Very very unsatisfied with this store. Prices are marked up almost twice as anywhere else . The cashier was extremely rude then i look at my reciept and i was charged sales tax on my grocery items wich in Pennsylvania is not leagle to do i will be reaching out to better buisness on Tuesday morning. Its not even about being refunded the sales tax its the fact that how many other ppl are they doing this to as well when the store knows they cant tax groceries. I guarantee this wont happen to anyone else again. I have my reciept and pics of exactly what i bought. Ill also be reaching out to Pittsburgh news stations as well . Its places like this that are making ppl struggle to buy food when they mark it up and then tax your groceries!!!!!!

Simple supermarket, bakery, deli, hot food case, meat market and general groceries. Produce was nice. Staff was helpful and courteous. Store seemed clean. They do have an onsite coffee grinder with several containers of unground beans to be sold by weight. Hot case lunches have been good, they do have cold stuff to be reheated at discount price and fresh hoagies. The hot food lunch deal is reasonable,however the amount of "meat" item you get is lacking, fortunately you get two sides. Would be better if they gave you a larger meat portion. All in all I will continue to shop there.

Rude as ever I went to the customer service desk to get a pack of cigarettes and the way this guy threw down the ones I didn't ask for and asked for the kind I wanted so Rude never ever go there again . That's not customer service!! Horrible!

The staff are exceptionally nice and friendly. Their hot deli foods are really good. The store is clean and well organized. There baked goods like rolls and biscuits are excellent. Just a good experience every time I go this syore.

Deli is good but produce is terrible, meat quality is poor because is select instead of choice, they don't honor sales listed on their flyer on their store specific websie and the store manager is rude. By far worst grocery store in Indiana and worst Bi-Lo I've ever been to.

Store needs a facelift. Prices are getting really high here. Better off running to martins or giant eagle. They pander to a lot of folks with EBT cards. Why lower prices if they can sell it regardless. Suppose it works for them in their area. They could at least clean the place up.

This place has been here for ever. Prices are a little high on somethings here. But, if you smart shop they have everything you need. Staff is helpful and willing to look for your shopping needs.

I dont like this store at. The employees are rude. They are slow at the cash registers and bagging. More then once I have had to take food back. Alot of their meats are brown. Pepperoni was brown. Not very clean at all. I have also witnessed a manager screaming at other employees. Which is very unprofessional. Bathrooms are nasty. Theres also some kind of weird smell when you walk in the doors. I don't recommend BiLo at all.

All the workers are very nice, the store is clean. This is not where I would go for produce (I think it maybe just sits too long,) However their meat is excellent they have great steaks and the only place in town I can buy a good London broil cut. Prices are a little high on their non food items.

As someone who grew up in the 90 years and had a Bilo in her hometown it was very eye-opening to see that there are still Bilos in existence. I feel like a lot of the stuff that they have there is very good quality yet affordable prices. They have really nice live Plants and you can even ground your own coffee which has been awesome and very unique.

This is an excellent local grocery, very convenient. You can be in and out of there in 8 minutes if you just need one item; but also has a wide variety of items. It is well run! Employees are very friendly! The store has a very neighborhood atmosphere. As a local Allstate agent I appreciate the convenience of this excellent local grocery store.

It would be nice if the owner ,Valeski, payed attention to reviews becuz I really enjoy the convenience of shopping hereOutdated grocery. Also over priced grocery. Pepperonni pizza dip is clearly old pimento cheese dip that never sold. None of the deli items stay mold or water free for longer than the day bought. Warm beer. Shopped there for 25 years. Prices way too high compared to other grocery stores. Only able to buy selected items at Bilo now. Social security only. No access card. No state or federal assistance. People that don't work and maybe never have, eat alot more than I do. Stores know these people have food money to burn and they don't care about the rest of us who are reallly hurting.

Real sleeper for grocery shopping in town. Convenient size, great quality, selection and prices. Local owners for decades, great bakery, deli, meats. Plenty of smaller quantity packaging, great for singles, couples and seniors. Staff if friendly and helpful, also hire special needs folks as packers......real class owners.

A wonderful departmental store in the Regency mall. Good quality fresh food fruits and vegetable available. Good variety of fresh bakee cake and other items. Huge variety of frown food and all sort of drinks. Very nice decoration and party stuff. Very cooperative staff. Very well manager place. A wonderful shopping experience.👍👍

I do love their deli foods but ever since the plandemic prices have gone way up so it's cheaper to make at home. I do miss it though, if you have the extra money after shopping give it a try.

Clean store. So far, every employee I've encountered has been helpful, polite and knowledgeable. Most of the prices are kinda high. But, I still shop here regardless because I feel strongly about patronizing small local busoness. Your not shopping at Walmart isn't going to hurt them. But, for a small, locally owned business, your patronage is important in keeping the doors to that establishment open. Lastly, this store isn't crazy big. This fact makes it easier to get in, find what you need,

I have always enjoyed shopping at Valeskis' store. It really is a neighborhood grocery . Not only is it a friendly environment, but it's affordable!No hidden costs for " fuel perks". There is a very reasonable selection of items , great meats,and wonderful deli food.My family has shopped here for years, and I plan to do the same!

Selection of hamburger was small. Sale of pepsi products @ 4/$9.00 is very good price but shelves were empty of the diet pepsi caffeine free brand. Not cool. Checkout cashier was very pleasant and overall the store was clean.

Went to Bilo today to get some groceries. I will definitely be shopping there all the time now! I am Deaf and was very very excited and happy to see that they employ numerous special needs workers!!! THANK YOU! The young man who packed my groceries did everything he could think of to communicate with me! The prices are less than anywhere else which makes it affordable for those of us on fixed incomes. The store is clean. The Deli workers are patient and wonderful (I got some chicken and potatos and the gentleman who waited on me was lovely!). Their shelves were almost all full (except paper products which I wsn't buying today but they still had some! and are probably getting more in). The atmosphere was a festive atmosphere, it didn't feel gloomy in the store. We will definitely be doing most of our shopping at BiLo. Thank you so much for such a positive experience today!

Always friendly staff. Love the meat department! It's nice to see meat that doesn't look like it's package in some foreign factory. Always seem to have adequate stock. Run, some really good specials!
