Shopping CVS is always a great experience. You can’t beat the Care Pass program for savings. I shop there monthly and always come out with bargains. The staff has always been kind and helpful. I’ll be back for sure.

I registered to get my pneumonia shot. I had one five years ago, but my doctor told me that I needed another one. I had gotten the first one at the Minute Clinic inside of CVS. I thought I was registered with the same place, but it went to CVS pharmacy. The pharmacist was so rude when I was asking about the differences between the two injections. As she was chewing her gum so unprofessional, I could tell she was getting annoyed with my questions. I told her I wasn't getting the vaccine today until I talked with my doctor.

The staff is incompetent and not readily available to check people out. Then their self check outs are discriminatory towards a normal person. That's taller than 4 11. ... I can't check out if I can't even read to type in my number. Completely dissatisfied 😡🤬

I typically have decent experience with the pharmacy here.Today, I was finally able to pick up a medication I've needed for weeks. I prepaid on my app. I went through the drive thru, that won't happen again. I took my lunch to run over to simple pick them up. Making it what I thought as easy as possible. Not the case. I was told my pre pay wasn't going to work because of an $.89 medication that wasn't ready. One, by the way, that was ready by the time made it back to work. What a waste of my time. Lack of communication, inconvenience, and honestly terrible customer service. CVS is unfortunately a necessary evil for me because of insurance. I'd gladly go back to Rite Aid.

I had an appointment today with one of the possibly new workers. It was for a sleep doctor test and it was absolutely horrible. The visit took an hour and she asked me invasive questions about unrelated medical history when she knew I supposedly didn't qualify. I am asthmatic and my BMI is overweight, sleep apnea runs in my family. It was highly unprofessional and she felt my back and aggravated back pain when I told her I already had a back condition after she asked. I do not know if she is qualified to do an exam like that and my back has nothing to do with it. I've never had an experience like this before. Overall I'd recommend you go somewhere else if you don't want dismissed. I'm supposedly a "healthy young woman". The appointment last d almost an hour...

I've always hated how slow the drive up window is to pick up my mother's medications, but today takes the cake. I will never ever get my own meds here. It was a busy time, around 4:30pm when I was able to get there. I finally got to the window, and the young lady working seriously had her back to the window, the window slightly ajar, having a conversation with her two other young female coworkers. You can tell from the giggles that it was definitely not work related. Came home to yell my mother of the experience and she had told me that the same girl has done it to her already also. I'm so sick of these kids' work ethic. You NEVER turn your back to a waiting customer for personal conversations.

Regrettably, I must join others in bashing the pharmacy of this CVS. Our insurance plan requires us to use CVS for our prescriptions. Initially we were pleased to know we could sign up for electronic handling of our prescription needs, but it soon became apparent that CVS's system is far, far from ideal. I can't even describe how messed up it is. You get alerts about refills and respond, but when you go to pick them up, you're told they don't have anything for you. The last time this happened, a pharmacist admitted to me that they are aware the system is terrible and have told managers/corporate It's flawed but nothing improves. It's such an important part of a DRUG store. How can they continue to fail their customers so completely? In closing I will just add that some pharmacy assistants are routinely rude and only add to the bad reputation of this store, however Isaac (a pharmacist) who helped me out this week was excellent and went above and beyond to fill my prescription needs. It's just too bad that his employer doesn't care about Its customers the way that Isaac does. Sad.

This pharmacy is hit or miss there are maybe 3 people who know what they are doing. Everyone else excels in RBF (if you know you know) very unpleasant and confused people. Drive-thru not open no signage people hitting the button for service ignored. Losing a customer/Ex-employee.

It's a decent size store and has a lot of products. It's overpriced, but you can remedy that with coupons. The employees are always helpful and friendly. Checkout is much quicker with the addition of the self checkout, which I personally appreciate. The reason I took off a star; I've lived in Indiana going on 3 years, and the same nail polish has been sitting on the shelf since the 1st time I shopped there. I wish they would do a better job of clearing out old products and really wish they would bring in new items! To sum it up; I do recommend this cvs location.

Trash pharmacy. The younger girl I talk to is nice, usually in at night but that’s about the only positive.I went in four times within a week span and each time I had no perception filled. They told me they received the e-script but my doctor ‘cancelled’ the order. They didn’t have one of my meds stocked, yet never told me to transfer to another pharmacy.I understand it’s difficult to get newer, expensive medication but it’s at the very least customary to transfer the script OR EVEN CALL!I’m understanding, I’ve taken various difficult-to-obtain medications over the last three years, so it’s safe to say I have had many pharmaceutical issues. But this place couldn’t even fill WELLBUTRIN for three months. Never did more than the minimum to help me. Completely unprofessional...

This store is horrible!!! I seen them be so mean to an (89) year old elderly woman!!! This poor lady just wanted assistance!!! They got in her face and was screaming at her while she cried!!! Then as she cried they called the cops on this poor old lady!!! I watched the cashier purposely short change her as well!!! We're the heck is the CVS corporate office?

WHY WHY WHY would any choose to fill scripts here? Just tried calling pharmacy. After 2 minutes of BS prompts when I just wanted to speak to someone in the pharmacy. Once through the prompts I was on hold for 7 more minutes. This is the 6th largest corporation in the world and care so little about customers that they can't provide adequate staffing to answer phones. There are plenty of better options in town. I'm done with them.

Have had problems everytime I have had something filled. They found they had entered 2 separate accounts for me months ago and never resolved this problem which led to them just putting scripts randomly in one account or the other, informing me that I had no script or insurance, then when I pressed they looked and found that I in fact did. I finally ask to have all of my scripts transferred to rite aid. I had to look the number up for them and the next day they still hadn't called and informed me that I had to call rite aid myself and give them CVS number... Now 2 days after scripts we're written CVS still has not bothered to transfer my scripts!!!

