Needed to get in a new Kia within a pretty close deadline with turning in my old Kia lease, and they were able to make it happen with me leaving the lot in an upgraded, beautiful model! I absolutely love the brown interior they offer now and am very happy with how easy the process was. He was extremely knowledgeable on the Kia Carnival and process, and was very professional and patient. He kept in touch during the negotiation process but was not pushy. Kudos Brody! Dealership facility was very nice. Paperwork took time to prepare as vehicles were being sold left and right but everyone was extremely professional throughout the entire process. So to start, I want to say this was by far the BEST car buying experience I have had to date, and I have bought many new cars in my life. I worked with Andrea and I can't say enough nice things about her! I first worked out my deal with Eric and even though it took a little time, it was the easiest negotiation I have ever had. He was really responsive to what I wanted to pay and he really worked to get me there! Andrea took over when I got to the dealership. She did my test drive, she was so patient and sooooo very knowledgeable about the car I wanted. She answered all our questions and was so very friendly and helpful! Niko Croom was amazing and knowledgeable about his product and his craft. Not only Niko but also Adam Haywood and Chris in finance who stayed hours after close to work with my family and me during our car purchase experience. I bought a certified pre-owned 2024 Kia Telluride SX X-Line with only 711 miles on it. It had a good deal to it. The test drive went fine. I bought it on 3/21/2024. The first day was great. HOWEVER... on 3/22/2024, I'm getting 5 errors that keep flashing on the screen, they are:1. Check lane change assist2. Check blind spot safety system3. Check forward safety system4. Check parking collision avoidance assist system5. Check lane safety systemAs upsetting as this was, I have to give them credit on immediately sending me a loaner and towing it back the same day I called with the issue. They've been responsive while trying to figure out what went wrong. It was the dash wiring harness. Hopefully after this it will be smooth sailing. I'm giving three stars because this was traded in around 700 miles and I feel like this vehicle wasn't thoroughly checked to make sure it was ready for the next buyer.
