I Love the sheetz brand.Clean facility with a present and mindfully staff that engages you with a smile. Always has hot fresh food made to order. Clean restrooms and a good place to stop quick. I really appreciate that the lot is Clean and maintained the car wash works well and the store is presentable.Bravo keep up the good work!

This is the only sheetz that i have been to that had a charging station for electric cars. I was working on my laptop and sat there for 2 hours and didnt see it get used once seems odd they would use up so many spaces for so little usage.The store is effective and has good service as well as an excellent selection.I like to use the MTO which means made to order. They have gas and food a great combo!

Sheetz is great, nothing compares. I'd put 10 smackers on there being Sheetz in heaven if you believe in that sort of thing. Wawa or however ya say that don't got anything on the Lord Sheetz. Merry Christmas.

This is the 5th time I have gotten the craved turkey sandwich with double meat (which is extra money).The first time I got it they gave me 4 slices of turkey which was right. But the next 4 times I got the double meat…there was only two little slices of carved turkey. Very disappointedCharging me extra turkey paying for extra turkey turns out not getting the extra meat

Don’t call the customer service line! They won’t help. I called after aDoorDash mishap and Sheetz just gave me free coupons. I didn’t want coupons! I wanted my money back. I thought about it after I called the store itself and Angela the manager that answered was waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay more nicer than the corporate bozos. Angela your the real mvp even though I didn’t get answered I was still treated with respect.

I wouldn’t usually leave a bad review, HOWEVER i don’t mess around when it comes to my caesar salads, how hard is it to make a salad with 2 ingredients one of them being lettuce. a caesar salad gets me through the week, and i couldn’t even enjoy it because i was to busy picking out the black olives and yellow peppers that somehow made their way into my CEASAR salad. u all are incompetent.

Literally just got home and feel personally disrespected. I don’t know anyone that works here but my ketchup and mustard were ON TOP of my burger?? smeared everywhere. so disgusting and everything was flopped everywhere. my bf hated his app platter because it was soggy, tasted like dirty armpit grease, and didn’t even come with sauces. waste a money and time

This is a really awesome Sheetz. The bathroom was clean, the store was clean and the staff was great. We got a MTO and it was perfect. This is one of the best Sheetz I've been to yet!

Great place, very clean. Amazing service even at 2am! Good prices and selection of products. Rita was extremely friendly and helpful when I needed directions on my road trip. She showed that she cared for me to reach my destination. Such devotion is hard to come by these days. Can’t express my gratitude enough for her tremendous help when I was lost in the middle of the night and driving from out of state. Thanks again, Rita, you are awesome and this company is honored to have you! All the best!

Poorly maintained, the windshield cleaners jave trashes, musky smell inside the store, and the restrooms are poorly cleaned. This is the worst Sheetz I've ever been into.

We ordered a latte, and from the best I can tell, the person that made that drink took an espresso shot and poured cold milk into it. It was served in a hot coffee style cup, essentially cold. The last two times that I've ordered coffee style drinks (essentially simple lattes) have been made completely wrong in two completely different ways.

Last i checked false advertising is still illegal, so if a price is marked wrong it is supposed to be honored. That is not the case here. Packaged wraps were clearly marked at 2 for 6 (even though they're so small they're barely worth 2 bucks) and when they rang up at nearly 5$ a piece i had the cashier's "manager" Ben check; first went to the wrong display, then to the sandwiches not wraps, then when i showed him the wraps and the 2 for 6 stickers he was curt and dismissive saying they were in the wrong spot, refused to honor the price, and skittered off to a register completly dismissing the issue

Sheetz is absolutely the best and ill tell you why. The Rewardz. Not only the rewards, but the fuel perks, but I want to focus more on "The Rewardz" here. I accumulated several Rewardz points and those points come in handy when you really need them. I didn't have any money one day, went down to Sheetz, and got my free food because of the rewards. I'm pretty sure you can't do that at any of the other gas station/convenience stores. That works for me

3 times waited in line for fuel to be told to go to the back of the line. Soon as sheetz started selling beer service is a joke. Several people in our town are creating a petition against sheetz. The unfair abuse of loyal patrons has to be stopped. If you wanted to sell beer you should have opened a beer distributor not a gas station . Unhappy patron of many years

Always packed. Good for them, bad for customers. They take a long time to get the food orders out. And every time I get a chili cheese dog, they forget to put the cheese on it. Every time.

Go across the street unless you like to be shamed and yelled at by the workers. I have never been to such a horrible Sheetz, where the employee/manager will pick a fight with customers. I would not recommend it - even for gas.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Employees weren’t wearing masks & there were 5 customers not wearing masks. Why advertise that masks are required if you aren’t going to enforce it? Calling the health department on sheetz for the 2nd time now. How ridiculous and pathetic.

I placed an order and the staff did not close my sandwich and the cheese stuck on the wrapper an considering what you have to pay for cheese and you lose half of it because the staff did a bad job is disappointing

Employees ignored me when I tried to check out, and all the coffee bean hoppers were empty.
