The owner's and manager of the store are WONDERFUL people. The kids working there are GREAT KIDS!! They have our pool water cristal clear and chemically balanced. Reasonal prices. I recomend going there for any of your pool chemicals. They check your water and tell you exactly the amount of what you need to keep your water looking EXCELLENT!! The service guys installed a new liner last year. Did an excellent job!! They open and close our pool. They are GREAT GUYS. Good workers and fun to be around. I totally recommend King Cole Pools for any of your pool needs!!

I was told I had nitrates in my pool and neither the owner of employees would sell me chemicals until I got rid of the nitrates. They said it would waste my money and would not work.This was a great experience and my pool is sparkling clean thanks to their knowledge. I really recommend KingColePools! Thank you very much!

Used this place for years...great staff and store. Something happened during last 1.5 years. Told me to drain my pool twice in a month. Told me it was nitrates. It is fixed now and I wish I didn't drain it the first time. It wasn't nitrates and pool didn't need drained the second time. Chlorine. Needed chlorine. I figured it out on my own. I am weary afterwards and would not recommend. Nitrates. Don't drain your pool, get a second opinion.

The staff are so friendly and genuine. They helped me with lots of above ground pool advice as a new pool owner. They are very willing to help at any costs! I thank them by bringing my dog Theo (Bernese mountain dog) as a thank you lol :)

I was referred to Bruce by a friend. He explained he was booked out till next year, but spend an hour talking about ideas and helping me knowing I was going to find someone this year to install my pool. Super nice to the point I felt I needed to leave a review as compensation for his time he did not have to spend talking to me in the evening. Great Guy for never meeting him and just talking to him for the first time today. Thanks Buddy.

Of the several pool stores around the local area, King Cole has been the most helpful in resolving my pool issues. The employees are competent, efficient, and friendly. There is hardly ever a wait to get assistance and they are well stocked in all the necessary pool supplies with no pressure or up selling.

King Cole Pools installed our pool 25 years ago. Over the years they installed a new liner, installed a hard winter cover, installed new ladder steps and opened our pool in the spring and closed it in the fall. Dan and his helpers were always nice snd very accommodating. Last month , I get a message on my answering machine from one of the owners saying that they no longer can service our pool????The reasons given were the distance to service our pool and shortage of employees.My husband and I are elderly and we relied on Dan to get the job done and done correctly. When I called the store and questioned whether the message was accurate and reminded the lady that THEY put the pool in, THEY replaced the liner, THEY installed a hard winter cover and new ladder steps and THEY opened and closed our pool over the years snd I didn’t understand why they would not help a customer of 25 years. She asked if I got my water tested there twice a week???? So, my advice to anyone contemplating getting a pool, stay away from King Cole Pools.I can understand not taking on any new customers who would be too far away , but to drop a long standing customer is very poor business. SHAME ON KING COLE POOLS!!!

Bill and Bruce, from King Cole Pools, went out of their way to make our purchase of an inground pool experience incredible. These guys are honest, extremely knowledgeable, expert in design/recommendations, have integrity and were wonderful to work with. They are excellent with subcontractor management, and ensured that every deadline was met. All the King Cole employees were professional and very careful of our property during installation. We are absolutely thrilled with the finished product and can't wait to have King Cole open our pool for the 2018 season. We hope to continue our relationship with King Cole for many great years to come. THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING, BRUCE AND BILL!

The employees from King Cole Pools replaced our 20x40 liner at the end of last season. they had great selection and Bruce answered every question. They even let us barrow few possible liners to place in pool to get a better idea of how it would look,They did excellent work and where very nice to explain the process and what we had to do. They ordered water for initial fill [we needed two] since we had a spring under the liner that needed water pressure to hold this back and that was the reason for two tanks of water. The told us having a spring in the pool is common.Since the water was fresh we only adjusted to pH and alkalinity and added very little chlorine . We use PoolRX [eBay] to handle algae and we never have a green anything is pool even if its not run for weeks. We greatly reduced chlorine use to the point you can drink the water.Anyway I highly recommend King Cole Pools

Terrible pool opening. All they do is pour chemical in your pool and take off the cover. We’ve had other pool people open our pool and when we paid them the pool was ready for use. This company stated that they do not return every day or two to insure that the pool is clearing up the way they anticipated. I highly doubt that all these people who recommend this company are paying people $275 plus chemicals to open their pool by just pulling off the cover, pouring chemicals in it and leaving it green, and then saying it should clear up. If you are you’re wasting your money and your time. I would never recommend this company to anyone, if I could’ve given a 0 on stars I would have.
