One of the many pluses that keep me coming back is their willingness to price match other retailers. Their products are wide and varied with prices to fit every income. My pets say, "thank you"!

Friendly and professional staff. Large selection of items to choose from. Always happy with the quality of their products. Clean store, no pet urine or droppings anywhere unlike some other Petco's I've been to. Their available pets look great.

Took 15 minutes to buy crickets because nobody wants to help you at the register. At least the 2 people working get to vape in front of the store though.

I've been going here ever since I was 4. Staff are always very kind and willing to help. The animals are well taken care of and rarely die after purchase. I bought a betta fish from this location, she doesn't have fin rot or other issues that store bought fish may have.Edit: here's the doll a year later!

Went in to this location to buy my fish food and decided that i really wanted to buy an algae eater for my 55 gallon tank . In my tank i have 3 small gold fish . My tank is perfectly suitable for an algae eater. However the blond who was working the register pretty much refused to sell me one. She even voiced her opinion about the size of my tank after i told her i plan to upgrade my tank to an even bigger one after my gold fish got a tad bit bigger. Keep in mind a 55 gallon tank is very much capable of having an algae eater and 3 small gold fish. I found that extremely unprofessional and rude to be denied a purchase of something i wanted to buy. And after that kind of treatment i will never shop there again. Before that experience we had shopped there for all our pets supplies. Cat dog leopard gecko and fish.

I really enjoy going into petco. The staff is always so full of energy and willing to help and answer your questions. They have s wide variety of pet supplies to choose from and have a well stocked shelf. If they don’t have it they are usually able to get it in for you within a day or two. They have great phone etiquette. If you ask for something or if something is on stock they know what it is and where it is on the shelf and can give you an answer unlike some other retailers in town. Their prices are fairly decent and with such friendly and helpful staff there I am willing to pay s little extra for thee we better experience. I’ll continue shopping here for sure!

Petco had everything I needed for my 2 dog's.. special shampoo and conditioner for my Paillon's fur to whiten and give him a healthy coat.Flea n tick pill's too.. they have everything you need for your furry friend's...also dog grooming.Friendly and helpful staff...

They do a great job cutting Louie's nails and he loves picking out his own treats afterward. This time he met his brother from his actual litter after 4 years, so that was a lot of fun.

First time ever in a petco I had a good experience! Jamie in the Indiana PA was so helpful! We were traveling back to Northern Virginia with out 3 pups. 2 out of the 3 kept getting out of the harness! Jamie was so informative and helpful fitting our 3 Furr Babies with the correct size harness and collars. She went above and beyond!!

I shop here regularly and I usually am not one to leave a review but this place is ridiculous. i recently bought a python here. The snake was sold to me with mites. Also wasn’t made aware that mites were something she could be taken to the store and treated for under their 30 day care thing. Obviously they are not handling and checking on their animals as often as they should. I’ve seen enclosures here not at the right humidity levels either and when I told one of the employees she ensured me everything was good.

Not to many people, great service, helpful employees. Recently, the tanks have looked nice (for being a petco), and by the looks of it, no dead fish. If you buy fish, I do recommend quarantine them before putting them in with other fish as they can carry diseases.

We just missed the store closing time but as we were walking back to the car, an employee stopped us and asked if we needed something and that we can still come in and purchase our items. Always have a nice experience here!

I bought one of the “floating/sustained” moss balls and the entire thing was rotted from the inside out. The smell was beyond disgusting, and upon further investigation there was visible mold present on the inside and outside of the moss ball. I guess this shouldn’t have been a huge surprise seeing the conditions their tanks are in. Just Gross and unacceptable. If you’re considering buying one of these from this store, don’t.I’ve rarely had a bad experience with my purchases here in the past but I will be shopping elsewhere in the future. Do better.

Myra and Cassie were totally awesome. I had an issue with my tank and a fish and they were more than helpful and Myra is very knowledgeable about fish tanks. I took her advice and our tank is good again. Highly recommend.

I went in there last week to get shrimp, then immediately left. There were dead fish floating in multiple tanks, the hamsters & gerbils had improper wheels or none at all, and there was a dead or dying bearded dragon with other bearded dragons (which was the worst I have ever seen in any pet store like petco, i wish i had a photo for proof but i had to leave after seeing the neglect). There were plenty of staff around, and the dead or dying bearded dragon was beyond unacceptable. Im giving 2 stars because dead fish are common or wheels can be knocked down, but the dead bearded dragon was just awful and I hope the employees are actually checking the enclosures cause I don't think they are efficiently at this moment.

This Petco is beyond awful. The rude girl with the facial piercings tried to pressure us into buying unnecessary items and then threw a tantrum when we refused. Order from Amazon and save yourself stress and money!

Good place. Usually have what I need andthe people are really friendly. The only small thing is that I have waited in line for quite a while considering customers are only buying a few things. The cashier left the register to help the person she was ringing up go find something. While I appreciate the service, I was left standing there for several minutes. Not really a big deal, but it would have been nice to call another employee to guide the customer while the cashier stayed at the register.

Lovely workers, pretty sub par treatment for the animals. All the snakes humidities were at 0 and temps were 100+. Very nice worker took one ball python back to help her shed off some stuck shed. Lovely people, I wish they'd let the workers take better care of the animals.

Awesome pet store! Only complaint is that they usually only have 1 or 2 people working and they are expected to help customers out on the floor and run the register. This can hold you up for quite a while if they're already busy helping other customers when you are seeking assistance. From my experience, each team member that I ever dealt with was pretty informative. They have a 30 day return policy for fish. So, if one goes belly up on you, you take the fish, the receipt, and a sample of water from your aquarium back to the store and they take care of you 😊

Reasonable prices for high quality pet products. Also, Kelcey does a beautiful job with my pup's grooming. She is very attentive and keeps me informed regarding his individual grooming needs and concerns.
