I have never seen a pet store like this. Couldn't purchase a bunny rabbit. Had my own cage and and everything needed. They wanted me to buy a kit for $239.00 Instead of $60.00. I feel that is not fair and a complete scam. I strongly recommend not to buy from this establishment.

My boyfriend and I bought a bunny about a month ago. Her, the cage and everything else was included in a 250$ deal. But we did ask the woman who helped us with our purchase if she needed to visit the vet or anything. She said no, a month later, we find out she needs to be spayed and taken to the vet. That costs 500$, I am very unhappy they did not give us that knowledge when purchasing her.

Never take the time to leave reviews but this place was awful. Very unfriendly and no inventory. Took my 6 year old and 15 year old in to get a hamster ball. No one there shopping. No greeting two employees. No selection. Asked to check inventory in back (6year old was excited to get one). Younger lady at register rude.Go somewhere else...

Nothing is more frustrating than when a store consistently sells out of an item but doesn't adjust their inventory to meet the demand. My husband and I constantly find this store out of Taste of the Wild Sierra Mtn and have to go elsewhere. I've been in the store with other customers having the same problem and we walk out empty handed... you're loosing a lot of customers. Pay attention!

I couldnt beleive how many bells were on the toys in the birds cages! If they are not 100% stainless steel they can cause HMP( heavy metal poisoning) Even when the manufacturer says " safe" they arent always! I think Pet Stores should know this and promote this!Ive been in there many times and these kids that work there should be educated on animals. Some of them are cluless when asked a question! ( lve tested them on simple things and they straight out say, " I'm not really sure" )

I bought a rabbit and she had sore hocks! Plus she had poop all over her butt!! They also said things like cetar and pine shavings were great for pets what the heck!!!!!!!!!!!! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! Then they said they clean there cages every day but when I looked in her cage it was really really full of poop

They are now closed down. Everything was horrible about this place the prices the people and about everything you can think of was bad. Kinda glad they closed down.
