There is an employee by the name of Connor Blonde hair/5”10 , he typically works the register and EVERY SINGLE TIME I approach him he treats me horribly. I have had the WORST experience whenever he was working. The rest of the store is perfectly fine, but this guy Connor needs to go. He does not make this business better, he makes it worse. The most important thing in a position like this is exceptional customer service skills, which he completely doesn’t understand.

Divine was the rudest cashier / supervisor I have ever encountered at this location. He refused to allow me to purchase anything due to my 15 year old son not having an ID after trying to reason, asked for a manager and to see the policy that stated my son would need an id as well.. he could not produce, told me it was up to his discretion and I wasn’t able to purchase anything from HIS store. This is extremely poor management… went to the sheetz across town and had ZERO issues. I do not appreciate the way I was treated and will not return to this location for anything…. And will spread the word as well, unless Divine completes some training In diversity and customer service. Not happy, unsatisfied and highly offended!

Im extremely frustrated when i stop at the store to get a drink on my way home from work and u have huge groups of ppl just hanging out infront of this location making it difficult to get in and out of the store. I am handicap and i couldnt hardly even get to my vehicle. Then to top that off u have kids on bikes being dumb doing tricks rite next to ppls vehicles and the staff nor the paid security was doing anything about it infact the security was outside smoking and mingling with the large group that was making it difficult to even enter the store. Management needs to step up and make sure that ppl can get in and out of thier location. They should probably get a different security guy hes doing no good if hes just outside hangin out !!!! Sheetz plz fix this issue or ill never shop at this location again

I have been going to this Sheetz location for years as it is very convenient for me to go too. I get the best service I’ve ever received at any gas station at this location. I’ve ordered food, drinks, had their shacks, got gas, kerosene, diesel. Very happy with everything about it. I will go out of my way most times to get give my business to them. I am very appreciative of the service. Thank you.

Very dirty and I stop buying sodas and food because it's. The grounds are so filthy in the floors cigarette butts all over the ground and garbage and germs. They don't wash the grounds they don't clean the floor that place is filthy.Once they clean I will go back but the outside and inside needs a good scrubbing when you serve food the grounds should be clean and sanitary and there not.

This review is for the Wayne Avenue store.I frequent this store often and the entire staff is great! The current supervisor, Alisabeth, is not a nice person! Very nasty and belittled her employees in front of the customers. I'll go to one on the other stores until she is gone.

Waited 25 minutes for my half Italian sub and she couldn't even put a little bit of Italian dressing on it, which is what I asked for. Didn't toast it either like I asked. Barely any meat and cheese but stuffed with lettuce. This place has got to make some changes!

This location needs to either be inspected for unclean conditions in their kitchen or freezer or retrained on how not to serve old or contaminated food.Each time I try anything other than the appetizers I end up with food poisoning 2-4 hours later, I know this isn't just me as I have friends who eat the same item or another item and experience the same wrathful vengeance from their food.Other then the food, the cashiers are friendly and try their best to keep the line short and efficient, shelves and drink coolers are usually 95% stocked throughout the day. They also recently got a remodel adding in 2 self checkout registers (card and non alcohol only)!

I swear on my life i just waited a whole hour for my food. It was busy when we got in there which I gave them the benefit of the doubt for but then we were the only people in the store song with one other boy. He got there before us and was only waiting for two hot dogs. Eventually when they did come out with my food it was not even what I ordered. My boyfriend had to explain to the workers the difference between a quesadilla and burrito. They finally understood, and said it would be 45 seconds, and we waited 10 more minutes. Not mention when I took it home it wasn’t even cooked but that’s beside the point. I’m literally not someone to take time to do this but they also took an hour of my time for absolutely no reason. Ordered at 1:17 and left the store at 2:13

10/10 hate this Sheetz. I spend a lot of money at Sheetz stores, and unfortunately this place left a very bad taste in my mouth. Do not go here after 8pm if you’re tired and hungry.

I was just there about 20 minutes ago and ordered food. I grabbed my slip and like I typically do I remember the number and throw it out. I've even asked before if I needed the slip and I was told no. Well the guy called my number and I walked over and he asked for my slip and I told him I threw it out. Then he proceeded to roll his eyes at me and ask me what I ordered and I recited my order back to him and then he continued to say that if I do not have my slip next time he promises he won't give me my food. I was completely humiliated and embarrassed in front of everyone who was there. I'm also a frequent customer and I've never had such a horrible experience here. I get having bad days but this was just ridiculous.

Favorite sheetz in town. It's not in the best location for me but it's usually worth the extra few minutes out, especially to avoid the sheetz closer to campus. Consistently good food orders, and close enough to the bars to grab a drunk snack between bar hops. The seating area in store is nice enough for a quick bite to eat as well. Not that it's their fault, I just wish it was on the othe side of Philly so it would be on my way home!

I only got 1 Italian sandwich there and wanted Old Bay on it. What I got was a little sandwich with my Old Bay. There was so much on it that the meat was totally covered in it. It's supposed to be a seasoning..

It took them 10 minutes to make me a medium mocha because "Nobody realized there was an order." It wasn't busy and they just stood around talking. Worst Sheetz out there, I swear. Poor customer service.

I went there and I tried to use an p-ebt card and they kept asking for an id and I don’t have one because I am under the age of ten even my mom tried to use her Id but they would not take it they wanted mine

They have a security guard who is official/unofficial which basically asked me why I was there tonight. By the time i got out of the store it was pouring and the bag my food was in broke. Called manager and he said all he could do was give me an email address
