They refused to sale me fish the other night because I came in at 8:01 and they said they only sale fish until 8. And now I came back today and they won't sale me fish today because they said it's to cold outside and she was very passive aggressive it was the manager! They really need to get themselves together

It’s always a good sign when the groomer comes out and greets your dog by sitting on the floor with them. My dog gets a little nervous going to the groomers but staff here have been very good at keeping my her comfortable. They are done with her in a timely manner, and she always smells great. Scheduling is also very easy.

This is the smallest petsmart I have ever been to or seen but it's also one of the best. The staff are extremely helpful and they have everything we need. The pet Salon does a great job but I say that as the owner of a labrador which are easy to groom and care for.

I see myself going a little out of my way to go here as of late as opposed to the competition up the road. Everyone here just seems a bit friendlier and more eager to help. They don't seem distracted by other things going on around them and are so sweet to my furbaby when I take her in with me. The store doesn't feel overcrowded with merchandise at all but has a great selection at the same time.

Traveled 60+ miles to visit this store to buy supplies for my Husky Puppy, Got there and my Husky used the bathroom outside, Then she had a accident in the store again, So my wife cleaned it up and while I was paying for the items, Which was over $200, She told me not to allow the Puppy into the store if the puppy is going to do that, So I will be shopping at Petco and other stores for now on.

Worst customer care!!! Waited 20 some minutes for a fish while the lady was helping another customer...which is totally fine! But then after waiting that long she tells my husband and I "you might as well leave because I'm not getting any more fish out today." Why not tell us when we first walk up or just be a normal accommodating employee?

Just adopted a stray black cat - actually, he adopted us. Went to PetSmart and was thrilled to get a cat lover (and owner) to guide me through purchase of "essentials". He was excellent! Honest ("you don't really need that" and "this didn't work for my cats") and knowledgeable. Couldn't ask for a better experience. If even half the staff at your store is as committed to pet care as this young man, you've got the best advice available - without veterinarian fees. (The vet fees are a whole other story!)

We used to take our beagle to Pet Smart for her nail trims. She loved going there and was so happy afterward. Unfortunately, she passed away 3 years ago and I didn't have another dog until now. I have a puppy of 12 weeks old. I like pet Smart because the staff here is more personal than petco. Pet Smart staff is willing to take the time to answer questions you have, help you find things and even if they can't do something for you, they aren't afraid to say they don't know or they can't and apologize for it. Pet Smart is our go to place for our puppies needs. We got her Kennel and toys, treats, collar, harness, and other items there. We will continue to be customers of this store. Please keep being friendly and personable with your customers, this is what makes you above the rest!

First time there. The young man that helped was very good at knowing the products and the sale items. Somethings are pricey but if you watch their sales you pets will be very happy. Plus you don't have the Walmart crowd.

Of all the Pet Smarts I've ever been to the employees have always been very nice and helpful but one thing that bothers me are these new points.Say you have two ppl in the system with the same first and last and the cashier may asks if u want to use ur points well this time I had asked how much do I have, she says I have two accounts well long story short if I hadn't of been honest I could of had $4 off my order but I told her I never had a Verizon email.I think the customer should verify the phone # and email to cashier when using points

I arrived just before closing time trying to find something to comfort and soothe the skin of both of my dogs. They ea had similar allergic reactions to a shampoo earlier today. I called ahead bc store was about to close. 2 assoc had items already at the counter for me to look at and then I still needed to check for myself. I did find a few items to try to calm their skin. Put a different one on ea dog.. let's hope for some rest tonight and see how they look in morning. The only one rushing me out the door was myself. They were very patient with me.

I’m even more pleased then ever with my dogs grooming/haircut! Melanie is the BEST! She is always so friendly, greets my dog and he clearly likes her. She also is interested in his well being and What my expectations are for that particular appt. He is a Norwegian mix with a lot of long hair. He’s getting older so short and neat works well for helping to keep him comfortable and clean. She takes the time to scissor a lot of his hair which is no small task and takes skill and time. She is truly great at her craft! I highly recommend her!

The groomers are patient with my veryenergetic /impatient dog which makes it a great experience for both my dog and myself.My pup goes in looking messy and a little scruffy. He comes out looking handsome and smells like a vanilla sugar cookie...best experience ever.....😁Thank You Pet Smart.

The stock for fish is very hit or miss especially for shrimp and snails. The chemical area is very very limited and pricey compared to PetCo. Usually not worth the trip for me but the dog/cat area is usually decently stocked.

AUSTIN is such a Joy! Helpful and Polite also a Pleasure everytime I come in to the store which is quite often. He is definitely A keeper! Deserves A raise in my opinion! The Manager is Also a Joy and Delightful person! GREAT PET STORE!

I wish there was a way for me to say this with out being mean... I was at this store on 8-20. I asked for help the young man was very nice... H3 found what i needed and handed it to me... i asked several times if it was ok for my fish. He said Yes the fish will be fine. Come home put the product in the water like I was told to... woke up this morning, all my babies are dead. And the product didnt even do its job. I am heartbroken. My babies helped me , they was therapy for me. How are you, Petsmart going to make this right...

We visited this place a couple times, never had any bad experience but today we went there to get some fish. The lady working wasn't helpful at all.. she said they don't sell fish after 7:30pm.. she said that's the store policy!! NONSENSE!!!

Got immediate help. She found my product for me. I said, "oh, its pricey". She did an online price check. It was the lowest price anywhere. Made my purchase effortless. What an amazing shopping experience.

I brought my dog here to be groomed. The women was immediately rude to me and spoke to me as if I was an inexperienced dog owner. I didn’t want my shih-tzu to be shaved down to the skin, we do brush out her hair everyday and understand her grooming needs. She needed a cut, and her neck was bad but the rest of her body was completely fine. The woman insisted that she was completely matted, which she was NOT. I agreed to a stylized cut, signed the paper, and drove home. As soon as I pulled into the driveway the women calls back and explains that she had already started shaving her, and wanted my permission to shave her entire body after we agreed in the store that we would avoid that. I felt as though I had to let her keep going because she had already started doing what I did not agree to. I am very unsatisfied with the service at this location and did not appreciate being told that I am “cruel” to my dog because I don’t want her shaved to the skin. I will never bring my dog back to be groomed here. I hope this location finds better skilled workers.

This was the first time I have been to this store and it was miles ahead of the competition over at Petco. Very clean and bright and super helpful staff. The associate working, Sam was very attentive to my needs and helped me get a cone quickly so I could return home to tend to my sick dog. Choose this store over Petco in Indiana.
