Katelyn did a great job grooming my Great Pyrenees. I’ve struggled finding a reliable groomer for my pyrs since they are a challenge to groom with their thick coats and huge size. My boys hate their feet touched so I’m not able to clip their nails myself or trim the hair on their feet, she cleaned them up really nice I’m impressed. She de shedded them and their coats look shiny, bright, and feel so soft. Thank you Katelyn!!

Jade does a wonderful job grooming my mini-doodle. He has very long, fine hair that tangles easily. He’s not an easy groom but she still gives her full attention to detail and some puppy lovins in the process.

Took my BRT here and specifically said I wanted the BRT cut. Also to trim her ears She walked out with a schnauzer cut, ears not done. The blending is aggressive and doesn’t flow well at all. Yes I paid for the service as I don’t want bad waves as I also train here.If you don’t know what you’re doing even if you have said book with breed cuts, please call me. I have literature and pics of what needs to be done. I also didn’t argue as I have a disability that affects cognitive aspects and I was not having a good day to start.I will potentially give another chance but she’s is NOT a schnauzer. It’s degrading of her breeding.

I found Petco Grooming and their groomers to be very helpful I needed my dogs nails trimmed before a trip the day after a holiday when many other places were closed. they took my phone call even though i didn’t have an account they got me scheduled for that day. they quickly verified my dog’s vaccination records using an emailed invoice from my vet in the facility. they were also very efficient & i was able to watch through the glass in the groom room my pups nails get cut and drummled. Super helpful & professional while caring for my pup. the prices were competitive & the folks checking me out at the counter had the same friendly and helpful attitude as the groomers (the gave my pup many treats after asking me first). i would recommend- i did cold call without doing research but next time i recommend ensuring your dogs vaccines are up to date as i was not reminded over the phone. regardless my overall experience was very positive & I would recommend for basic grooming add ons. There aren’t many options around town who will be able to schedule you in the day of the desired appointment.

I took my Cavapoo to the groomer at Petco in Indiana Pa. I asked the to cut her hair about half the length it was. THEY SHAVED her so much you can see her skin. I was told that she legs would be a short because of some matting on her legs and I was OK with that. I was not ok with her being shaved everywhere else. I will NEVER take her there AGAIN the picture on the left is how she looks now. The picture on the right is what she looked like before the groom. She fur is not half the length it was. SO Disappointed

Kelcey is wonderful at her job as a dog groomer! She is patient with my anxious dog, and she is always observant of her improvements with handling! She also respects me as the owner and is a collaborator in helping my dog improve with grooming.

My full blooded American bulldog supposedly got his nail caught in a cage and ripped the nail off his back left paw and he has been limping and not putting much weight on his back paw. I am hoping it gets better I called the vet they toldMe to give it a few days if he is still limping bring him in. So you will be hearing from me if I have to take him to the ber.

Our pup Jackson loved Kelsey and getting groomed. She always did a beautiful job 💖 Unfortunately our little guy passed away from IVDD that we didn’t know he had. I definitely recommend them for grooming. Thank you guys 💖💖

Anthony was the groomer, he was absolutely perfect and my dog was very happy and well taken care of. The grooming was excellent, staff very friendly and fun, facilities very clean and it was a great time. My only complaint is that the first time I went there in Sep 2019, I had a coupon for $35 service. I was not paying much attention to the bill as I had to purchase other items for my travel. This time, I was very careful selecting the Basic $43 service online but when I got my bill, there was an added upcharge. Anthony should have said he was upcharging from my prior selection so there was no confusion. He spent extra time on my dog so I felt I had to pay, and of course I left a $10 tip because he deserved it. But, policy should be to inform customer of ANY CHANGES to the online selections. We are hot, tired, over busy shopping and running errands to maximize our tiny time off and with our pets, hard to concentrate. Communication... I will be extra careful next time and say ONLY THE BASIC SERVICE. But, Anthony did offer to take it off the bill but I felt it was a shared problem so I paid.

Ashley gave such special and loving care to Cricket! The grooming center here is really great, and they always give my dog wonderful and thoughtful care. I never have to worry when I leave Cricket here.

Very happy with how our Koda was groomed. I didn't specify how long to leave his coat and she did it exactly as we like the length. He smelled AWESOME after his groom!

LOVE taking our Winston to Tony. Our dog always proves to be a challenge as his hair on his butt get very tangled and he gets matted up around his ears and Tony is always able to make Winston look amazing after only about an hour and a half. We won’t take our boy anywhere else as long as Tony is there!

the groomer was so patient and gentle with my dog; he is afraid of getting his nails trimmed and she took the time to keep him calm and reassure him that he was ok. and honestly, that was the most well behaved he has ever acted at any groomer!

Kelsey was so informative and told us exactly what she'd be doing for our 3 month old shih tzu. She immediately bonded with our Charley.... he was nervous but she helped calm him. This helped us immensely.

First I had to stand next to pee while the groomer walked over it instead of cleaning it up. Had an appointment and went in with my rabbiez tag. She said I can't accept that I need the certificate. I said when I pick him up I van bring it she mumble and gave attitude and said I can't do it.Em was her name and she didn't even look at my dog or pet him which also showed she wouldn't be a good groomer and I would be nervous to let my dog there.
