I tried to comment by way of the Lowe's survey, but the system kicked me out, so I will comment here. My visit to the garden center at Lowe's today was fantastic. There were non-local workers setting up displays who were polite and talking with customers. This created a relaxed atmosphere in a hectic environment. My checkout experience went surprisingly well given the amount of customers who were in line, and the lack of help to accommodate this situation, kudos to the cashier! I was especially happy with the service I received from a worker named Dan. Dan recognized that I had been waiting for someone to load my potting soil and jumped in and helped. In no time, my soil was loaded and I was able to go on my way.

If Lowes don't have it your not going to find it. However quality seems to be a concern with alot of places today and Lowes is definitely one of those places. Here is why. Bought some screws to do some work. Why is there now a warning on the box of screws about causing cancer!? And why would you knowingly sell Indoor use screws coated in a cancer causing carcinogenic?? Why?! Also bought a bundle of shakes for a repair job and they looked great.....until you got under the top layer hiding all the destruction in the shakes. Totally disappointed Lowes shame on you. American stores are not what they once were. All the shakes pictured have cracks running the grain and full of holes.

Don't expect anyone to help you on thier own. Hopefully you can find someone that will help if loading something like plywood. If you have plenty of time to wait for someonevto come out and help you load your purchases you can ask. The help in electrical is normally good and they are knowlegable.

Went here to find a part for my bathroom faucet today. I originally purchased the faucet at Lowe's. Found two associates just chatting, asked one of them to help me in plumbing and was thrown the worst attitude...it was clear that he didn't want to help. After unsuccessfully finding a matching part, he simply suggested to replace the whole faucet. The only reason I went to Lowe's was because Upstreet Ace Hardware was already closed, but I learned my lesson...I'm NEVER going back to Lowe's and will simply make the effort to shop at Upstreet Ace Hardware during their open hours.

This is a smaller Lowes store, but the staff is very friendly and helpful. They are always on hand to assist you in finding anything that you need in store, and are always happy to assist you in ordering items online that are not available in store or will happily check other nearby locations for in stock items. Always a pleasant, stress free shopping experience at this Lowes!

Most of their lumber and all of their drywall are outside and in the weather. A lot of products in the store are out of place or damaged because of poor store design, careless shoppers, and staff that have given up on putting it all back where it should belong. Its hit or mis whether they will actually have what you need if you are able to find it at all. It's definitely worth the trip to a larger store elsewhere if you can afford the time to do so, it may actually end up saving you the hassle of sorting through warped lumber and unorganized products in general.

I visited this location on 12/13/22 and had a wonderful experience. Jim went above and beyond to help me with my purchase and Marci at the register was super helpful and friendly. It's nice to experience such wonderful customer service. I will definitely be back!

It’s a shame Lowe’s is now hiring drivers who cannot speak a word of English and the poor customer has to try and deal with these people not understanding a word they say. If you are going to hire someone who doesn’t speak English it’s the customer who has to try and deal with them.

This is absolutely one of the worst lowes in all of PA for stock. They don't carry anything, you'll have to drive to Natrona/the Mills if you want a lowes with anything in stock. This is one of those "luxury" big box stores that really only carry flowers and over priced items for people who dont care about their money. Just like the home depot in the south hills, at least at both of these locations the employees will laugh and be honest and tell you, "were not a real hardstore", it's just a place for the mayor to hang out.

We followed an employee pushing a pallet jack who stopped twice to talk to fellow employees that walked away when we tried to talk to them just to to keep chasing the first employee farther who raised his hands like we were robbing him and said I'm off the clock and refused to help us in what we were looking for I will never buy anything from the butter store again

No one showed up outside to help me load my order. I sat there 29 minutes even went back in to ask why no one came to help me. They said someone would come soon. I sat there another 10 minutes, then loaded my order myself!

Thos Lowe's has a great staff who is happy to help! I never knew the ease of returning a broken Craftsman tool. The isles were clean, organized, and clutter-free. The service is outstanding!

