I came here looking for a children’s item and couldn’t find it. It seems like a regular Rite Aid store that you can find everywhere, although it’s super big. A fun note: I didn’t find the item, but a store representative gave me an unusual health advice.

Not a huge fan of there pharmacy there, specifically because of the tall, young man who works behind the counter in the pharmacy. He was very rude in argumentative with me last time I was there. When my script came up there was a payment but it's never before cost me anything as there was never a co-payment for this script with my insurance. I mentioned how it cost nothing before but still, I said I'll pay it and "it's not a big deal though" but the young man working behind the counter went quiet for a minute as he looked it up on his computer and said in a very condescending tone "Nope. That didn't happen. You paid before." I don't understand what his issue was, why he said that in that tone and why he went out of his way to do that when I offered to pay it anyways... But regardless, he was ultimately wrong because I just gotten back from a different Friday pharmacy in Delmont and guess what? I didn't have a co-payment. It didn't cost me anything. I was right but that young man went out of his way to make me look like I was either a liar or a jerk. And it wasn't just that mind you, it was his attitude the entire time...it felt like he was just very short with me.

I would rate this place a zero if possible. The entire pharmacy department are the most miserable group of people I have ever met. I've had techs hang up on me, no alerts when medications are ready, major attitudes when they've have days to refill medications and asked what's going on, they tell me I can see if other locations have meds needed then get upset when I follow their suggestions. It's insane.After several months, I switched pharmacies. The folks at Mainline Pharmacy are wonderful, kind and understanding. I can't recommend them more!

This particular pharmacy has been my pharmacy since it moved into this location, many years ago. Scott, the senior pharmacist, has always answered my questions clearly if I call in or speak with him at the drive - thru or store/pharmacy. He takes the time to answer clearly and accurately as do the other staff. . During the initial stages of COVID, I could tell every one was scrambling to meet customer needs while dealing with a pandemic! Eventually, more help was able to be hired and the staff are well-trained and excellent. Kudos to the whole team, as I have only had good experiences, even under the very difficult circumstances of the pandemic. New recent hires are also wonderful… Zack & Karen and the pharmacy staff that has seen us through the pandemic and are still there are the very best!!!!… if I forget some one by name please forgive me: Scott, Roxanne, Stephanie, and the other pharmacy tech who has helped me on numerous occasions over the years and I just can’t remover her name right now, but Scott will know who I mean. Thank you all for being kind, caring, personable, professional and getting me the best pharmacy service I could ask for! I won’t go to another pharmacy!

I went to this Rite Aid yesterday for my Covid booster. My reason for giving it 4 instead of 5 stars was having to wait 45 minutes beyond my scheduled time to receive my vaccine, although they seemed very busy. Scott, the pharmacist, was apologetic, very kind and professional. I didn't even feel the injection! I would definitely recommend this local store for prescriptions and vaccines.

This pharmacy is the worst. Take your business elsewhere. The main pharmacist I have spoken to is very nice but some of the other staff I've witnessed are rude and they always seem frazzled. I had to change pharmacies after dealing with this location too long. You can never reach them by phone and when you go in person the wait is always ridiculous no matter the time of day and there always seems to be some issue. I don't understand how even a medication that's already packaged from the facility it came from can cause such troubles for me to pick up when they're basically just slapping a sticker on the bottle. They need to get their act together, I don't think being understaffed is an excuse for their poor efficiency because I have had issues picking up meds from this Rite Aid for years.

This pharmacy has gone downhill in the last couple months. I am so tired of their staff complaining about being “short staffed”. No accountability and so unprofessional to even say that to customers needing answers about their prescriptions. And when you try and call to see what the status is with a prescription, they don’t answer the phone!!! You physically have to drive there and then when you do, you have the staff treating you so rudely and being argumentative. Ridiculous. If they are that short staffed, then they need to figure a way to fix it. Tired of their excuses and horrible customer service.

Wow… I thought it was just me but after reading all the bad reviews I can see it’s the reality of this rite aid.What I don’t understand is why they don’t try and fix the problems?!I was waiting at the drive through for 15 minutes, I had a COVID test scheduled for 1p so I tried calling the pharmacy to let them know I was here and they wouldn’t pick up the phone. I called three different times as they just ignored the ringing phone.My test was Friday it’s now Wednesday and still no results!!I considered moving my business and monthly prescriptions to this location because it’s closer to me but after reading the reviews and my own experience… not a chance in hell!

What an incompetent group this location’s pharmacy has. Over 48 hours since a prescription was sent and it was still not ready. Older woman who works in the pharmacy loves to complain about being understaffed, but has plenty of time to laugh and crack jokes with others. She also has accountability issues instead of acknowledging she may very well be the cause of issues this location faces.

Cannot stand this place! So glad we are moving away. As I sit here writing this 3 people have made eye contact with me and not come to the drive through window.I have been here 6 minutes so far and let’s see how long before they come ask my name.After 8 minutes someone came to the window and asked for my last name. Then first. Then last name. Then first name again. Then birthday.They come back to the window and tell me they have to re pull it even though they had called me 2 hours ago to tell me it was ready. They asked me to pull forward to wait for it and I politely smiled and shook my head “no”The first and second time is an accident, this is continuous. And that’s just the drive through. The inside service is absolutely no better.The person has now come back to the window to ask my last name for a third time. 11 minutes so far just to get one script of amox. I’ve literally had the time to write this as I’m sitting here.They have now asked to update my insurance info. I can’t understand why because it’s a refill, nothing has changed in the last month so why the issue now? Great they finally after 20 minutes have my meds. And almost did not give me back my insurance card…..I hope you have enjoyed my adventure at this location

Your people have no sense of customer service. The person that decided to close pharmacy 1:30 till 2:00 while the personal stood there looking thru closer. I wish them a like experience.

Honestly if you're sick you're better suited going to any other pharmacy in the area. They're understaffed, the pharmacy does not answer the phone. Despite needing medication they tell you that they won't have it for days due they're understaffed and can't get it filled. I honestly do not know why or how they are still in business. Shameful.

For the pharmacy. Everyone is kind but wow are they cut out for the job? My dr called in my meds. After a few days I called rite aid obsessively but nobody answers for days and days! Took me 7 days, yes 7(seven) days to get ahold of them. At this point I don't even have a ride to get them and thanks for thinking it ok to mess w my meds and allow me to go to a dark place with out my medicine. Careless! Go elsewhere!!

Soooo every time I’ve been to this location I’ve had to wait at least an hour for a flu shot! In addition, if my pediatrician calls in an rx for my children I have to go there to tell them that I’m actually planning on picking it up today. Then, 3 hours later it might be ready! Oh and the last time I went with an rx on paper they scolded me bc of covid 19 restrictions that I should have called it in so today I called...not only was the person on the phone terribly rude and short w me but it ended up w her telling me to bring the paper rx in!!! This place is the worst if ur looking for quick and friendly service! I’m going to send all of my rx to giant eagle from now on! I wouldn’t recommend this rite aid to anyone!!!!

Was standing in the line for the pharmacy reading the news. The man in front was going slow. A second pharmacy assistant came and called her friend up, who happened to be behind me in line. I’m switch to CVS, I’ll drive further for better service.

They either never have the med you need in stock or they take forever to fill. My husband came to fill 2 prescriptions 5 days ago, waited in line 45 minutes, and was told it couldn’t be filled until later that day or the next. We came back 5 days later- still not filled. The excuse- it was crazy.

They need someone working drive thru at busy times of day. They have one person working inside counter and drive thru at same time. Just sat outside for 20 min waiting for guy in front then our car. Ridiculous.
