I bought a storm door from the Irwin store and received the wrong handle and was told there’s nothing they can due . I was told I would have to pay a shipping fee of 75 dollars on top of the price of the handle in order to get what I originally wanted. Very rude!!!!

I'm in the process of recoating my deck and its a DIY project in which i bit off way more than i could chew. I made the mistake of not getting my deck coating tinted so it came out white. I looked all over the internet, asked people at paint and hardware stores, other people i knew with experience and nothing. Then i spoke to the assistant manager there, Rich. Not only did he provide insight on what i did wrong, he also offered better tools to make the job easier..and as a result..my deck isnt completely finished..but looks a LOT better than what it did. If not for Rich and his knowledge and kindness, i would still be mentally spinning tire in regards of what to do next.

Just visited the store to purchase an outside storm door and tried to get help 3 times from different associates, the only response I received was I don't know and one response of have you tried the sales desk in which I already waited 5 minutes and waited again after directed. As we waited we watched associates stop to help other people walking in the door. Not sure if we were ignored because we were the only ones wearing masks or because I was not white. Hard to say. But its the last time I will spend money at that location.

We recently moved to the area and got a postcard in the mail for a free "welcome to the neighborhood kit". We stopped over to buy a few things and were very impressed with the prices, staff, and cleanliness of the store. Everyone was super nice and it was great to recieve a bag of goodies to help up with our new home!

This is a great neighborhood hardware store. The staff is friendly and helpful. On the last couple visits I have been helped by a young man named Joseph. He is so incredibly nice and helpful. This guy sets the standard for great customer service. Give them a try... you won't be disappointed.

Young female cashier was rude and didn't ask If i had a store card but asked for my name which isn't what they're supposed to do to begin with and got my name wrong. As I was leaving the store said something about me to the customer next in line saying "people don't know how to f**king read signs. Good customer service say that you should communicate with customers especially during this Covid BS.This child needs fired for being inappropriate and rude!

I’m very disappointed. Last time there I was given an advertisement for cyber Monday deals. I get there early Monday morning and they don’t have anything that was advertised. When I asked about it I was told. “Some stores have them, some stores don’t “. Thank you for wasting my time.

Called to see if they had a particular item, I was about 20 minutes away, and by the time they HUNG UP ON ME. I was already in line with the item checking out. If you don’t wanna respond don’t pick up the phone.

Service was not good. I walk in and 5 employees are" standing " I around Christmas tree display. I show one of them an empty package of what I'm looking for & one of them tells me the aistle#. I could not find what I was looking for by myself. I went to Lowes & got the service & the product.

Busy Beaver is conveniently located off Rt. 30 on Norwin Avenue. Great local hardware store. Carries a wide variety of plumbing and heating and cooling supplies. You can also find yard decorations, paint, and so much more.

Ceiling would of colapsed if they didnt have the busy beaver reinforced ceilings!!!!Also remember to feed buddy the beaver at least once a week!!
