Employees are friendly and place is convenient, but the food is some of the worst out of any Sheetz I’ve had. Only have ordered from there a handful of times and every time things were either cold or loaded with too much sauce.

Always seem to have issues with this Sheetz. Went there earlier, ordered hotdogs for myself and a friend. Hot dogs were cold and the kraut looked as of it were several days old

I have been having really awesome experiences at this Sheetz lately. The staff during the day and night have been super friendly. We ordered food around 4am and it came really hot and quick. We ordered milkshakes around 8pm and even with them taking their time, came out quick with a pretty presentation. I would highly recommend stopping in for a quick bite and gas.

Cold brew was bitter and had an awful after taste. Sausage breakfast burrito was cold and the bacon, egg and cheese breakfast burrito had a really odd taste to it. Waste of $10. Next time I stop it’ll only be for gas. The food at Sheetz (not just this one) has become overpriced and poor quality. Not worth the money at all.

Just bought food. Undercooked and it's colder than it is outside... these people aren't even trying to give you what you paid for at this point, calling customer service is a waste of time because nothing improves. Sheetz and most of their locations are starting to be a scam company...

Came in around 5AM to get some Buffalo boneless chicken bites. It seemed like they were annoyed I ordered food at this time and when I finally got it, the chicken had barely any Buffalo sauce on it.

Tire air pump was malfunctioning but this is common at every gas station any more not just Sheetz. Otherwise excellent gas station with a lot of pumps. Not much parking area though.

Clean gas station and amazing food would be a easy 5/5 stars but they have no cheezits variety. Only the original no puffs,no white cheddar,no mixed bags, just plane ole regular cheezits... like what?? This is 2023 and all cheezits lives matter.

Having come from an area of small stations with little to no extra items other then cigarettes and gas. They place is amazing! The store is a gas station, convenience store and restaurant all in one. Definitely a great place to catch a stretch of the legs and belly all at the same time. The pricing was very reasonable and the MTO food hit the right spots. The restrooms were clean and actually the remaining of the place was too. Definitely appealing atmosphere. No matter whatcha doing you gotta stop in and get a Sheetz hot dog. Load it up your way and smile as your stomach thanks you. Hey don't forget the French fries. They also do curb side service.

The new car wash is more disco than wash. Flashing colored lights make it fun when it's dark out, but it doesn't get my car clean, and for the $15 deluxe wash, my baby is left with water spots on top of the dirty. It's a convenient location for me to get gas, but it's hard to get out of the lot during traffic.To sum it up: I only recommend the car wash if you're desperate. Everything else is good.

Best sheetz in Indiana by far. My fiancé recently lost a family heirloom and a certain employee did everything in and out of his power to help us!! All the workers are like that and it’s a quick get your stuff get back on the road type of sheetz

I didn’t get everything I ordered! It was not busy in there at all! I got a turkey sub wrap & asked jalapeño peppers put in it & I also asked for nacho cheese for pretzel either! I guess before I leave the store I will have to check my food before I leave! I never had any problems before!

Of the 3 Sheetz locations in town Ben Franklin Sheetz is by far the worst. The last 2 times I visited the store my MTO order is either wrong or missing something.

The older cashier in the morning has got to be one of the rudest people I have ever met. She was mumbling and I couldn't hear her and then she started to get mouthy and shook her head. She definitely does not deserve to have a job as a cashier. She treats everyone like garbage.

This gas station and it is store are very good👍🏻It was near my house when I were in Indiana. My kids and I loved to order fast food from it such as french fries and cheese sticks 👌🏻

The cashiers are so rude and slow! If you want to order something, they don't give you the option to alter, change, or add anything to your food or drink order (such as the dressing on the side and/or a different kind of cheese) You have to scream to get their attention to change something & it makes you look and sound like a fool. Then you pay for it and get treated as if you are A jerk, other Sheetz locations have much nicer cashiers however the ordering process is the same!!

The car wash was great when they first remolded it!! Now it is awful I used it twice in the last two week..they are stingy with the soap and wax. When I drove out, the car was covered in streaks!! It looks worse now! It wasn't worth the time I waited or the money I spent!

The evening shift around 1030 didn't put the bacon on the salad . After coming back evening shift supervisor didn't believe me so returned to truck to get order slip verifying purchased bacon, brought inside the salad so she could visually confirm no effort had been made to make this salad with any bacon. She snootingly three 3 pcs of bacon in2deep fryer 10 sec later handed me the bacon on paper towel. Told me to enjoy...

The cashier who handled my transaction was extremely rude. I asked how she was doing and she blatantly ignored me. After sighing and asking me if I needed anything else, she aggressively swiped my card and pushed my stuff across the counter. I told her to have a good day, to which she replied with an eye roll. You should out her back with the cooks, because she's not fit to be working with people. Absolutely horrible experience, and I was inside for 2 minutes.

Abigale is amazing she absolutely made my night! She welcomed me with a “hello good morning!” Her energy was awesome! She appeared to be happy to be there and was very hard working. Taking out the trash and moving stuff all around. Just in the 5-10 mins I was there!!She was great! The rest of the staff not so much...

I always go to this Sheetz after work and everybody there is always friendly. Also, the coffee and food that I get there is always really good. This is my favorite Sheetz to go to.

Man let me tell you what, Tom makes THE BEST HOT DOGS EVER! Idk what his last name is but I legit hate hot dogs because of how they are made but OMFG 😍😍😍😍 These hot dogs were to die for!!! LEGIT the best 1.37$ I spent in the last three days. I called him to thank him after I got done with the first one and the second one was spot on just as good

My favorite Sheet in Indiana County! Always clean and they only mess my MTOs up every once in awhile. The car wash at 4th street Sheetz is better though!
