Overall decent food, typical to your American style "Chinese buffets". Have a good variety. Some of the stuff is different from other places, such as the "pepper steak, which was sliced in cubes instead of thin slices.

They staff is awesome. Our dog passed away. Our hearts were broken. It was so awful because she was just a baby. We had similar if not PTSD. The staff helped so much through anxiety. I recommend Four Footed Friends to everyone. The staff is so dedicated to the pets there and take great care of them. The people are so friendly, caring and helpful. Please adop and donate for the amazing work they do. They explain everything before you leave, but give it all to you on paper because you won't remember it all.

We met Grizzi there a week ago and brought him home! The staff was all so friendly. We've been trying to adopt a dog for a few months and they are the only place that called! They were able to see us in a couple days and made it easy to fill out the paperwork. Highly recommend going to them for adopting. The meet and greet was amazing; the gated area was huge. The dogs now get along great!Edit: After a few months they even checked in to make sure everything was going well.

I will never recommend FFF to anyone ever again. Not only have I had horrible experiences with adoptions in the past (adopted two dogs that passed within a year of adoption due to underlying health issues that FFF were well aware of but refused to inform me about) but now they’ve completely disregarded my pending application with no phone call to tell me so and adopted the cat out without letting me know anything. I was left completely in the dark. And with one of my dogs that passed, they had the audacity to email me the same day she passed to tell me they had just received a litter of puppies if I was interested (I was grieving and this is not something you email to someone whose just informed you that their dog passed away from Lyme disease that they KNEW about but did not inform me about until I reviewed the paper work to see that she had been prescribed antibiotics the day before they adopted her out to me! They never gave me the antibiotics either, she passed 6 months later) Absolutely vile. Go to the humane society. They are much more trustworthy and actually inform you of any health issues.

This review think about what I'm saying. I have donated to 4 footed friends, just 24 hours ago offered them $100 of dog food that my dog can't eat currently. I also opted to adopt 2 Female dogs for my Female dog. As 1 called to pick up food other was erratic showing her arrogance full force of saying not until I had my female fixed could I obtain 2 more female dogs. Said fine ill go to a breeder. As one As told how unethical I am! Here s what I,have to say to,that person is get a hearing aid or get tutored in listening to a client! For if I own 3 female dogs and get 3 liters 2 being fixed and mine unfixed ill be a multi millionaire if 3 females With 3 females can produce a liter of pups !!!!!! Thanks for being horrid aagain! Brilliant 4 foot ed friends off to,be unethical😐 poor puppies that you have someone like this taking care of you and lost you a good dog owner!!!!! My rating is zero but theres no zero00000000

Took such a great job with Leela , I really can't say enough about them. The people are so nice and caring.I They took the time to text back in and forth and keep me informed, and felt like each pet is treated special. Thanks to everyone who helped make it possible to get Leela spaded, and with her being diabetic she had special circumstances, and they treat her very well. Leela is doing great, and she is better than ever. Thanks to all the staff !!!

Such wonderful people work here. If your looking for a dog or cat definitely come here! The staff and volunteers there truly do care about the animals they take care of. I definitely would recommend this place to my family and friends. Also if your looking for a kitten there is an adorable little 10week old male tiger striped kitten. So soft and so sweet! Ask about Reebok!

Dropped off two feral kitties for spay/neuter. This service FFF provides is invaluable! A volunteer (I think) loads the caged kitties in her car and transports them to a vet in the P'gh region, then brings them back when they're all done. The cost for females is $70. I dont know the cost for males; it is slightly less, though. Bless this volunteer and FFF for providing this service!

I drove 1-1/2 hrs to get to this rescue and it was beyond worth it! I didn't bring home the little girl that I thought would be a good fit, back tomorrow to decide which of 6 other lovable kitties will pick me too! Very professional, loving, organized rescue, and patient, did not rush me or try to push me to take one. Wonderful, wonderful place!

