Astoundingly high prices here with several high-priced Goodwill Selects racks, which means you have no chance of finding well-known brands on the regular racks for the “normal” (already unbelievable) prices. There’s also lots of passive aggressive signs all over throughout the store- there’s 11 signs in the dressing room area alone. They’re also bagless, which is great for the environment, but it just adds insult to injury to not even get a bag for your overpriced thrift finds. This location is definitely not worth visiting.

So, I use to really enjoy this goodwill location. However, the way they are pricing things, you’re better off buying new. There’s no reason we should see a pair of pants with holes in the butt marked for “sale” at 25$. Items shouldn’t be double marked with original tags saying “8$”and the goodwill tag saying “18$”. This location has apparently gone bag less also, so if you buy a lot be prepared to overpay and also provide your own bags. If the prices are so high, I’m sure you can afford bags. I use to love thrifting at the goodwill but I’ll stick to smaller store and the Salvation Army at this point. Good luck deal hunting at goodwill!

I visited today and found a plant stand that didn’t have a price on it they treated me like a criminal simply because it didn’t have a sticker proceeded to tell me that I may or may not be able to buy it. I bought several other items only to find out they don’t give you bags anymore to carry your stuff out. I’ll never donate or shop there again. Why are we donating to this company they make profit off of our junk.

I shopped the Indiana store this week and found an amazing dresser at a price I couldn't pass up. The store staff is so nice. I went to pick it up, and the guys at the back were absolutely wonderful. So friendly and nice, and figuring out how to get this this big, heavy item in my car. They cheerfully loaded it, making sure not to damage it. A great team!

So overpriced. It’s very disappointing considering people donate these items. It used to be such a great place to buy my kids clothes. The most disappointing thing I saw a few weeks ago…they had baby formula for sale in their glass case…I mean, that’s beyond sad. Do better!

Ive been to over 40 different goodwills in different states, and this is the MOST OVERPRICED goodwill I’ve ever been to!! Its disgusting how high the prices are. Plus they dont give bags for your items. Dont waste your time coming here!

I don’t expect employees to be professional here, but there should be some level of decency during business hours. employees were obnoxious, screaming at each other across the floor, and throwing merchandise on the floor. they also had blocked off a whole aisle so that they could throw merchandise away. ironically, it was the one aisle that i came for.

Staff very friendly and the store was immaculate but and it's a big but. The prices are crazy. I have seen cheaper prices at antique stores. Large inventory because I imagine no one can afford the merchandise. Someone has been using their Google Camara search way to much. I could buy old glass on Etsy cheaper.

A lot of overpriced stuff. Lazy management. You’ll be in line for 20 minutes while the older lady who works there will act like she doesn’t see it.

My mentally handicapped brother loves going into this store to see what treasures he can find. The people who work there are always very nice to him, which I really appreciate! They have a lot of merchandise, but it's not cluttered.

When I googled prices they were cheaper online. Poorly managed. Heard managers talking poorly about employee. Get some professionalism please!!!

There was not a big selection at the store. Their prices are crazy high. The select zone, I can go to marshals, Kohl’s, Etc., and buy clothes cheaper and in better condition. Seems that they do not clean their clothing before they hang it nor do they check for spots, stains, or damages. I shop goodwill at least twice a week for people that I know and for myself. I will not be going back to the store.

You can get brand new clothes for cheaper than the price they’re selling some stuff.. if it’s reasonably priced it’s old and way too worn to be sold. Wont be back. Sad!

Found a great deal on a French fry cutter new. So happy to find it. Even though the girl behind the register was swamped she was so kind to every customer. Would love to see it more organized though.

As far as Goodwills go this is nice but not the best ever. The clothes are actually organized correctly, but the sundry seems to sit for awhile so there are times were there's nothing new to see.I like that they allow some returns. I don't like that they make YOU ask for the discount before they ring you up. So customer service kind of stinks since they don't seem to give you a chance to say "I get ... discount" before they grab your stuff and start ringing up.

Way overpriced for donated items you can get more bang for your buck at salvation army. I use to donate things there and shop there but not anymore I'll go to the salvation army to shop and donate items.

Way overpriced for donated items.. Walmart has better deals don't waist your time there. They seem to have their own set of rules compared to other Goodwill stores..

I've found a lot of good stuff here, but I stay away from the clothing section cause it's a bit pricey. Clean store & friendly employees.

Pricing yes was to high! If u want to donate monies to goodwill then donate. But donated items should not be held as valued items they are donated n to be sold cheap. The whole goodwill thing! Concept.then the monies go toward the cause!!! They would see higher sales n in return make more monies. I know of many people that for years donated til they seen the prices. Then stop n give it to homeless shelters, churches, thrief stores

Used to buy basic clothing here but now modern items with brand names are all marked up, even if they’re out of season and can be bought on sale cheaper. $50 for peeling Doc Martens with no sole? No thanks...

Well, we did find some good deals, don't get me wrong. But they were charging retail for used blankets, and items like that. We priced matched brand new at Ollies vs used at Goodwill, and found Ollies was cheaper for some items new unsealed.

I woulf give it a 3 but I have found a 3 or 4 good Uranium glass peices as well as cobalt blue dish set. Prices can be really off point here almost bizarre. Also I brought up a wax burner with no price tag and they would not price it. said it had to be sent back.

Goodwill stores are my favorite. This one is smaller than others. But since it's in a College Town there is a good selection of merchandise for millennials and others. Always pay attention to the discount color tag of the week, half off is always a great deal 👍

A favorite place to stop and see what usable castoffs the community has donated. Always bargains to be found. For instance, I have a bread machine from here which works great. Beautiful scarves, etc. can be found. I hope the profits go to a good cause (but I don't really know).

As an avid thrifter, I love goodwill but this one is awful. EVERYTHING is overpriced, which i just don’t understand... it’s donated items they got for free... i’ve seen garbage knock off steeler jersey for players that barely played for pittsburgh for $50, which is more than it would’ve been retail. $30 for gross worn out nikes. this goodwill is a joke, if i could give 0 stars I would have.

The employee boxed fragile glass pieces together without wrapping them (I did not realize this since other workers have wrapped glass purchases previously). Half of my purchase was broken by the time I got home):

Way overpriced for donated items. Ebay sellers working there are holding items down with high prices for cheap employee purchases when item doesn't sell after 30 days.Cheaper stuff at Walmart.

Been shopping here for years. The employees are friendly and the prices are reasonable. The inventory obviously varies but I can usually find something I'm looking for.
