Cassie and Sean are just the best and I have been to every groomer from North Versailles to Greensburg over the years and it wasn’t until I found Cassie’s that I knew my furbaby was safe well cared for and loved by everyone there. Mine and my daughters dogs were expertly groomed and done in a very short time they were happy and playful the rest of the day. I mention this since there are some groomers that we went to around us where our dogs were groggy and sleepy after their appointments which was not their normal personalities.

They did a wonderful job with my rescue dog Murphy!!! I'm not sure if his previous owner ever got him groomed but he did a great job too!!!

Just left here with my crazy wild hyper 2 year old Pitbull! He is a rescue and a lot of things in life are new to him. They were amazing, did not judge his craziness, and made me feel welcome!! They even thanked me for rescuing him! I get anxious about how others perceive his behavior sometimes. I feel like it can make me look like a bad owner (even tho we have spent so much time training). To have the validation was great! They were super quick and were unfazed by him wiggling around. I fed him cheese as she cut his nails quickly. Was in and out in 3 min! Deff will be going again! So thankful to have found them!

We have been bringing our 2 dogs to Cassie's now for about 8 years. I would not go any other place. Our fur babies are treated like royalty and the grooming service is out of this world! Love everyone there----we will be customers for life! Would tell anyone to go to Cassie's.

Been there several times first 2 wonderful, but with each one after that got worse. This last one all chopped up and on belly skin patches. The woman was so sweet but must be a beginner so Cassie never any refusal and I won't ever be back. I got a crappie grooming for sure. Shame on you.

Called several times no one answered the phone. Left several messages and no one called back. I couldn't trust anyone this irresponsible with my pets. Will never try again.

I would recommend Cassie's Top Dog to anyone. We adopted Baby and she has turned out to be a sweet loving dog. They groom her and she struts out knowing she has found her furever home with us. They do a beautiful job grooming.

We are always pleased with the results of grooming our Alaskan Malamute but getting them to respond to messages left to schedule an appointment is grueling. No one returns calls.

Had very bad experiences with Poochies and started to go to Cassie's. Very friendly and caring about your dog. They ask the type of cut you want for your dog, make sure it's understood, and writes it on the dog's card. They do not cut it the way the breed of dog 'should' be cut, or the way they think it should be cut.

When a grooming goes wrong don't expect any satisfaction from this establishment. My Shih Tsu went in for a grooming and came out looking like a terrier. Why would one cut 4 inches of silky top hair to less than half inch. A military haircut on a Shih Tsu?. The gal didn't listen. It's like a factory farm in there. And it's dirty...hair all over the place. Please... Don't go if you've never been there. I called 3 or 4 times and I never was called back. So displeased.And wouldn't give me a refund....
