I order and paid for a bouquet of two white and seven red roses for a special occasion. When the recipient unwrapped the flowers it was discovered that one of the red roses was missing. I would suggest finding a way to check the quality control of your order before paying or leaving the store.

Incredibly impressed by Flower Gallery! I live in California but I wanted to send my Grandma a bouquet of flowers and they were so speedy with my delivery (same day!) and the price point was on par with other quotes. I was able to order online while busy at work, and they sent me an email confirmation on delivery with a photo! The arrangement was classy, and perfect. Highly recommend.

Not from the area, but was creating a pirate themed display. Had in mind that I needed a sea creature to set off the display. Googled such and decided on an octopus created from balloons based on what was posted on the Flower Gallery website. Denise was amazingly helpful. She explained each balloon I would need and not only mailed these out to me at a minimal cost, but she took the time to write out and enclose directions, along with a diagram of how to create and connect each part of the octopus, including curling of arms. Denise also enclosed extra balloons just in case. I love this place. Will definitely use in the future. Kathleen

Flower and Balloon Gallery is my go-to for beautiful, creative, special gifts. I am always glad that I decided to use the services for flowers and balloons. I have hosted team building gatherings there with my staff, for a fun time. I have used the balloons for several promotions, parties at my home, and in fundraiser events. I am using many services this year with a graduation party as well as a bridal shower. I have given a standing order for flowers to be delivered to my office staff for their birthday, because who doesn't like beautiful flowers? The Flower Gallery has never been a disappointment for me, so I keep going to them. If I have a general idea, they are great to offer creative suggestions. I can't recommend them enough!

I was told that I would not be disappointed and I would like to say that l was not only disappointed but embarrassed to the fact that I had to explain why my name wasn’t spelled correctly and that was very sad to see that we and my family were very generous with buying flowers for my father’s funeral and the name was spelled out all over the flowers that were being bought . I am very saddened by the fact that l wanted my flowers to shine and they we’re very humiliating ! And to order a wild side of fall on a stump and the plate that the flowers were made on was glued to a stump that was painted on cats n dogs was written on it!!!!

Denise went beyond my expectations! I couldn’t find a florist near EDGEWOOD cemetery in Saltzberg Pa where my parents and grandparents are buried to lay wreaths for the holidays on their graves! I was able to find FLOWER AND BALOON GALLERY through the local mortuary and they are located miles away! When speaking with Denise the owner, I think she could tell how upset I was thinking I couldn’t get this Xmas cheer for my family accomplished. Came into town late last night for a family funeral, found Flower Gallery online and ordered an arrangement, not knowing if they would be able to do it on such short notice. Was pleasantly surprised that floral spray was delivered at 10:30 a.m., and it looked even more beautiful than the photo online. Thank you for making such a stunning arrangement to honor our nephew!

I ordered a peace lily on valentines day to be delivered the same day. I didn’t realize when making my online purchase that my delivery actually out of their delivery area. They called to make sure my recipient was going to be home & they still made the delivery. Incredibly helpful, great service. I asked Denise to put together a hand tied bouquet with a few types of flowers that I specified and then asked her to complete it to make a classy bouquet.