If I could post 0 stars for Lowes Installation services i would. I just spent an hour on the phone trying to cancel siding services I purchased in May that still haven't been performed (materials haven't even arrived) and was told they would not be able to cancel my installation and refund my money. They have charged my card Lowes card for the full amount of the project and it is accruing interest even though the work hasn't been performed!I originally purchased siding services at the end of May and was told the work would be performed sometime in the June timeframe and the ETA for my materials was 6/14. That time passed and I received no notification so I called and was told the wrong installer was assigned and the materials were also delayed to 7/1. That date passed with no update so I called again to find out new date is 7/21. When I called today to try to cancel I was initially told I couldn't cancel the installation at all. When I pushed back, I was then offered the opportunity to cancel with a 20% restocking fee (even though no materials had been received). When I pushed back and asked to speak to the supervisor I was then told I wouldn't be able to cancel at all. This is the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. Lowes should be ashamed for not making this right and for vendor lock-in.

I usually really like Lowes but my husband made 5 trips to buy 95 bags of brown mulch. Asked for help to load the mulch, bought 25 bags at a time but never once did he get help. My husband is 77 years old and needed help. Very disappointed he never got it.

This Lowe's has has made tremendous improvements over the past two years. The associate are much more engaged and helpful.Bill, the new store manager, is very willing to listen to your suggestions or complaints and continues to make changes that makes the shopping experience more pleasant!

There are some really good managers there ...but there's a manager named Mike who doesn't do his job well, agitating customers that are already angry is not a smart idea. I only asked him who I could contact since he wasn't going to do anything and he was very rude with me and further aggravated the situation. Not a good look on Lowes.

I don’t really know what can be said about Lowes that most don’t already know. For the most part the stores are all laid out the same, with some minor floor plan differences, but they always have a huge selection of tools, appliances, home and garden supplies.. pretty much whatever you would need for any major or minor home renovations, homeowners, or anyone looking to spruce up their apartment.

Needed treated lumber for platform decking for canvas tent. They had great deal's going on for outdoor screw's we need and were placed conveinently at the register. All we had to do was give cashier list of lumber needed..she checked us out and we took receipt to back area lumber yard. We had to search and load wood ourselve's. I feel they should have help on hand to make it easier and faster for customer's. I was a little dissappointed in the cleanliness of the store..housekeeping need's to be kept up..customer's do see this and it will reflect on the store.

My boyfriend and I went in to get switches, sheetrock, and window trim and needed help finding a three way light switch with a wireless remote, so we proceeded to ask a worker that was standing by electrical if she was an electrician, she said no she can get someone over here to help. What we got was a guy arguing with us that was NOT an electrician and so very disrespectful that we had to walk away. Then we went to get window trim and there were 5 employees standing there and we asked if they had any trim that was similar to the style that we have in our home? Without even looking at our picture we were told all the window trim was on the back wall which was not the case. Because there were two other places in the store that we found trim. We proceeded to check out WITHOUT our window trim and then ordered 14 sheets of 1/2 in sheet rock and 4 sheets of 5/8 in sheet rock. When we got back to load it, the receipt had 18 sheets of 5/8 and 0 1/2 inch. So we go drive back up to the front, went to the cashier that checked us out and she asked if there was a problem and he said yes, when responding with our issue she interrupted his response and said “well I put in exactly what you said” which was clearly untrue. She then stated “You will have to go to customer service and get a refund.” So we head to customer service. Explain the situation. I repeated that I needed. 14-1/2 4-5/8. The woman asked if I needed anything from the original purchase. I said yes 4 5/8. She then said I know what you need. I’m asking if you are keeping anything that you already bought. So I said well?!? YES!! 4 sheets of the 18 5/8’s rock. So I was refunded 14 sheets. Then asked could I now purchase the 14 missing 1/2 pieces of sheet rock. She asked me for a product number. As if I worked there. I laughed and looked at another worker who looked up the product number for me to tell her. Off to loading zone for the second time. Thank god for the lumber yard employees because we were greeted by two smiling faces who were nothing short of a miracle compared to the rest of the store we had dealt with. So that one star goes to the guy and gal who helped us load. You are the real MVP’s of this location. This is the last time I we will ever step foot in this location. Latrobe, Pa is by far so much more helpful and professional.

Indiana Lowe’s is the worst store in town when it comes to getting help! The employees are uneducated and lazy! I asked the guy who was working in the garden center for help loading 40 bags of mulch 3 times, he did nothing and said his phone wasn’t working, as he beat it off the register! Was there for 1/2 hour. No help arrived!
