Great place to shop and get your prescription filled. They had a bad couple months till they got rid of that pharmacist. New ones are nice and the rest of the store is clean as always. Think most of the 1 star reviews are typical Karan types.

Would give a zero if I could. Multiple times have messed up prescriptions but go back because of convenience, not anymore. They messed up a script again and I asked if they had the right one and they said “I don’t know I’m closing you can come back tomorrow.” Told them I will get my script elsewhere. I know many people who had the same problem and switched.

This Rite Aid is terrible. They don't stagger lunch breaks so the pharmacy is just closed from 130-2pm... Then the drive through just says lane 1 & lane 2 it doesn't designate which is pick up or drop off till you finally make it though the line of cars and they say no this is drop off only.. horribly managed store.

What a pleasant visit I had today compared to my last visit! This time the cashier was kind and helpful as she explained how the sales and coupons work! I was also impressed with Donna, (a supervisor) who recognized me from working together years ago! Looks like the Indiana, PA Rite Aid is working on getting a good solid team together for quality customer service!

When I called to ask the pharmacy about a medication, they said NO and hung up on me! Very rude and unprofessional.

I have gone to this pharmacy for years. In the past few months, likely due to the renovations, the service from the pharmacy has been garbage. It isn't the employees fault - it's the pharmacist's. I have never once had a problem with the employees who take care of customers, they're almost always lovely. However, there have now been two instances where my prescription took over a week to fill - that is absolutely ridiculous. There is no excuse for that. Not to mention that they are closed on the weekend, so if you go to the ER during the weekend, you better hope you don't get prescribed any medication. I am changing pharmacies because of this.

This is the worst pharmacy I've ever been to. It took ten days of pestering them, waiting in lines that stretched the full length of the store on multiple occasions, and fruitlessly calling for hours at a time before I finally got my script (which, incidentally, ended up being off by one pill). Aside from one particularly rude woman, I don't even know if the staff is to blame or if Rite Aid just treats them poorly enough that they can't hold on to people and the ones that do stay don't feel incentivized to do a good job. If this is your pharmacy, I absolutely recommend switching as soon as possible and leaving your own review. I'm so happy to never have to step foot in there again.

This rite aid is always having problems. They are never open when they say they should be.. I recommend using other pharmacies that are more reliable

I rarely ever write bad reviews but this has to be the worst pharmacy ever since they remodeled the place. First of all they have the most inconvenient hours and the pharmacy is completely closed on the weekends. Even if you go on the weekdays, half the time there is a huge line which takes forever to move. One time I waited almost 30 minutes and the line barely moved so I ended up giving up and coming back another day. Another time I went to pick up my meds and one of my prescriptions was missing. The pharmacist told me she could fill it in a few hours and to come back in a few hours to pick all my prescriptions together. So I left and went home only to receive a text 20 minutes later saying the prescription that hasn’t been filled was out of stock and couldn’t be picked up till the next day. Love that the pharmacy couldn’t check if the prescription was even in stock before sending me away without the meds that were available so now I had to make an extra trip without even getting the last prescription. Save your time and go to literally any other pharmacy possible.

This used to be a great pharmacy, with quick service and helpful open hours. Since they remodeled the store (filling it with junk instead of products people need) the pharmacy service has gone down the tubes. I don't know if they lost a pharmacist or what, but you have to stand in line for an hour to pick up your prescription and the drive-through is closed at random times. They have also stopped opening on weekends, which is inconvenient for people who work regular hours. Someone somewhere made a really poor decision about the direction of the store.

Wow. I posted a completely honest review of this pharmacy and what is happening there. Yes, I had a long review, and it was negative. However, that has been my experience there. I received no comment from Rite Aid regarding the matter, while other reviewers receive comments from Rite Aid asking to discuss the matter. When I edited my review stating that I hadn't even been contacted, I see that my review has been hidden. I can see it if I log into my google account, but if anyone else is looking, they cannot see it. It has either been hidden or deleted. Apparently they cannot handle the truth about how you have to wait in line for hours, not have prescriptions filled for days on end, not be able to answer the phone and not even be able to transfer to different pharmacies because the other pharmacists cannot reach this store by phone either. Completely Unacceptable!

Slow customer service. Ridiculous wait time to pick up aPrescription. Bad, bad experience. Time to move on to another pharmacy…My doctor sent a prescription to this pharmacy, in error, and Rite Aid did not disappoint. Sat in the drive thru line for 15-20 minutes. There were 6 cars ahead of me. When the car a head of me pulled up to the window, the associate put a sign up and walked away. The sign was they take lunch from 1:30-2:00. The associate left 4 cars already in line waiting to pickup. When I went back today to pick up the meds, I asked why they just left with customers waiting. The associate got a Pharmacist, I believe, she told me that Rite Aid has a corporate policy that EVERYONE has to take lunch at 1:30. She only apologized for having to wait in line. Little long winded. Freaking unbelievable corporate allows this to happen time and time again.