This is a great shelter. They take adoptions seriously, and have steps in place to ensure pets go to good homes. The staff are friendly and easy to work with. You can volunteer here, walking dogs and sitting with cats are important jobs! You should apply to adopt a pet! There's a cat named Siri that you should adopt (she loves laser pointers and gets along well with other cats).

I definitely will not be using this company not ever! We were looking at puppy , filled out the application and we was doing everything they wanted us to do . Just to find out that another family was looking at the same puppy. Now what is wrong with that is that should of been mention first to us that another family was interested in the same puppy instead of leading us and thinking that no one's else was interested in the pup besides us.! So we didn't rush to getting things done Just to get our hopes up of not even getting the pup ! This company is so misleading and has such horrible miscommunication. Do not suggest to go too them. All they gonna do is mislead u to think something is gonna happen then nothing does cause there no communication Such a horrbile company. Zero stars i had to give 1 but didn't want too

My precious dog passed away a few weeks ago and I donated her many beds, toys, treats and almost 10 lbs dog food to this org. Before I did, I had called and the person I spoke with told me to bring anytime. However, when we arrived the next Sunday, we received a very cool greeting from the people who seemed reluctant to take the 3 enormous bags from us. We also were not thanked for the donations. I would be reluctant to adopt from them. I am now sorry that I donated her things to them..

I could go on about this forever! It is so nice and all the animals are so friendly! I just adopted a cat and he's amazing! The shelter was like a sanctuary and they were all so happy. I definitely recommend donating/volunteering/adopting here if you can!

This was our families first experience getting a rescue. Jen was happy to answer all of our questions and concerns. She assured us that they would find the right fur baby to fit our family, and they did exactly that! After bringing our girl home we had more questions. We called Jen at the shelter and she gave us some great tips and information. Since following her suggestions our girl has adjusted so well. I honestly could not be more pleased with our experience! I highly recommend them if you are looking for a rescue.

As for caring for the dogs and preparing them for adoption, they do a great job. As for caring for the people who adopt the dogs, they get 1 star. The first time we came in to consider dogs for adoption one staff member was rude to my husband, saying “what do you want” when we arrived even though we had scheduled an appointment. The woman who showed us the dog was straightforward but didn’t go out of her way to give us a lot of information about the dog unless we asked specific questions (which we didn’t know to ask being first-time pet adopters). She seemed cynical. We had to return our dog after a few months due to a variety of reasons, some of which we were not aware of on adoption day. My husband called and talked to Lori, who was very kind and understanding. However, when we got to the shelter, we interacted with the same woman who helped us adopt our dog. She didn’t even say hello to us. She just clipped her leash to him and they took him away, no chance to say goodbye, no nothing. Then she asked us what’s going on with the dog, then showed no sympathy whatsoever when I was crying, and when I gave her the list of reasons we had to return him, just responded with “we told you about him not liking kids.” We felt treated very rudely and unsympathetically by most of the staff at this shelter and do not plan on adopting another dog from them if we are to be treated this way. Really don’t appreciate you caring so much for the animals but caring nothing for the people giving them a loving home.

My experience here was nothing short of wonderful. The staff and volunteers are so genuine and the level of love and care these animals receive is apparent. I spoke with Lori and Jean, who were both so friendly and helpful. I’d recommend this rescue in a heartbeat.

absolutely adore this place. adoption processes are simple yet secure, the pets are very well taken care of, they're always fixed + vaccinated when adopted, and the staff is usually more than happy to let you check everything out and interact with the pets. have gotten 3 cats here and they've all lived happy and healthy lives

My friend took her cats 🐈 to have her cats neutered. While she was taking care of that I noticed the place was very clean. While I was there, someone was mopping the floor in the dog 🐕 area. There was a nice area for the dogs to get exercise. Also everyone was very nice and helpful

Very clean. Animals are well taken care of. The car room is rearranged every time I go there to change the scenery for the cats. Dog kennels are clean and they have fresh water and food. The volunteers can interact more with the people looking at the dogs.
