UPDATE: Could barely move through the aisles today. Can't find anything I need and forgot to take picture because I needed out of there quick.Most unorganized store to go in to. You can't move through the isles or look at the shelves due to stock carts scattered everywhere. Employees can't be found anywhere but at their 1 register with a line 8 people deep. Worst dollar general in the general area.

This store really needs more workers. They are never open and when they are open they close like 30 min be4 the normal time 9pm. They always have isles blocked off with boxes that need unpack and they never have stuff because they say that they are not ordering it anymore because of other people stealing it. Its very annoying

The workers were all friendly and helpful. The one manager (I believe he was a manager) went above and beyond to get something off the top shelf. He couldnt find a ladder so instead he improvised and used something else to help him reach it. An employee doing that (even just being friendly), is not all that common anymore unfortunately. Especially because they just got done remodeling the whole store so it was total chaos. Will definitely return when im in the area again.

This store is nice for grabbing quick items that I don't want to leave town for. However, it is always a mess, with things thrown everywhere. It seems like the employees have no pride in their store, or their jobs. I don't know how the district manager let's this go on.

Cashiers was so rude to me when all I ask was a simple question. She looked like a manager too. African American lady with short hair is so rude I'll never go back.

Last minute Thanksgiving essential stop. Thankfully one of only a handful of stores open for the forgotten little things. Found what I needed and easy checkout. Not a bad experience. Though I did get an additional item added to my bag and charged for which I didn't put on the counter. So a trip back is in order.

I only go to this location if I absolutely have to. It's been remodeled but same old problems. Low on stock and aisles are blocked with carts of products to be shelved. The staff are very nice though.

Lines are always super long, never seems like there's any enough staff call Mom if the line is too long sometimes I'll walk in for something and walk right back out because the line is too long to way then. But other than that some of your Cashiers really go above and beyond for the customers and apologize and are very nice

A nice little shop for downtown Jeannette. The staff are always nice, and I've seen them go above for some customers. However at times the store can be littered with stocking carts and broken down boxes from stocking. But that's my only minor little complaint.

Even tho everything isn't a 1$ your most likely to find what you need here. They changed the store around n added few things. Bought 2 new fans only 20$ and new backpack purse for 8$. Love them <3

The employees are helpful and courteous. But the store is often understaffed and when a truck comes in the store is often cluttered with boxes and trollies. Many times office supplies and animal food and heath and beauty are understocked. The employees try there is just not enough of them and that not their fault its corporates fault. People are not there long probably so they dont have to pay benefits. If i were rating the employees id give them 5 stars.

I like having this store in our town, but im in a wheelchair and it is a very small store and sometimes cluttered in the aisles which makes it hard for me to get around. Also hate that they dont have the selection of clothes they used to. My other complaint is that i bought items i had coupons for on my app and they didnt come off at the register and had to get back in the long line and wait to get it fixed. Think u need more registers because at times they are busy and only have one register open. But again i still like that Jeannette has the store in town.

Always messy and disorganized. I can never get the shopping carts through the aisle because there's random boxes and carts with products everywhere. Employees are typically rude and just stand around which would explain why there's product just all over the floor and still in boxes.

Messy and unorganized. They take your purse/diaper bag/backpack because of how much stealing is done. I stopped going for that reason,I don't want those people having access to my purse. Some of my medication came up missing. Terrible terrible store. DO NOT GO IF ITS THE LAST CHOICE YOU HAVE.

It’s not a bad store. I’ve been in there plenty of times. Unfortunately the store has a very claustrophobic atmosphere. There’s very little walking room in the store. If there was a bit more space and it wasn’t so claustrophobic, I’d probably visit it more.

They need to hire some help in there and get those shelves stocked we got the card sale in the middle of the aisles they didn't have the can't even get up and down the house isles please he didn't have any sandwich bags that I was looking for either I'm sure they're there they're just not unpacked yet they also didn't have the air freshener I wanted for my automatic air freshener here at home I don't even know if they rate the star that I gave them

They need to learn how to weigh change and understand rolls of pennies ain't gonna be the same when zinc pennies weigh 2.5 g and copper 3.1g. I wasn't gonna argue but I'ma point person 🤷‍♀️ that's all

Almost everyone I know shops there frequently. That being said I know the store well. I found everything fast and the cashier was polite. Never had a problem with them.