I would give 0 stars if possible. There is no excuse for the amount of time you have to wait and when you call in to ask about a prescription (co-pay; did doctor call it in?) there is no answer or you are put on hold for 15 minutes +. I get that I am not the only customer or the most important, but when I have no idea if my scripts are ready or what the copay is, I’m taking time out of my day to travel and get my prescriptions. After I get my prescriptions today, I’m transferring my stuff to either CVS or Giant Eagle. Too many chances and too much disappointment in service. Also, the last time I was there, there was 2 people working the pharmacy. Not sure what’s going on with this location’s turnover rate, but corporate needs to look into it to understand and improve quality to keep retention. Big pharmacy brands drove out small pharmacies and yet provide 1/100 of the quality service.

This used to be a good Pharmacy but now they have odd hours they're never open when they say they will be they give you a text message stating that your medications are in and you show up and they're not there they say that they haven't faxed the doctors yet they make you call the offices to get your doctor's to call again it took me over a week to get a prescription refilled and then when I show up to get it they're not even open even though the website says they're open at 8:00 a.m. I wait an hour for the store to open because of my work schedule and here you end up saying that they don't open until 9:00. Absolutely atrocious I'll be changing my Pharmacy this will be going to corporate of Rite Aid as well this Rite Aid in Indiana has gone south. They never have been this bad and it's absolutely horrible then they take an hour lunch during the time that other people have lunch breaks so you can't even pick up your prescriptions then they should have it open from 8:00 to 8:00 like they used to hire more people get it together

The service of the pharmacy is horrible!! Apparently they must only have 1 person working because on Nov. 25th 2022, I went to pick up my medicine. The pharmacy was closed due to employee illness, okay so how many people had to go without their medication because the one employee they have is sick? They don't even have time to answer their phone and if by chance they do answer you are put on hold for over ten mins and are forgotten about. You can't even call back because you get a busy signal. I'm sorry, That's just unacceptable service. Shame on you Rite-aid Pharmacy.Time to find a new pharmacy!

The people who work there are zero help. I bought sunscreen that was labeled buy 1 get one 50% off. The tags were throught the sunscreen aisle on different brands but when I get to the counter they don't ring up that way. They then inform me it has to be the same brand where it doesn't say that anywhere on the tags. Only says "of eual or lesser value. Excludes clearance." No one would honor it. Then they automatically round up to the nearest dollar to donate your change. I don't mind donating but it seems dishonest if you're choosing it for me instead of me agreeing. I'll drive across town to go somewhere else, always.

6/19/22came to pharmacy at 4:40 through drive thru.after pulling out of the pharmacy drive thru i parked, realizing i didn’t have the meds i came there for.called the pharmacy and was responded to by i assume one of their pharmacy cashiers.employee, trying to find the medication in question, preceded to list many medications i have not heard of, or medicines that are currently not being taken and have not for some time.after telling her the generic name for what i am looking for, she said she is not seeing it.soon after, she states “wait you are right”.following this i said okay cool so i’m in the parking lot can i come grab them.employee asks boss, who then took the phone fully ready to tell me they were closing and she did not want to help.i proceeded to explain my situation- out of meds for 3 days- i got here before closing time (at this point it’s 4:58)pharmacist explains that they can be filled tomorrow morning. i explained that had this been done as it was supposed to on their end, I would not miss my medication for the day.pharmacist asks “i’m curious as to why you would pick them up so late anyways if you need them”i felt that this should not have to have been explained, and absolutely not have been asked, but i was traveling. As it is now day 4, it is a priority, and their mistake should cause them the emergency, not me, as this is their profession and it is extremely reckless and irresponsible to forget someone’s medication when you close in 10 minutes.when i stated that it is not a problem of me calling them, and that my medication is automatic, the pharmacist unprofessionally corrected me in attempt to save herself. I order my prescriptions through my phone, i send a single letter and they all get filled. every single one of my medications operate this way.after not getting through to the completely unprofessional pharmacist who was only looking to leave rather than fix a mistake that falls under her, there was no accountability, just extreme disrespect. I was hung up on. this person by no means should be working with medication as she gives no regard for the well-being of others.

Switch to CVS or Diamond if you can. This pharmacy is easily the worst one I’ve had to regularly go to. They constantly delay medications or deliveries due to “internal issues” which has usually just been employees not doing their job and running down the clock or not knowing the correct medications. Today was the breaking point where they were already very late with a medication and the employee in the window told me to wait about 45 mins which was conveniently enough time for his shift to finish and his coworker to tell me the script wasn’t started yet.

