This review was for a week ago when I decided I wanted to rent a kayak. I showed up around 10:30 and someone else pulled in the parking lot with me.... here the owner forgot something and came back before she drove to meet for a family emergency.... she was so nice to me, was extremely accommodating and friendly even though she could have told me they were closed, she helped me load the kayak onto my car and made sure I was alright. I really really recommend this place for all your rental needs, hands down best equipment and an even better price.

We literally drove past the location looking for a place to rent kayaks while on vacation. We then turned around and pulled into the driveway. The woman who helped us was absolutely wonderful. She was able to accommodate us for 2 kayaks and 1 canoe for 2 days. The rates were fabulous. We will absolutely utilize them again when we go on vacation again. Wish there were more people in the world like them.

Arnold’s sold me a new prop for my boat, which they claimed was specifically for my boat / motor. It wasn’t. When I tried to return it, they refused to take it back. I ended up paying about $285 for a prop that is completely useless to me. Found the right one on Amazon for $145.00. I will never use this company again. What a rip off.

Very nice people. The owner Mike explains things very well to a newbie boat owner like myself. They do get backed up with work and it does take a little longer then expected to finish the work. I have my boat in there again so I'll update how my experience goes.