We received our prescription stating no refills when we should have had one on the RX. After bringing this to their attention they initiated a new prescription with no refills, which resulted in me receiving three robo-calls a day. Upon trying to sort it out the women was rude and directed me to call 1-800-shop-cvs, and that there was nothing she could do about it. Save yourself the hassle and go to another Pharmacy.

I have been a patient on prescription medications for fourteen years due to chronic illness and CVS in Indiana has given me the absolute worst experience at a pharmacy I have ever encountered. In fact, it is the worst customer service, lack of professionalism and lack of professional knowledge as well. I had a pharmacist tell me she spoke to my doctor and give me what they "had agreed on" as a course of action for me to follow for "several days" only to find out at my appointment the following week that NO ONE from the pharmacy ever contacted my doctor on the issue at all. I ended up in the ER over that weekend due to the issue as my doctor was not on call that weekend to get in touch with when the advice did not agree with my chronic medical condition. When questioned about this, the pharmacist changed the story and stated it was a "staff member" that she had spoken to. However, the number given to the pharmacist to call was my doctor's personal cell number that only HE answers and no one in the office had spoke to anyone at the pharmacy regarding me as a patient or that issue at all. So TWO lies. The same date I requested this pharmacist to let me know the dates that two of my prescriptions could be refilled. I was given the same date for both. I did not need them filled until THREE days later than the refill date I was given, so returned then and was told it was STILL too early. When I questioned this, she stated yes my insurance would refill them but regulations wouldn't for two more days on one. I was out of this medication, it was a weekend and I needed it as I have a chronic condition. She was less than happy when I asked why she had told me I earlier they could be refilled three days prior and had a witness with me that confirmed that. I stated I would come back in two days for the other script, but she could tell I was upset that I had been told the wrong information. She refused to admit this, told me that I WAS being difficult and THEN crumpled up the valid script from my doctor, threw it at me in front of everyone in the pharmacy and stated she was not filling that one for me either. I stated that by refusing to fill a valid script from my doctor that was eligible to go through my insurance on this date she was violating my rights as a disabled patient...her response to this was get out or "I'll call the cops". Seriously...the worst and most unbelievable experience in customer service, unprofessionalism, not to mention being lied to, given false medical information by a pharmacist stating it was via my doctor which caused my condition to worsen to the point of needing emergency treatment.*I did complain to the pharmacy manager after the initial incident and got no response or concern at all from him. My advice, go anywhere but CVS!!! This complaint does not even include any of the times they have sent refills to incorrect physicians for me, etc. The pharmacists I have encountered at this CVS have no compassion or care for their customers at all. They also DO NOT take any time whatsoever to LISTEN to patients and what they are telling them or trying to explain to them. They also do not admit to mistakes, lies or if they give any incorrect information to a patient. Anyone who needs to have a pharmacist who will be there in any way to ever help them, don't ever think you will get this kind of service at CVS.

I wish I could go somewhere else but because of insurance I have to be here. Auto calls say stuffs ready, show up..nothing. it's ridiculous. Lot of the staff is rude, almost seems like you're a burden being there. I've heard them lie and say things I've supposedly said, and they have been called out on it. Unprofessional

There was an elderly lady in front of me who was having trouble hearing the pharmacy person, they were very polite and patient. Of course, they shouldn't have been sweeping in that vacinity to cause the problem

Manager is disrespectful, cruel, and rude. Interrupted me repeatedly, would not allow me to speak. I waited patiently for my husband's perscription to fill before requesting any assistance. Upon arriving at the front checkout counter the man at the counter was absolutely disgusting to me, causing me to have a panic attack and break down in front of him, employees, and several other customers. How embarassing!!! I've been filling perscriptions, shopping at CVS, and using their rewards for years... NEVER have I been treated this way.

I booked an online appointment time for 12:10 to get a drive through screening required for schoolI arrived early to a line of 5 vehicles, and waited over AN HOUR for a swab that took under 1 minute to complete, by myself since its a self swab kit.I now need to reschedule an additional appointment I had booked WELL after this one and will be missing class because of it.Go somewhere else if you can.

Went in for a sinus infection that occurs for me once or twice a year with allergies and weather changes. No actual symptoms of COVID or exposed to COVID. Wouldn’t see me at all until I had a COVID test. They shouldn’t be open if they can’t see people in person without a COVID test. Literally any symptom is a “symptom of COVID. Went to IRMC virtually instead and was done within 10 minutes and got the medicine I needed. The lady working in the clinic was also very rude and would not listen to my symptoms from a patients perspective.

Horrible customer service in the pharmacy. Never understand what I'm saying. I've had to come back to pick up a prescription 3 times times so far because they can't figure out what they're doing. They've wasted my time multiple times when I could have been productive.

This pharmacy needs to fire all of its employees and hire people with real social skills. Rudest customer service ever. And the prices are astronomical. Go to any other pharmacy, please. This place is repulsive.

It took 9 full days to get my Coronavirus Test back. I was told it takes 2-4 days normally and in high volume it would be 5-10 days. So, if you are thinking about getting tested here... be prepared to wait 9 days!!!!!

The pharmacy is poorly run. The staff is very rude. Prescriptionons are never on time.Living in a rural area and being disabled makes this very difficult.I suggest going to a Giant Eagle pharmacy. Also, Mathew who is the lead pharmacist is particularly rude.

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, please use literally any other pharmacy. I spent 15 minutes waiting for the lady to talk to me at the pharmacy while she talked on the phone with her friend.

Getting prescriptions at CVS most times requires a long, frustrating wait, in a line that continues down between the shopping aisles. The clerks are overworked and it is a madhouse.I really have no choice due to my prescription plan,