I have never dealt with a pharmacy that I can call for days and talk to no one. Even my doctor was unable to get through to anyone on the staff. I don't know why they can't keep staff at this rite aid, but maybe something should be done so people want to work there. It is absolutely absurd to let people go for days or longer without even knowing if their prescriptions have been recieved let alone actually get them filled. I'm fortunate enough that my health will not be in serious jeopardy if I go without, but not everyone is that lucky. You could transfer to another rite aid...but only if they started processing your Rx in the first place, amd it goes without saying that they didn't. Which is precisely why i was calling in the 1st place. I have only had this issue at this particular Rite Aid.

Trying to get a hold of this pharmacy is impossible. The lines are absolutely ridiculous and the drive-thru is never opened. So far I have had to come to this pharmacy 3 times empty handed because my prescription isn't ready. I'm truly frustrated. Never again will I come back here.

I've literally been calling for nearly an hour straight trying to get (1) question about my prescription answered. No one answered, or I was ignored, or just straight up hung up on. Really stressful to have to rely on these ppl for my very important meds. It happens incredibly frequently. My mother is a regional manager for another Rite Aid in the same region as this one (she literally evaluates the stores for their efficiency) and I'm definitely going to have to let her know about all this. It'sridiculous and I am definitely not the only customer with this problem.

Pharmacy train wreck.I was forced to fill a prescription for my child here due low supply of a liquid medication at my regular pharmacy. They only had enough on hand to get her through Tuesday morning but assured me the second portion of the order would be ready at that time. It was not and I was told at the drive through to come back the next day. The clerk at the drive through was rude and condescending when she did not find the prescription. I further explained what I was told over the preceding days and with an eye roll she walked away. She returned telling me come in since none of it was ready.I park, make two business phone calls outside, spoke to an acquaintance in the store itself and make my way to the pharmacy. The desk clerk asked to help me and I identified the name and prescription. I was told it hadn’t been started yet.My child was bit by a tick carrying Lyme on her school field trip and had now missed two doses which this pharmacy seems to view as acceptable.I was told upon receiving the rest of the prescription that it was the suppliers fault and they were supposed to call me. The young check out clerk clearly found the situation amusing with a nasty smile and flippant attitude, I asked for receipt and left furious. I’ll never give this chain of disorganized and unprofessional staff my business again.

Way to go people of Indiana. You stopped going to small town pharmacies and now we're stuck with hour long waits with no one in line. Its a very below average business on a prime piece of indiana county real estate. Do better. Billion dollar company and they can't fill prescriptions in a reasonable time because you give them no reason. You'll still spend your money there so they won't change. CVS and rite aid ruined the pharmacy industry. And don't give me your corporate BS reply with a phone number either. You're a blite on your community and won't change unless we stop shopping there as a whole.

I would rate a 0 if I could. Prescriptions are never ready in a timely fashion. Last month I was told it’ll be “a few hours”. Today at 10 am she told me 1.5 hours. Went in 4 hours later and again they told me it wouldn’t be ready for 1.5 MORE hours!! I said I have two sick children that need their medicine and I will be there at 6 pm to get it. She said she would have it ready. Went in and there is a sign on the pharmacy window that they closed at 5!!!!! This place is a joke.

Doctor sent my script 3 times. Over 3 days. All said they were successful yet they claimed to not recieve it. Luckily it wasn't emergent. Still hasn't been fixed.Hit or miss on the customer service but more bad than good and it was so bad that my doctor when calling in a script was questioned and second guessed by the pharmacist. He wants me to go somewhere else and stop wasting his and my time. When a dexcom 6 script has been ordered and sent 3 times it has to be there especially if it says it was successful. They got all my other meds. It's not like anything I am getting is narcotics. They are simple health sustaining scripts. Your one pharmacist is the rudest person I have ever dealt with.I'm considering just going somewhere else.

Been trying to get medication refilled. My doctor office states script was sent but pharmacy has no record of it. They are too busy remodeling their store to provide good customer service.

This pharmacy is a joke and unprofessional. I've been trying for a month or more to pick my medication up at this location instead of Indiana. They never have my medication and tell me they need to order it, which would cause me to go without medication for a day and half which I can't do. Mind you I have told them everytime I need that same script filled every other Monday. So instead of me waiting and going without I have to drive over 2 hours from my doctor's office to Indiana rite aid. Also there is still no note in my file to have my medication ordered for every other Monday. Just today punxsy made me call Indiana myself and I had to call each pharmacy 4 or 5 times because Indiana couldn't find my script in the system. Took me that many times calling punxsy to finally get someone who knew what they were doing to call Indiana and handle it. I even spoke to different pharmacists at punxsy location and am still having troubles with them.

Pharmacist is very unprofessional. Watch her belittle several customers and then say “ if they don’t like it they can go somewhere else, we have enough customers” never will I set foot in a rite aid store again.

Chose this pharmacy as it was the closest to my house with a drive thru window. I'll be moving all of my family's prescriptions. Never gotten a prescription in under 2 hours, staff is always rude. Last thing you want to deal with when you're trying to get a sick kid home from the doctor or you have a migraine and you're out of meds.
