Grace was the staff member that was so kind and patient helping me. This was my first time I had met Grace. She was a delight and forthright with her opinion which I respected as I was shopping for my son and I valued her opinion. She is an asset to kohls.

I don't know why but I expected the store to be bigger. And their prices are a lot higher than the last time I shopped here which was a while ago. The store was clean and the staff was efficient and friendly. A nice store for clothes for sure.

One of the best stores in Indiana. Always have a good selection of up-to-date items in clothing and kitchen and home goods. Some things can be a bit pricey, but the sales are usually very generous here. Staff are always friendly and the store has a great atmosphere. Would definitely recommend.

((( CAUTION ))) I see people every single day dropping off Amazon returns there Including myself. I just found out some returns are not making it back to Amazon!!! To make it even more suspicious the receipt that KOHL's give's you has a spot that says ((( TRACKING ID ))) But it starts w/KOH? Yes the abbreviation for KOHLs obviously! But tracking numbers never have that!!! Point being its a ((( FAKE ))) tracking number!!! And it gets better! So when you ask KOHLs for the (((REAL))) TRACKING NUMBER They want give it to you???WHY WOULDNT THEY GIVE YOU THE (((REAL))) TRACKING NUMBER??? I am contacting the local State Police and reporting this issue!!!

UPDATE: Even after a couple years the store is just as good now as when it opened!Original: I really like this store! The staff is always very friendly, regardless of whether I'm purchasing an item or making a return. I like that Kohls has a LARGE selection of items, yet the store isn't cluttered. I never see clothes laying on the floor or stuff setting where it doesn't belong, etc. And it's kept very clean, even in the winter when snow is being tracked in. The rewards program is great, as is the Kohls Cash program. This store was a wonderful addition to the Indiana community!

The checkout lady was fabulous! The merchandise needs to be accessible to short, older people. I asked for help. I do not need excuses, " I do not work the floor" she was at next cashier station when I left. She did get me two sweet young girls that were helpful though. When given a suggestion the correct response should be " I will pass that on. This would have never happened at Bonton🙁

I've never once stepped foot inside of a kohl's before and sadly this one didn't have much in stock for men, possibly recovering still from the holidays? Though, even then, if you're looking for mens clothing that isn't athletic running gear or big & tall, this one probably isn't going to offer much.On the plus side, staff was really friendly, store was kept clean and tidied, and we were greeted when we came in.

I was looking for a suit for Job interview. I went here and spent 44 minutes looking for the suit sale they advertised and mailed to me. I couldnt find the mens suit department or any help. I went to the the warehouse illegally they didnt know where the suits were. I stood in the cashier line for 30 minutes only to be told we are a small store we sold our suits last summer. I found 6 jackets all boys. Why are you claiming the store has items it doesnt? You shpuld shut down

Compared to other kohls this place was dumpy and looked more like the threw stuff in there while waiting to moving into another store upon asking found out it wasn’t the case. Your really need to remodel this store and bring it up to par. I like kohls but didn’t even want to shop there.

Staff was great and very helpful. Only complaint is the very limited selection in plus size clothing. If that is all you are going to have you need to make better choices. The selection were kinda boring compared to the styles and selections of the other women's clothes

Great new Kohl's...clean, organized, well stocked and friendly staff. Featuring clothing, house child items, shoes and more. The best thing about the Indiana Mall. New store opened recently. Would recommend. Plenty of parking.

Just opened and we got in and out of there in about half an hour. So organized! Awesome staff! So friendly and the shoes are great! Never been to a store opening so put together it was great! Going back today!

I was really amazed that this Kohl's was so much bigger than I ever imagined. I have been going to Monroeville Mall area for some 25 years plus but never knew that it was a two storied store. In addition, I was very happy to find that they had a big section for children and I was able to find clothes which I used to buy from Sears in olden times when Sears was there. So I'm glad those kind of clothings for babies and children are still available at a reasonable price at Kohl's. Thank you.

Maybe I'm just a small town gal, but wasn't a fan of most of the prices. Sale prices were ok, clearance prices were great, but every day prices...not so much. Im also a bigger person and their clothes seem to be made on the smaller side. Wont be there that much.

Nice store. Pleasant staff. Purchased a top on sale and was given one of the sale discounts at the register on top of the discounted price. Happy to save the extra.Many clearance racks to search. Good place to shop

Was very disappointed. It was way smaller than the kohl’s I am used to going to I will never go back. Though it will take me longer to go to the Kohl’s stores that I am used to going to its well worth the trip. U should make the store bigger. I would go all the time !

I’ve been to many kohl’s. In PA and other states. This is small. Which is ok. I can make a quick trip there for online order returns. But 3rd time there and one cashier always is rude. Not really going back unless I have to.
