done in a timely manner. Good prices on everything...including the beer, which is a huge plus. Great job guys and girls!

Brand new but, the parking spaces are too narrow and the lamp posts are easily backed into.
